The hotel is a family heritage, and the service staff are very nice. It can be seen that they love this job from the bottom of their hearts... What a coincidence, I met their Michelin dinner. Naihua, until the finale, all dancers and carnivals 🎉, the whole atmosphere scene is like a fairy tale...perfectly interprets Italians' relentless pursuit of beautiful details! Recommend friends who come to Nanyi, you must come and experience it

High end hotel. There was absolutely nothing to improve. I will be returning. We were truly treated like family with kindness and care. Everyone was very involved in our happiness. We were given great advice to find the best restaurants and shops. We were given an umbrella during a rainy day. They really do care.

I'm not even sure where to begin. We LOVED our stay at Maison La Minervetta. We booked the corner room, which as soon as we walked in, we were just in awe. The view was one of the best I've ever had a hotel. The staff were the friendliest people, so kind to us and answered all of our questions as best as they could. I was in Sorrento celebrating my 40th birthday with one of my close friends, but not only did they bring us champagne to our room, on the morning of my birthday, they brought me a little cake and sung happy birthday to me at breakfast. It was the sweetest thing any hotel has ever done for me. I hate even using the word hotel, because the staff treated us like family. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal, the fresh bread and mozzarella, I'd like to add i'm still thinking about both of these things a week later while at home. The breakfast spread was vast with options for everyone. In relation to location, the hotel was just outside of Sorrento but a very easy 10-15 min walk. No hills, or stairs. The hotel decor was the cutest, it was like a cross between Anthropologie meets Nautical. So cute, with the tiniest of details, nothing was overlooked in this hotel. The room was fantastic - the only suggestion I would make is maybe having some blankets in the room. We spent a bit of time just hanging out in the chairs in the room looking at our view, and we had the windows open, the only thing that would have made it perfect were some blankets :) We of course were there during the coldest March they've ever had. I will for sure be back at some point during the actual season to take advantage of the pool and beach access. I can't say enough about this hotel and how great it was!

This hotel is absolutely incredible! From the moment you walk through the door you know you’ve made the right choice. The design and attention to detail is exquisite! You feel like you’ve entered an art gallery. Each room has a stunning view of Mt Vesuvius and Marina Grande. An added perk is the private staircase down to the Marina. Floriana, Georgina, Sara, Marco made our stay perfect. Also the young man that helps Sara in the kitchen was so sweet and so professional. Sorry I can’t remember his name. The entire staff so very nice and so so efficient. Thank you to everyone there that made this another perfect visit! We will continue to return each time we visit Sorrento. The staff definitely is the absolute best with personality, class, and professionalism! There cannot be a better staff anywhere!!

The Hotel Continental was the perfect hotel for our Sorrento-based portion of our vacation. Every single staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the concierge, to the breakfast staff, was kind, considerate, and pleasant. One of the gentlemen who works the breakfast was always singing and whistling, which always brought a smile to my face. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of options. I am gluten-free and dairy free, and they had plenty for me to eat. They had at least five different kinds of milk (regular, soy, almond, rice, etc…) and had a basket of assorted gluten-free muffins and bread. We booked an inside room with a hotel view, and I was nervous about what the room would be like. It was perfect! It was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Surprisingly, our room had a balcony, but it overlooked other hotel balconies. No problem since we were rarely in our room. The hotel is adjacent to a park which has an amazing view of the sunset. We did have cocktails on the rooftop bar one night, but they were a bit pricy compared to the area restaurants, so we only did that one night. The hotel is also within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and the steps to get to the marina, and you could walk to the train station if needed.

Our group of 4 adults all loved this hotel. The decor was modern, trendy and beautiful. All the staff were friendly and helpful. There was an enormous selection for breakfast and the food was good. After a week of pasta, I had a craving for a burger and ordered one from room service - it was delicious. The HVAC was quiet and the shower water pressure was good. There were blankets available in the room in addition to the standard duvet, which I really appreciate. The location was very convienient for walking to shopping and restaurants. My third floor room had a sea view and balcony with two chairs and a little table - perfect for a little rest. The roof top bar was elegant with a beautiful view.

The environment is very good, just on the cliff by the sea, the sea view of the Mediterranean Sea is in the bottom of the eye, the hotel breakfast is also very good, although it is not very suitable for the Chinese stomach, but it is quite rich, the restaurant view is also great, get up early in the hotel to have a breakfast, the mood is very good . The hotel has a private beach, but it is not a beach of sand. It is rock. It can directly reach the beach by elevator or down the tunnel and swim directly in the sea. If you don't want to swim in the sea, you can swim in the hotel pool, which is very suitable for vacation. The fly in the ointment, the room always has a taste. When driving the car, because the navigation problem is always open to the hotel, in fact, the hotel to the Sorrento Central Station is also 7 minutes walk, location, landscape, matching, are unparalleled.

The hotel is really good, although it is relatively simple, but it is all available. The public facilities are very good, there are beaches and swimming pools. The sofa in the room can be instantly changed into an extra bed, but the extra bed is more expensive, 150 euros a day. Breakfast is not good, maybe because it is an Italian breakfast, so the choice is not so much, the fruit is very delicious. The traffic is very convenient, just a few steps to the most prosperous main street, very close to the Sorrento Pier, not about 15 minutes. There is a parking lot, valet parking 15 euros a day, much cheaper than the outside.

What a sweet and unusual hotel in a busy little tourist city! From the staff that get to know your name on the first day, to helping with extra needs, we had the best customer care while at the Grand Hotel La Favorita. It's location is ideal, close to great dining and shopping and don't miss their sister restaurant a few blocks away! It's a hidden gem on the main walking/shopping street. It's like a magical garden with fantastic food and more great service. We did talk to a few others who said they get very crowded so dining earlier guarantees better service. Lastly, do'nt miss the rooftop bar with a beautiful sunset!

A one of a kind place--stunning location, rooms, views, and setting. Friendly and welcoming. Full of gracious charm. Beautifully designed rooms and public spaces. Add this to your list of 'must do' and you won't be disappointed!

The sea view room is beautiful, and the environment of the ordinary room is also very good. The most noteworthy thing is the Michelin restaurant in the hotel. The black truffle pasta is the best I have ever eaten. The breakfast is also very good. The warm service must be praised with five stars.

We are just home from an absolutely wonderful 4 nights with you. We were there 15 years ago for our honeymoon and this time for our 15th wedding anniversary and the place is still so special and fantastic. It has been kept up to date and still to such a high standard. The room was perfect and so clean (623), the food was so delicious and the staff in the restaurant and the bar was so friendly (especially Luigi). We will definitely celebrate a special occasion with you again, we will never tire of Sorrento of the Grand hotel Capodimonte. Thank you.

Beautiful views, lovely pool area, friendly staff. However our room had an issue with lots of ants which got into our suitcases. When we informed reception they immediately sent someone to clean them away and spray ant killer. However no apology was given, which surprised us. Also on the day we left we asked how long it would likely take to get to Naples Airport (we had a rental car) because it was a bank holiday. Google maps said 1.5 hours. The receptionist told us we needed to leave 6 hours before our flight at 10.30am because it was a public holiday. We were surprised and asked if she was sure. The trip actually took 1.5 hours so we were confused as to why we were told to leave at 10.30am and can only assume the hotel wanted us out early so they could prepare the room for the next guest, leaving us to spend 5+ hours at the airport.

Perfect hotel for us away from all the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. Positives. Great location high above Sorrento with fabulous views across the bay of Naples. Also away from the road so no traffic noise at all All the staff were first class, friendly and hard working. Selection of food at Breakfast buffet was very good even if the hot food was only luke warm at times. The evening 3 course meal was quality with a meat, fish and veggie choice for mains. All cooked to order. We like our food and eat decent portion sizes so asking for extra vegetables was not a problem. We are wine drinkers and found the Italian choices quite palatable. Bedrooms are spacious, very comfortable beds, loads of drawer space with either shower or bath/shower. Negative. In Autumn the sun soon disappears off the outside swimming pool late afternoon due to its location facing North East. Solution, use the top floor which has ample seats and sunbeds. The walk down to Sorrento down Scooter Lane (our nickname for it) is not as bad as some people make out. It takes 5 minutes to reach the start of this down the extensive drive. A further 15 minutes to reach the main road and then another 5 minutes into Sorrento. Add a few minutes extra coming back. A 25 minute walk for a 70 year old with arthritis in the knee. We would highly recommend this hotel. It may be too far out of the way for some although the shuttle bus every hour is very efficient in getting you into town.

What a wonderful hotel. We stayed here for a week in October. It was fairly quite and most guests were from tour groups. We opted for b&b only. The breakfasts were great. The selection of food was extensive and you could even have a glass of Prosecco. We only ate dinner once. Although it was lovely and reasonably priced. We opted for a room with a view. So glad we did. The view was stunning. Waking up each morning and looking out to Sorrento was like a dream. I would say the room was small especially as we were sharing with our daughter, so not a lot of floor space. But lots of storage. Being so high up the hill the hotel offers a courtesy bus once an hour into central Sorrento but doesn’t operate for 3 hours during mid day and the last bus from Sorrento leaves at 10.50 ( which is a little early). As it was October the pool was very cold and unfortunately so was the jacuzzi. It would have been nice if it was warmer. We will recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. And we will be back
