Je travaille de nuit par rapport à ma situation professionnelle, et j'avais demandé une chambre au calme pour que je puisse me reposer tranquillement et être prêt pour une nouvelle nuit de travail direction Châlons ... Ma demande à été traitée avec beaucoup de savoir faire et ce tact que beaucoup d'établissements voudrait avoir Alia dans son personnel pour une simple raison, elle recherche la solution la plus adaptée pour que le client soit content et reste fidèle à IBIS. Client très content et je peut que m'incliner devant ce grand professionnalisme d'Alya . Bravo à vous, garder cette gentillesse, ce sourire que vous avez au téléphone, et je vous souhaite bonne continuation dans cette grande chaine d'hôtel IBIS .
