Top 10 Los Arrayanes Hotels

We loved this hotel! The rooms, furniture, the decor, the breakfast, the staff were all top notch. Although there is a busy street in front, the hotel is an oasis in a crowded and bustling city. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and walkable with lots of restaurants near by. The speak easy in the hotel was wonderful with inventive cocktails and a great vibe. The breakfast was delicious, and every item was of the highest quality. WE had dinner in the hotel our first night and the service was excellent and the food delicious. there is nice outdoor space to sit and relax. I cannot think of one bad thing to say. IT was a wonderful way to start our trip in Colombia and I would go back in a heartbeat!

Ctrip's price is super good, and the software of the four seasons is not good enough. Slippers are more upscale than the average five-star, towels are thicker and softer, surrounded by places to eat, satisfied.

I have stayed in a bunch of Ws, and the W Bogota is at the top of the list. In fact, it was one of my best hotel experiences of any brand. The positives: great rooms, incredibly clean, pin-drop quiet (even on a lower floor), and excellent amenities. But more than all of that, the service was spectacular. I have seen great service at other hotels in Colombia, but this was next-level. Staff remembered my name, made helpful suggestions, were exceptionally professional and yet friendly at the same time. They got me a memory foam pillow (I don’t even remember asking for it; maybe it was in my Bonvoy profile). Every aspect showed thought of how to exceed expectations. Negatives: nothing meaningful. I would have to nitpick to find anything bad to say about this experience. The restaurant, Jairo, was awesome. I’ll leave a separate review about that because it was worth it.

This is the best Marriott property that I have stayed in ever. We were pampered from breakfast to dinner. Mayte at the Pimiento Restaurant, set the tone for during our 5 day stay. Her smile and energy in her greeting, her willingness to make sure that you are satisfied is exceptional and unique. When she wasn't around Jessica took the baton and provided the same exceptional service. Yes, the Concierge Lounge is closed, but what you receive at the Pimiento Restaurant is unheard of, provided that you have the benefit. The hotel may not be in the 'chic' part of town, but is super convenient to the center and Candelaria area. Ubers are super inexpensive and reliable. You can also use the transportation services offered by the hotel , also at reasonable rates. There are good shopping centers near by - La Gran Estacion and Salitre, that have great shopping and many good restaurants. I, for one would not want to test another hotel knowing what a special and unique place this is and would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks to Mayte and Jessica, along with her team. PS - I needed to park my rental and was not nickel and dime for the fee of the parking which is included.

Recently, I stayed at the Hilton Corferias in Bogota and loved it. The suite I had was outstanding. The breakfast is one of the best I have had in all of my trips through Latin America. The kitchen, hostess, and service staffs are remarkable. The concierge bent over backwards to provide me with useful information and, quite often, an umbrella. Jeffrey and Jhoan in the Executive Lounge made being there a pleasure. It is a great place to unwind, to read, and to eat. The hotel is in a great location that allowed me to explore the city quite easily. When I’m back in Bogota, I will be back at the Hilton.
