It was wonderful experience to stay in Ritz Carlton Macau. Living at the Ritz is absolutely guaranteed, whether it's the service, attitude, food, cleanliness, and so on, while other hotels were so crowded packed with tours. The pool at Ritz is quiet and clean, and guests can also access wave pool and lazy river at Galaxy hotel, which is wonderful for families and kids. The only thing I wanna say is the location. Ritz is the furthest away from the Galaxy hotel bus shuttle stop and the huge mall at Venetian Hotel, while both are walking distance though.

This is my first time in Lisboa and it is 10/10 for me. The amenities are so awesome. The front desk Vivian is very accomodating. She let me check in 1pm and change the room as I requested with sauna. The housekeepong and dine in service are very good giving all my request in an instant. The one in the telephone also answer very politely. The jacuzzi and sauna in the room is a very plus so me and my friends enjoy the total experience. The bath soap and shampoos are Hermes. The bath salt was refilled as we requested. The drinks in the mini bar are for free. The view is perfect. The complimentary are very good. Only problem of this hotel is they have few plug to charge, and the wifi is too slow but we never mind at all. The swimming pool is quite huge and the staff are very Accommodating even cannot speak much english. Thanks for the umbrella and tumbler and the welcome keychains.☺️ we will definitely book again!!! The room is very big! Completely intelligent! The welcome fruits and desserts are amazing! The Figure 8 Ferris Wheel🎡 is well worth experiencing, and the hotel’s business and dining options are also very rich! But in comparison, the hotel's service is what needs to be praised most. The dedication, professionalism and patience of Xiaomai and Xiaohuang are admirable. They say it without shame, beating other hotels in Zhuhai by several blocks! If I have the chance to come to Macau again, I will definitely choose this restaurant!

Free upgraded to suite don’t know why, the breakfast included in the package was not as good as other top tire hotel in the neighbourhood, the experience was otherwise as good as ever and money well spent for the stay with Wynn Palace.
