The rooms are comfortable and incredibly well designed. I stayed in room 6011, which has one of the two balconies in the hotel and from which you can see out facing the the mall. anything you need is a quick phone call away. Or you can just pop your head outside and ask someone at the restaurant for help...there are no shortage of willing participants. As I said, I cannot say enough and could go on forever. Had a shower maintenance problem as the water was flooding in the bathroom and not going through the drain. However, a maintenance person was assigned and this was sorted out immediately. Great response time. Also, I was billed for early check-in. Was of the view that platinum members could check in early and check out late. Was not aware that early check in attracted a charge…would have waited for normal check in time. I was only made aware of this at check out time.

A local skyscraper with nice view on higher floor. I had a good time watching World Cup 2022 with the large in room to. The bed is also comfortable.
