After a turnaround, I finally landed in Turkey's first hotel. I didn't choose a local five-star brand hotel because I felt that this hotel was closer to the sea, and it was convenient for eating and shopping.
The food in the hotel restaurant felt exquisite and the service was good. The pocket camera that I lost in the restaurant was also returned to my room.
Because I live in a suite, both rooms have bathrooms, the master bedroom has a sea view, and the second bedroom has an interior view. It is a bit embarrassing to know that the master bedroom does not have a door. The bathroom is super big and the water power is super big, which is simply too cool. All minibar drinks are free.

Hello everyone,
Really really amazing location, so huge so kindnesses and hospitality. Everything was good. I am used to travel a lot. Many times in Swissotel Istanbul. But now I am staying in Istanbul and I love this hotel. I am planning to come for the summer. Need your help for 5 days Swissotel and 2 days alaçati and 5 days in Antalya.

Location is very good . 100 meters to Basmane metro station. Staff where polite and helpful . Room was good in compare with the price . The only negative thing was breakfast . Breakfast was very poor . They had only tea . Not coffee . Not milk .

Yaz günü için kötü bir durum. Yapılan yorumlar ile otelin ilgisi dahi yoktu. The rooms of the hotel are neglected, the air conditioners are broken, the shower apparatus is old and broken. The staff is related, but the problem is in the physical conditions of the hotel. In the morning there were traces of insects on the bed sheet. When I asked, they said that flies are coming in from outside. However, even though the window was closed during the day, the next morning there were insect and bite marks and blood stains again. The receptionist, whose picture I took and showed, was not even there. I think other rooms had the same problem. The refrigerators did not cool, but because they worked, they did serve to warm the room. Bad situation for a summer day. The hotel had nothing to do with the comments made.

The hotel was stylish and beautiful, it had good night lighting. The inside of the rooms, the corridor and the lobby were very stylish and with a good design. The rooms facing the sea had a great view. The breakfast of the hotel was very varied and of high quality. The mini bar was good. The hotel staff were very nice and efficient and very cooperative. Check-in and check-out were done quickly. The quality level of the hotel was very high and it was a real five-star hotel. It had several pools and thermal pools that we could not use due to time constraints. There were good restaurants near the hotel. The only drawback of the hotel was the location of the hotel, which was located at the entrance of Izmir, and it was far from the center of Izmir and other sightseeing areas of Izmir, so you had to travel by taxi. In addition, the free shuttle to the city center and the airport had been removed for a long time. There was a very large hypermarket in the business center next to the hotel. In general, the hotel was very luxurious and excellent.

While choosing Wyndham is a safe bet always, I have to say that with the Grand Izmir Ozdilek team, the bar went higher. They made our stay not only easier instead a top quality one. No doubts that I will highly recommend the hotel if it is an option for you while you are in Izmir.

The hotel is bit of small at the entrance. But the inside the hallway is very space. I had the larger corner suite, and bathroom is very big. I also had the spa service, it is also very nice. One small area to improve is the lounge room size, and food items. Lounge is small, and food items are lack of hot items, and often is not refilled with it is empty. Nice free parking, and close to the sea. Breakfast at top has good view.

Lovely hotel with super helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. I treated myself to a massage in the Hypnos spa which was delightful. The Spa manager made sure I was looked after after my massage as I was sat relaxing. He brought me tea, water and fruit and checked in to make sure all was well. He really did go the extra mile. What a star! @hypnosspaizmir

Must choose a sea view room, outside the balcony is the Aegean Sea. Close to the sea, there are cafes and bars nearby, and there is a pedestrian street behind it, which is very convenient. It's really old, there is an iron board, but no iron. Breakfast options are very few, bread and cheese a little fruit and vegetables. The gym is also very small and has few equipment. Although there is a sauna, you can choose another one if you have a similar location nearby. In the evening, you can go for a walk on the beach for a drink.

I’ve stayed in this beautiful hotel 9 times , I always choose this hotel cause it has a parking lot and we feel safe for our car or our motorcycle, the staff is very very polite and friendly and very eager to help us out . The rooms are very comfortable, huge and very clean which is a number one priority. The breakfast buffet is very good , very fresh

Considering the price, it really can't be given a negative evaluation. The hotel is more suitable for self-driving tours. A big road is at the doorway and there is a big supermarket next to it. It's like a business hotel of the 1990s in the third-tier city. I'd give it full marks.

Super close to the airport ✈️, within 10 minutes drive to the airport, if you catch the early flight the next morning, don't miss this hotel. Next to the gas station, there is also a shopping center. The room is also large.
