4 star but room Condition need refurbish. Nice pool, buffet breakfast they separate into different time. You as guest upon check in need to let them know the time you want for your breakfast. Probably due to Covid 19. It was a 4 star. Environment still OK. But the room Condition need to. Be upgraded. Lighting not bright. No hair dryer provided unless requested.

If you stay at this hotel be sure to book a room facing the sea. The first night I stayed in a room 1st floor facing the street. You have to have the curtains drawn at all times as the opposite building is very close and thus the room is dark. Also the noise from the market place is terrible. They play very loud music almost all day and till they close at 2 am and after that more music from somewhere else till 4 am. The following night I had a bigger room with sea view, so much nicer and the music did not bother too much. Very clean place and polite staff.

Nice and small budget hotel, location is strategic .. easy to get car park, maybe is Ramadan season. Overall was good

Poor Maintenance of Virgo Teluk Batik Resort. The room are outdated while full of dust. Even though they have changed my room, it still dirty and i can't complaint much since im so tired and Im pretty sure it will take longer time for them to fix it. Me and my husband decided to move from 419 to 104. Both room have a very dusty and poor maintenance. They also leave old pipe at the toilet. (I believe the maintenance guy forgot about it). We also have a difficulty in opening the door due to their lock issue. If possible, i can write tans of complain hoping them to upgrade their hotel. Too bad since they have a good location (5 mins walk to Teluk Batik Beach), but poor resort facilities and maintenance. Not to forget the lift are too small for 5 adult people to be in. Dirty lift since no staff stopping the guest from changing their cloth (after playing at the pool/ beach) before they use the lift. However, I like how Puan Normala engage with the guest and overcome the situation when the guest are unsatisfied with the room. She also alert on her surrounding. I make a complaint to the staff at the front office (male) without knowing his name since he have no name tag. Instead of listening to my complaint he straight away asking me to wait for a housekeeping staff at our current room. Second time i came to the lobby complaining that they are giving us wrong info through their only platform (room with balcony) while the room they assign to us are without balcony. Puan normala straight away talking to me and saying that she heard i request for a room change. I was surprise. She is a good leader and have a very good empathy and customer service. 10/10 for her service.

the hotel is comfy, suitable for short stay. room cleaness is good. tv channel avai6 only 4, but not realy a matter if it for short stay. location wise, food hunting & attraction is a drive away.
