This hotel provides the ultimate comfort – it is neat, spotless, and exudes a luxurious feel. However, the management needs to address the issue of staff carelessness in handling paid bills. This is an important factor to consider when booking a stay. Unfortunately, my wife and I experienced this issue firsthand during our visit. We were charged twice for certain items, which caused us a great deal of discomfort and unnecessary stress.
