The hotel is a beautiful and personal place for the reception and super top rooms, gentle and friendly, not all. I forgot the house keys early August and 3 days ago I called the hotel after almost two months because I had lost a watch and I didn't know where I called in the hotel for any findings, since I was going to buy it back as it was a I loved a great gift of family, and I must say to surprise that the boy of the reception with so much professionality and gentleness told me that I faced it. I was very happy, of course, thank you for having found him cleaning room 305 that day of August 11 morning. I also work in the hotel so I know what dedication and education means. What to say Hotels we recommend to spend top holidays and have the security of all the services that a customer can have in a holiday in August. It is not always easy with some excessive paces, because thanks yet and good work. Don't hesitate to book. Francesco.

This is a very nice hotel in wonderful place. The Hotel situated just across the beach which is also belongs to the hotel. The staff is very helpful and hard working. The hotel is very clean and well maintaining. Some special words for the beach staff. The beach is most clean beach in Gulianova area. No one pies of garbage found during one week stay. Cleaning every morning and all staff are very good. Even during this BS COVID precautions we were staying with great enjoy where. Try the restaurant on the beach. I haven't eat the fish for last forty three years until I've got a lunch where. Great Thanks for all staff of the Don Juan Hotel and hope to see all of you soon

A large and comfortable room with a large bathroom and a beautiful bathroom with hydromassage, friendly and available staff, adequate breakfast, is excellent position just outside the exit of the motorway. We went back several times because we always felt good.
- Guest User
Very nice hotel right at the exit of the motorway, a large, comfortable and soundproofed room with bathroom jacuzzi and abundant breakfast. For us now fixed stage when we return to Abruzzo. Absolutely recommended

We booked a room here at the last minute and were so glad we did. The building is beautiful and as impeccably cared for on the inside as it is on the outside. Our room was peaceful and so comfortable for our family of three. We had the balcony on our floor to ourselves on multiple occasions, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy ourselves. The staff made us feel welcome from the first moment and were very helpful when we needed anything at all. The included breakfast was wonderful, and the staff made our toddler his own delicious “kid lattes” with steamed milk. When my wife had to work, they even insisted I bring up breakfast for her on a tray with no room service charge! We will definitely be coming back and are so appreciative of the staff who made our stay so terrific.

We decide to spend a short stay of one night with enthusiasm. We decide by a company portal affiliated to the dispatch to book at this facility, the only problem we cannot book for the same day but for the next day, however, We call in the structure to know if they could come against us, they tell us immediately that there is a support for €220 and that they could have reserved our room by following us by addressing the quite bureaucratic problem of the portal. We're going to buy on the portal shipping a standard room but in line with the cost of a total of €223. Arriving in the structure, the bitter surprise happens, they ask us to pay a €50 commission that repels the lack of the commission that We try to make it clear that by doing so, our room would have had a total cost of €273 , which as consumers, we cannot enter into certain dynamics of agreement between the structure and the shipment. Moral of the fabulous, we are forced to stay in the structure since the booking made in good faith and ignores the bitter surprise was made in unrefundable form!! We decide to stay in the soupies seemingly clean and pleasant after a few seconds, start the trip ... We find ourselves as we were pedestrians of a train in full race, we are at the distance of the railway, room not in line with the Standard of a four-star hotel, no soundproof, inoperative bathroom window that does not allow you to breathe from any smells or vapours, thin walls with voice in the bottom. There would be much more to improve on bar and breakfast service, and we would expect the facility to come against us with some form of mediation instead showing no will for the customer.

Reviews From Real Travelers
Visited Giulianova, my families hometown, to bring my Papa’s remains back for a celebration of life ceremony and internment in the family mausoleum. Stayed at Hotel Cristallo on the recommendation of friends from the area. Stayed in an older room with balcony overlooking the Lido and ocean. Gorgeous views morning and night! Having the metal exterior hurricane shades to draw down in the evening made the room extra dark to sleep and provided additional soundproofing from the boulevard noise and the hotels street front outdoor patio bar, which had entertainment until around 10-11 every evening. It was lovely music and we didn’t mind sitting on the balcony listening. The room is very dated. I understand they are renovating and hope they complete it soon. Currently has a very retro 1970’s feel to it. The room was ample in size with a large closet, small drawers, and in room fridge. The bed was queen size, very comfortable with end tables. No usb charging or electric plugs on the stands. Floors are tile nice and cool. AC was sufficient, typical Italian AC, not so cool but enough to keep you comfortable. It was connected to the slider for the balcony- when you open the slider, it turned off until you closed the slider. The balcony had a convenient drying rack for bathing suits and towels. The bathroom was large, except for the shower which was very narrow for the size of the bath. The water pressure was decent. The bathroom had a bidet and plenty of drying racks for wet items. It did not have a hairdryer, but had a magnifying mirror. The rooms lights were controlled by your key, place your key card in the wall Trey near the door to activate the light switches. Take it out and the light switches do not work. This also activates a light system on the outside alerting housekeeping to the occupancy of the room. The elevator system was very easy to use, we never had to wait for such a small unit. There are also stairs which we used to work off the wonderful food we indulged in at breakfast! Breakfast was a semi American, with the addition of hard boiled eggs, bacon, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, granola to the traditional Italian breakfast of pastries, meat, cheese and coffee. Waitstaff bring you coffee per your order and the remainder is a buffet. The breakfast room is lovely, full glass walls overlooking the side street and small park. Aperitivo hour was lovely sitting on the street side patio! Waitstaff were attentive with little bites to eat with our cocktails. We sat for hours talking and enjoying the ocean breeze and people watching on the lido. The reception and staff were pleasant and welcoming. Registration and checkout were easy and went quickly. Parking was difficult. We parked once and walked everywhere we could when we could. We did not use the hotel beach, but used a friends private beach club about 1/2 mile north of the hotel. I LOVE the Adriatic ocean!! Everyone speaks of the Amalfi coast but in my opinion this ocean has i
