Most beautiful and charming hotel in Lyon ! The staff is extremely kind and very welcoming. The bedroom was huge, the view amazing, the food delicious at Tetedois restaurant. The spa & the massages were great. Well, everything was perfect :-) Thanks a lot!

The hotel was transformed into a hotel from the nuns of the monastery many years ago! I want the biggest room, bathing hot and cold water can not be controlled, cold and hot, too horrible and terrible, if you are not afraid of burns, then I am afraid that I have to wipe the body with a towel, but the five-star hotel can not bathe ? ? ? ? The hotel is located in a beautiful spot. The hotel has a lot of charm and the service is amazing, pro-active and kind. The staff makes you feel 'at home' and everything is smooth and carefree. As an Ambassador we were upgraded to one the most wonderful river view rooms of the hotel. Incredible bathroom and beds. Drinks at the 'Dome' were amazing, and so was breakfast in the wonderful garden. Definitely the best Intercontinental we have stayed in. Thank you!

The rooms are large and the facilities are good. Will come here again next time. Front desk was enthusiastic

Beautiful hotel and rooms. We stayed in an executive room and there was plenty of space to work and enjoy all the views of the 2e neighbourhood. Location was perfect to explore the central part of Lyon. Breakfast buffet was great (fresh fruit, pastries, cereals/granola), not sure about the cooked food because we didn’t try it. beautiful setting. The food with room service was only ok, possibly because compared to the rest of Lyon it wasn’t as incredible, and possibly because the restaurant was undergoing renovations so it was not at full capacity. The spa was small but manageable because we needed to book the time (preventing too many people in there at once). The floors were very slippery and my partner hit his head - I think this needs to be fixed (we were not the only ones slipping everywhere when the floor was wet).
