From the BMW airport transfer with our driver Vanny, to being greeted at the door by name, all parts of the experience were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in range and quality, offering the perfect mix of local, Asian, and western delicacies. We enjoyed two massages in the spa and the staff demonstrated great care and expert techniques, which left us feeling equal parts relaxed and revived. The swimming pool was oversized and a perfect temperature to lounge away a few hours, with poolside food and drink service at the press of a button. The luxury and comfort of Club Millésime was matched by the attentive and first-class service of Nikkole and his team. We enjoyed afternoon tea, nightly cocktails and tapas, and the staff assisted us with our every need. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian Restaurant - De Forni - where again we experienced service and hospitality that would rival the world’s best. Our room was well appointed with a large lounge area and bathroom. The balcony offered sweeping views of Phnom Penh and the daily housekeeping and turndown service made us never want to leave. And finally, the most memorable part of our stay was the staff, including Moni, for whom no request could not be met. This was the best hotel we have stayed in and as Accor Diamond members we have experienced some of the best globally. Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra is the best home away from home that you could want. Our only regret was that two nights just simply wasn’t long enough, so I guess we’ll be back again soon. This place is quite far from the central area of Phnom Penh, but the hotel has arranged a pick-up. The business car is sufficiently air-conditioned. Both Chinese, English, and Cambodian can say that the hotel is built in a resort area, and there are many Chinese employees in it, so don't worry about language issues. This place is a particularly leisurely place, not suitable for the fast pace of catching sights. Special attention is needed to take a taxi to the sights of Phnom Penh downtown. There are also chartered cars, but it is more expensive and more crowded.

Hotel was above my expectations and I can only recommend to stay there.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Phnom Penh. They maintain the Marriott world-class standards at this location. Breakfast was outstanding, and executive lounge was one of the best. The executive lounge staff was courteous and professional. They made us feel welcome and well cared for. Hotel is a beautiful design and a retreat from life in Phnom Penh. Pool is spectacular and restaurant was great quality too. Room - especially bathroom - was a bit tired looking, but super comfy bed and hugely spacious room. We escaped to this hotel because of renovations being done at the hotel we originally booked. Instead we were bombarded with Buddhist chanting for our two night stay and while the GM was lovely and very apologetic, the situation could have been handled better. A comp coffee or meal would have been a nice touch….but didn’t happen Hotel is beautiful but very isolated - at least 30-40 mins to downtown and not many options to eat outside the resort (locally anyway). And no spa services either. A beautiful place….but a few too many pitfalls for us to rate it more than 3 star.

Super friendly staff, and the meal test fantastic. Nice decorated and well maintained, the green environment around make me felt natural with the sound of waterfall in the pool. I have no doubt to suggest this place to my other friends.
