Top 10 Limetz-Villez Hotels

My wife and I stayed several nights at the Domaine de la Corniche. The entire hotel was charming, with a sophisticated balance of modern interior design and historical architecture, and the view of the Seine River was magnificent. The meals at the Bistro and the Panoramique Restaurant were exceptional, and the bar had a good selection. The entire staff was cheerful and helpful. It was only a twenty-minute drive through the country to get to Monet's home in Giverny, one of our top destinations on our trip from the US to France.

Hotel location is convenient, breakfast is good. The room was comfortable but small and the bathroom and shower were separate. Although the room is facing the street, it is still quiet. My daughter likes it very much.

Typical business hotel outside the city on a busy road. Ideal for groups like our French old-time club. Great parking area which is closed, also overday. Own room where we had a nice dinner and once dance with our own DJ. Good location as there are limited options in the area. The hotel is basic at best. Small windows, tiny in wall cooling unit, one power plug for entire room, mismatched pillows of uncertain history. Dry wall patches and old mismatched and dinged up furniture. A metal stool is the only chair in the room. For a single woman traveler it’s unnerving that it’s a physical key which could easily be copied. I do think it’s clean which is a plus. The breakfast and dinner room are actually quite nice although both did not eat in them. Staff does not speak English and there are no elevators to reach the second floor rooms. All in all it’s a “hard pass,” and I’d look elsewhere for more than a nights stay.
