"We booked a deluxe double room EUR 269/ night in March 2019 for 2 nights We got a room where we could walk straight in to the pool (even if we asked for1st floor with balcony) Great pool, that's for sure 5 stars No pool slippers in the rooms No coffee or tea facilities in the room Minibar in the room, yes with 1 beer, 3 sodas, 2 water The hotel is on the beach, but you have to walk maybe 500m where you can swim The bed is equipped with a blanket and bedsheets, we would expect a duvet and duvet cover The rooms are sound proofed, but our door was towards a parking and the main road and you can hear the traffic. As well when someone is moving a chair upstairs it clearly heard downstairs Restaurant is closed between 1:30pm and 7:30pm, and no room service between these hours as well Room service for food in the evening, try to order pizza, but 2 of the pizzas named in the menu were finished. Got an explanation that the pizzas are coming from outside. This means the pizzas are coming from outside in certain amounts and will be warmed up in the kitchen and when they get over, then it's out of stock. Is this a 4 star hotel??? Bar service: ordered the first drink at the bar counter and you get it to your table, when you finished your drink, staff passing by serving other customers their drink, but there is no chance they asked you if you would like to have another drink, which is great, I'm saving my money. I thought part of the job is to sell more to the customers Rest of the staff at reception, SPA and one lady at the breakfast were fantastic The reception staff and management made a great effort to take us to a local supermarket by their private cars (you can’t get a TAXI in Reunion for short distance ride???) TV looks like it was just put in the room just to be there (for 1 additional star!) with only BBC news as only English Channel, the rest were French. 2 people can't sit anywhere comfortably to watch and it's too far from the bed."
"It is not the most luxury hotel of La Reunion, but it has the charm of the special places. To remark that all the staff is very friendly. Although your room will not have view in the see, don’t worry, as you will have the view on the swimming pool that sorrounds all the public areas. Direct access to the beach, restaurant with view to the see, spa, relaxing areas close the beach, well conected by motorway if you wish to vist the island..... The guest are very diverse: young couple, family with children, old people,.... who are looking for a place where relax in a calm environment, where a good conversation close the see with a drink is a good way to end a day... One good option for your next holiday period"
"Great Location. Warm welcome at reception, an easy check in and guided to room. Friendly reception staffs and housekeeping present for evening service delivery. Choice limited though for dinner and expensive but worth the money. Nice beach, but here the pool is amazing. For holiday it would be a great spot that I would definitely recommend. Beautiful sunset view. "

"A good hotel on Reunion Island. Hidden in the encirclement of the flower sea and the towering tree, the white French architecture is elegant and romantic. At check-in, there will be a staff member on duty to take us to the room. Many white two-story buildings are divided into several groups, each with a terrace. Level table and chair appliances, high bed cushions. The bathroom and the washroom are divided into two rooms; the toothbrush and toothpaste need to be provided. In addition, a large bottle of mineral water and a small can of coffee powder can be sent daily for free. You can use the French jug in the room to press out two cups of coffee and drink it on the balcony. In terms of facilities, the hotel is located in the lagoon for swimming and snorkeling. The hotel will do several activities a week, cocktail parties, open-air movies and the like. In short, it is very comfortable. It’s not boring to soak the hotel without going out. recommend."
"There is free parking, there are a lot of breakfasts, and Chinese names. And porridge. Fruits are good. Service is average, standards are not as high as those of similar French resorts in Mauritius, and house prices are not cheap. The environment is good, the floor height is relatively low."
"Worthy of this five-star come here for the New Year's Eve and have a New Year's Eve dinner is a 5-course meal great Good service, good taste, and great environment The private beach is also very beautiful ~"

"The village itself does look like it had the best of times long gone (if ever) but the hotel itself is a nice 3star accommodation, with one older and one newer building separated by the restaurant/pool area. We had a 3 bed-ensuite which was of a reasonable size and with all cons you'd expect in such a place, including a/c, safe, TV, hair dryer. Slightly outdated furniture. The spacious veranda opened towards the pool. The room was on the first floor of the older building, no elevator, while the newer building has an elevator and beach view from some of the rooms. Free parking is inside the grounds and outside on the road. The breakfast buffet offered plenty, but nothing freshly cooked, only previously prepared. No baguette, only 2 kind of rolls which seemed to be homemade. However plenty of fruit and juices, choice of yogurts. We also had dinner there, for which you had to reserve a table beforehand. We ordered a mixed creole plate as an entry which is so big that it can easily be shared by two and which was a good choice. Mains consisted of local, seafood and international specialities and were fine, though a tad dearer than the offers in the local restaurants nearby. There was free wifi but terribly slow at times. The hotel seems to be popular with German tour groups, with all the disadvantages this arrangement brings. We would stay at a smaller hotel the next time to avoid the groups and get a service geared towards individual travellers."
"We only stayed on night at Le Nautile but we would have stayed a couple of days longer! The neighbourhod of the hotel itself felt a bit strange while driving there, but thats about it. Parking is possible within the compound or right next to it. The welcome at the hotel was warm, we were offered welcome drinks with/without alcohol. The room was sufficient with a small terrace with a table and chairs and view of the pool / dining area. The hotel has a direct access to the beach with its own beachchairs and some beach / ocean activities free of charge. Food was excellent with local cuisine and fresh fish. Overall Le Nautile is a cozy place for a vacation on the beach."
"We ended our holiday in Reunion with a couple of nights here in a sea view room as a real treat. It is in a stunning location being directly on the beach with access to sunbeds and snorkelling in the beautiful lagoon. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend the massages from Audrey in a small pavilion in the garden overlooking the bay. Fabulous!"

"Prime location for your Reunion Island adventure. The hotel is directly on the swimming lagoon - one of the only safe swimming beaches on the island with crystal clear warm sea and basic snorkeling capabilities. Staff are so friendly and helpful, two pools to choose from and a la Carte restaurant available only at lunch during our stay. Breakfast and all dinners are buffet only - but out the beach gate, walk left and you’ll find two great restaurants La Manta and La Marmite as well as some street food options. Supermarket and ATM also a short walk in the other direction, you have to explore to find as little information provided on site and our French was not good enough for conversation! Booked all excursions at the tourism office in St Gilles just a quick bus ride away as nobody available at the hotel activity desk during our stay. All in all, a great 5 night stay for a base in Reunion island. "
"This hotel is huge with pretty gardens and a large pool. The hotel is close to a pleasant but busy beach/ lagoon and in walking distance from some shops and restaurants. We did not eat at the hotel at all except for breakfast as the prices were quite expensive. No English was spoken so nothing was really explained to us. The room cleaners only came in the afternoon when we were showering so we told them they were not needed then! The hotel is so big it feels somewhat impersonal and the breakfast is a bit of a “bun fight” as many items seem to run out due to so many people using a small buffet area at the same time. The food is ok but not much variety and not a huge amount of options to choose. The rooms are large but very plain with no character, but clean. "
"Fortunately for this hotel its location is exceptional and the garden luxuriant because the service is pretty poor. I had to wait so long at the reception that I finally decided to give up. The barman is nice and staff at the breakfast are doing some efforts but I didn't feel that they really knew what service means in a tourism activity. Also I was so surprised to be notified that there was no bin in the garden and I had to walk to the bar to hand my rubbish over, that's really shocking. The room is ok."

"The hardware is poor, and the service is ok. Breakfast is average. The most regrettable thing about this trip was that at the end of the checkout, the hotel took a lunch list that I had already settled in cash, and the hotel’s so-called "signature" did not have my signature on the lunch table, and forcibly charged the fee repeatedly. I was puzzled. Ctrip worked hard to help coordinate after the event, but the hotel refused to refund, and finally Ctrip paid the fee in advance. Thanks to Ctrip, the hotel’s behavior was too rubbish"

"When we first looked into holidays on Reunion Island, we were a bit surprised by the lack of mid-range accommodation. We’re glad to have found Dina Morgabine. Location is perfect for easy access to the mountains and the beaches (but you definitely need a car to get around). Hotel itself has pretty funky, playful and quirky decor. All staff we encountered were friendly and tried their best to communicate in English (except a few restaurant staff...). We had a room with a kitchen on the ground floor and to be honest it was a bit dark and gloomy, as it faces the carpark and there is absolutely no view. Even during the day you’d need to turn all the lights on. We also found the setup of the outdoor kitchen a bit weird. Overall the room is clean and comfortable. Very good and fast WiFi signals. The breakfast is extra and a bit expensive. We had two polarising experiences at the restaurant - a dinner that was exceptional (excellent food and friendly service) and a very poor lunch (no attention from staff and two dishes that were too sweet and too salty). The bar has a cool vibe with a hip and trendy crowd, it’s a great place for pre-dinner cocktails. We had a comfortable stay but probably wouldn’t return as we feel we can get a better room elsewhere."
"Really nice hotel overlooking St Gilles with nice seaview. Decoration is top, very nice and spacious rooms, nice pool. We have had a fantastic dinner as well, great chef. Super live music band playing at sunset. Breakfast is a bit crowded otherwise top, we will be back thank you"
