Via Fulvio Renella n.9, 400 meters from Caserta Palace, Caserta, Campania, Italy
"The Hotel is not well signaled. Does not have a free parking..actually you have to Pay 8 euro x night just for the car.. they provide you with a ticket to put on the car once you get to the garage that is located 20 mt away. In reality you park in a very old place with a broken roof..and if you need to get your car early in the morning you have to Walk over there and Then Call the hotel to get out...anyway...The suite deluxe is nice and spacious, but the bed is not very comfortable...it needs a higher matress and more pillows. In the room for the price you pay, they should provide you at least with a bottle of complimentary water ..just an advise/suggestion...anyway..The elevator is too small...overall too pricy."

"It was right in front of the egg castle and was a superb view. The rooms were also large enough and had a calm color. For breakfast, there were many sweets such as pancakes, donut and bubba, and all were delicious."
"The hotel location is right next to Egg Castle, the scenery is beautiful, the bedding is comfortable, and the check-in feeling is great!"

corso Vittorio Emanule 6, Naples, Campania, Italy
"This is a perfectly adequate two star hotel. It is a stretch, however, to call this place four stars, and doing so reflects poorly in the Italian hotel industry FOOD Breakfast is offered in the lounge area next to reception. There is also a bar area. There is no restaurant, and no room service. Our room did not have mini bar, though they did provide water. ROOM Rooms are stark, sparsely decorated. No artwork. Tile floors which perhaps help to keep the place cool in summer but in winter make the place feel cold. Rooms are quite small, with no closet or drawers, just a coat rack and a luggage rack and a small desk. Walls are thin and and we could easily hear anyone in the hallway. There is also no coffee maker in the room, which allows the hotel to charge for coffee in the bar. AMENITIES No upholstered chair/couch with side table No place to sit other than the bed Wall mounted TV is small. Internet was less than fully functional. We experienced an internet outage in our room that lasted longer than a day. Heat controls were difficult to understand . PUBLIC AREAS There is a single rickety elevator that can hold a maximum of four people that transports you up to the reception on the third floor. The reception area had a single chair, awkwardly positioned on the staff side of the desk. There was a lounge next to it however with seating. Public areas are cold, because the windows in the public areas either left open or do not close properly. These window in public success appear to be original from when the building was constructed some hundred or more years ago. SERVICE No manager on duty available in the evening or during the day. The receptionist was unable to escalate issues to management, who the receptionist said was out of the country. Staff was generally less helpful than I would have expected for a four star hotel. Receptionist would not even tell me their name. SUMMARY On this trip, I have stayed in three other properties in each of Genova, Torino, and Milano. Each was considerably less expensive and much nicer than the Metro900, which I would not stay at again in the future, no matter what the price. Calling this place four stars is plainly inaccurate. It is nicely painted though sparsely decorated, and by most other criteria would be categorized as two stars, not four. This inflationary practice reflects poorly on Napoli and the Italian hotel industry. It also reflects poorly on Expedia, which seems to not validate the star ratings on it site. Maybe in Italy, the definition of four stars is so flexible as to allow a place like this to call itself four stars, but that is really why internet based review systems exist."
"I’ve stayed in this hotel for 6 days, goal of my visit was US visa application for business so I chosen closest one to consulate. Well first my impression was not very good, but hotel team did everything to change it. Special thanks to barman who was telling me a lot of stories about this city during my evening cocktail (you are simply best!). Also thanks to reception team, who advised me good places to visit and was very polite and willing to help. Hotel team was doing great and it was a big pleasure to talk to you all and spend money for drinks. That’s how the hotel service should look like! Now about the hotel itself: Pros: good WiFi, best hotel team, good bed Cons: quite far walking distance from historical center, same breakfast every day, no kitchen in hotel If you are in a business trip and you don’t need hotel on a sea shore with beautiful view and restaurant inside you can pick this one cause it’s really worth it. "
"This boutique hoyel made us feel welcomed, special and well looked after. The staff had exclellent service, the room was exceptionally clean, we could not hear any external noise and it is above the train station which made it a perfect location to get to Pompeii. The breakfastwas very good and catered for all diets, the coffee was real from an actual coffee machine not American style or nescafe. Our clothes were dry cleaned in less than 24 hours and the tv channels gave us alot to choose from as sky was available and could be in English as well. From all the hotels we have stayed in, this has been the best in Italy."

"For 50EUR by the motorway one cannot expect miracle but this one is really terrible. Run down building, lousy internet, air con leaking water on the walls. I thought we could at least use the pool to relax after a long ride, but it's a bordello-looking spa and they charge 20EUR per pax. It's supposed to be a 4* Best western... I wonder how that can be possible. Only positive thing: it was fairly clean. Cheers to the staff for maintening that dreadful place, must be really depressing."
"Assolutamente da chiudere. Servizio scadentissimo e lo staff e organizzazione della SPA da incubo. Mancavano persino gli asciugamani....NO WAY TO CHOOSE SUCH A HOTEL EVEN FOR A DAY! FROM THE RECEPTION TO THE SERVICE ALL IS UNACCEPTABLE. SPA? IT'S NOT."

Via S. Maria Di Costantinopoli 104, Naples, Campania, Italy
"On the positive side: 1. The Reception stuff was nice & courteous, especially Giovanny. 2. The room had a Sky TV box with many English speaking & Sports channels, that I really liked. The only problem was the TV size (see below). On the negative side: A. Issues with the room: 1. The TV was very small (22 Inch). 2. The water flow pressure in the shower was too weak, & the shower head needed to be replaced. 3. After checking out, we returned to that hotel the next day, & noticed that the sheets on the bed weren't ironed! This means one of the two: Either someone else was using our room for one night, & they didn't change the sheets, or nobody was using it for the previous night, & since they knew that we were going to return after one day, why to bother & put new sheets! 4. There were no kettle, cups, and tea/coffee bags in the room. 5. When we entered the room for the first time, we found hairs on the bath floor (see the attached photo)! 6. The wireless Internet reception was very poor inside the room, & on the last day the hotel had an issue, so there was no Internet at all! 7. We could hear airplanes every 15 minutes, & on the weekend's nights, we also suffered from loud noises of people who went out to pubs/bars that were close to our room window... B. Issues with the serverd breakfast: 1. Overall, the breakfast was very poor, & not what you expect from a 4 stars hotel! No coffee/tea stand, you have to pay extra for fruit juices. On one morning there was no Soy milk. 2. Very poor service: We asked for omelets with mushrooms & onions, but then we heard the stuff in the kitchen saying it'd take them too much time, & eventually we received omelets with cheese instead (without asking for it)! 3. When we opened the cream cheese, we found out that the expiration date has already passed, & that it has mold in it (see the attached photo)! C. General Issues: 1. There's no elevator! 2. The pool is way smaller than on the photos. 3. In order to access the hotel lobby from the street, you need to walk & pass 2 different gates, buzz twice, & wait for them to open the doors. Not the most convenient way when you're carrying your luggage... Overall, not worth the 175 Euros per night that I paid!"
"Excellent and very friendly fine hotel in a great location central of Naples (Centro Storico) few minutes walking distance from Via dei Tribunali with it’s famous Pizzerias, National Archeological Museum treasures from Pompeii and the famous secret room including Piazza Dante (closes Metro station) and famous shopping street via Toledo. There is plenty of wine bars and night life around the hotel, but the hotel is located at the end of a cul de sac with gates, off the Main Street, signed posted, accessed by ringing the door bell. Breakfast service provides a good selection of Italian pastries and continental choices. Breakfast staff are very welcoming and look after your needs. Rooms are clean and spacious, I stayed in a single, but could have easily fit two more beds as compared to standard hotels. The Staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming and provided me with good information on places to visit and addressed my general queries, even offered early packed breakfast, if I was leaving early. Will stay here again, next time I visit central Napoli."
"This hotel is located right in the heart of Naples, but one inside, you would never know. It is walking distance to the Archaeological Museum, many bars and shops, and Sorbillo pizza. If you wat to venture further, it is right meat 2 metro stops. The staff are all friendly and professional, and we loved breakfast on the outside terrace with cappuccino made to order. The hotel entrance is non descropt on a very busy street. Once buzzed past the gate, you re then in an alley. Ar the end, on the left, you are buzzed in past a second door, and then the hotel is a great oasis in the middle of Naples. You are so set back from the street, that you do not even feel like you are in the city center. A great place to stay."

"We quite liked this little hotel with just a few rooms. We were given the room 102, like another customer. We liked it. It is really nice and very modern. The staff is very nice. Yes the hotel is slightly noisy but nothing that bad, I am quite sensitive to noise when I sleep and did not have any problem sleeping. Breakfast is nice. The shower is quite small, that's true but despite being 182 X 74 kg I did not have any problem fitting in. I found it very easily not sure how people cannot find it..."
"My wife and I booked a room here for one night during our honeymoon in Italy. At the time, most of the reviews on here were solid... I wish I would've seen the more recent ones to know what we were getting ourselves into! When we arrived, we were greeted at the front desk by a man and a woman who both were a little odd. The man had something wrong with his throat and constantly making loud gargling noises throughout the check-in process. The woman took our passports to check us in and led us to our room-- which was about 3 steps away from the front desk. After closing our door to this tiny room, we started settling in and heard everything from the front desk including the gargling noises every 10 seconds or so... Quickly, we decided we should head out and explore the city... it wouldn't be that bad if we were just sleeping there, we thought. We went back to the desk to get our passports back and the woman said that it is their policy to keep our passports during our stay in case they need to contact the police for whatever reason. There was absolutely no chance I was letting strangers take our passports while we explored a foreign city so I demanded them back, and she handed them over. Weird. When we returned to the hotel after dinner we were relieved that the gargling man was no longer on shift... in fact no body was. They close the front desk overnight. We were happy - thinking that it would be quieter that way.... until we tried to go to bed. Below the hotel is a loud nightclub that plays club music until 2 or 3 am. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows were terrible. Neither one of us could sleep until the music stopped, and we were promptly woken up the second the morning shift front desk person arrived to set up for breakfast because we could hear everything through the walls. It was the only dud of a hotel on our trip and we were exhausted the next day. Before writing this review I saw others comment that they had some unauthorized charges on their account - I haven't experienced that with them (yet), but certainly will be monitoring activity from my credit card that I provided."
"We stayed here beginning of October 2019 for 2 nights. Our second trip to Naples. A few months earlier we booked 2 rooms directly on the hotel’s website using their settings for German language. We booked 1 Deluxe room with balcony and direct sea view. The 2nd room in a lower category without balcony and lateral sea view for a lower price. When we arrived both rooms were with lateral sea view. We complained however the staff was not willing to help us at all. Both were ridiculously unfriendly and arrogant providing us different arguments: 1) they could not read our booking confirmation since it was in German. Again: we got this directly through the hotel’s own website. And a translation from German “direkt” to Italian “dirette” is something you can look up if you want. It took long discussions then they came up with: 2) there are no direct sea view rooms available for both nights. Fair enough. 3) We then asked for a compensation of the extra money we were spending on the direct sea view. They denied. No refund possible. 4) we then asked to cancel our booking completely since in this case we prefer to look for another hotel. They said we will have to pay a 100% cancellation fee! Yes. We heard right. We couldn’t believe they were serious with this! At the end their best offer was that we may cancel the one room which we booked with direct sea view but not the other room. As if splitting a group of 3 people on 2 hotels makes so much sense... The rooms: very noisy (street but even more other guests / people living in the building). Low quality furniture. But the room size is quite convenient. Bathroom: a bit dirty with a disturbing moldy smell. Low quality interior. Breakfast room: a small room without any windows. But you can have breakfast in your room which is nice. Overall: very disappointing. Not worth the money!"

Corso Umberto I 55, Naples, Campania, Italy
"we stayed here for 4 nights,an excellent stay. the hotel is 200m from the metro station. nearby there is a big supermarket and a great Italian restaurant, very cheap-Antica Pizzeia,Our room, 209 was very modern with good air condition and no noise from outside.the hotel is located on Corso Umberto st, more than 1.5 km long full of great clothing and shoes shops, a paradise for shoppers. The breakfast room on the 7th floor is very elegant with an open garden balcony facing the nearby port.food needs some improvement(white cheese, tomatoes, onions )but their yogurt and cakes were quite good.we saw air crews staying in the hotel too.the main asset of the hotel is the staff that was very polite and helpful in all sections of the hotel.Mr. Luciano in the reception helped us a lot , supplying maps, tour information help etc, a really nice and always smiling person.I will definitely return to this lovely hotel."
"My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this hotel and found it to be very reasonable. Our first visit we were on the 6th floor and it was nice and quiet. Our second visit we were on the 2nd floor and there was more traffic noise. The breakfast was reasonable with more than enough choice. On both visits there were tour groups staying so breakfast became very hectic and it could be difficult to get a table. Recommend getting there early. The location was very convenient, about 1.5k from the central station and easy access to the port and maybe 20 minutes to major attractions. Would definitely stay there again."
"We stayed for one night. It is perfectly located for train, airport, tourist attractions, shopping, and more. We arrived early for check in and they allowed us to store our bags so we could get out and see the sites. Check in was seamless and front desk service was polite and efficient. We had a family room which had 2 bathrooms and was clean. Beds were fine but could use better pillows. Free breakfast was included. It wasn't anything special but croissants were very fresh. Staff at breakfast room could've been friendlier. A great place to stay for the night in Naples. Would stay again."

"The hotel room is very good, breakfast is on the 9th floor, and the view is very wide. There is a huge high-rise building in front of the volcano side, which obstructs the view. . The location is also very good, very close to the shopping pedestrian street. . It ’s difficult to drive to the hotel. The parking is to unload the big box on the side of the hotel ’s main entrance, then turn right and then turn to the underground garage with oriente. Give them the keys and leave them alone."
"The hotel is ideally located, just a two minute walk from the Toleda station from the Central Station by Metro Line 1. There is a supermarket on the side. The hotel is located in the city center, full of excitement, rich breakfast, and invincible roof view."
"The hotel is in a good location, not far from the sights and within walking distance. And it is very convenient at the exit of the subway station, and the service is very attentive. Overall quite satisfactory."

"The hotel is located on the middle of the mountain, and the room is not cost-effective. Although the sea view room is set, the sea view is blocked on the second floor, and the room facing the sea faces the street, which is noisy."
