Advantages: 1. Excellent location, the main attractions can be reached on foot, there are many good German restaurants around. 2. The breakfast was unexpectedly delicious. Although there is only one restaurant (Italian cuisine), the hotel tastes good. There are different Rieslings in the wine list. 3. The high-rise room can see the scenery, it is beautiful. Disadvantages: 1. The room has no master control and needs to turn off the lights. 2. There are too few plugs in the room, which is inconvenient.

The hotel is refurbished from the old building. It has a European feel. It is close to the attractions, the rooms are high and high, there are slippers, the quality is very good, the service attitude is also very good, to explain the usage of each place in the room, but Personal reasons are still not particularly adapted or liked

Right from the Ritz Carlton sign, stayed here for four nights and the service was very good. Breakfast is rich in Europe, and the fruit is very varied, and the bread is not hard.

Stayed at this hotel for three consecutive times, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, and the hardware facilities are complete.

My recent stay at SO/Berlin Das Stue was nothing short of exceptional, as this luxurious boutique hotel truly surpassed my expectations in terms of style, comfort, and personalized service. Nestled in the elegant embassy district of Berlin, this architectural gem offers a unique blend of contemporary design, art, and comfort. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the hotel's distinctive aesthetic. The sleek and modern interiors, adorned with carefully curated artwork and tasteful furnishings, create an atmosphere of sophistication and artistic flair. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the striking sculptures to the meticulously designed lighting fixtures. The rooms at SO/Berlin Das Stue are a perfect combination of elegance and functionality. The tastefully decorated spaces feature plush bedding, comfortable seating areas, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the rooms with natural light. The modern amenities, including a Nespresso machine, a well-stocked minibar, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system, ensured that every comfort was met. The bathrooms, with their luxurious rain showers and premium toiletries, added a touch of indulgence to the overall experience. One of the standout features of this hotel is the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, the staff members demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Their knowledge of the local area, including restaurant recommendations and transportation tips, was invaluable in helping me make the most of my time in Berlin. Culinary delights await guests at SO/Berlin Das Stue. The hotel's restaurant, Cinco by Paco Pérez, offers an exquisite dining experience, combining Mediterranean and Catalan flavors in innovative ways. The dishes, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors, showcase the culinary expertise of the renowned chef. The hotel's bar, The Stue Bar, is a stylish spot to unwind with a carefully crafted cocktail or a glass of fine wine, accompanied by live music that adds to the vibrant ambiance. For relaxation and rejuvenation, the hotel boasts a serene wellness area, including a spa and a fully equipped fitness center. The spa offers a range of indulgent treatments and therapies, providing a sanctuary of tranquility amidst the bustling city. The fitness center, with its modern equipment and panoramic views, allows guests to maintain their workout routine in style. The location of SO/Berlin Das Stue is ideal for exploring the city. Situated near Berlin's iconic Tiergarten park, it offers a peaceful retreat while still being within easy reach of major attractions and cultural landmarks. The nearby Kurfürstendamm shopping street and the Berlin Zoo are just a short stroll away, providing ample opportunities for leisurely walks and shopping sprees. In conclusion, SO/Berlin Das Stue is a haven of luxury, art, and personalized service in the heart of Berlin. From the stylish and comfortable rooms to the exceptional dining experiences and rejuvenating wellness facilities, every aspect of this hotel exudes a sense of refinement and elegance. If you are seeking a unique and memorable stay in Berlin, I highly recommend experiencing the enchanting atmosphere of SO/Berlin Das Stue.

It was good to be back in Berlin after three years, and to mark the occasion, a friend suggested we do something outrageous. Like partake in a dish that's ubiquitously Berlin, but at an awesome setting and similarly astronomical price. A quick Google search pointed us to the Adlon Kempinski's currywurst, served at the lobby lounge. We were not disappointed. Large serving of sausages came sprinkled with real gold flakes. Glad to have had some historical Berliner cuisine and glad to have paid those prices. The hotel is super!

I was hier 3 days for the business because I was hier for one congress. The location and staff very good and very helpful and professional. The breakfast was the best ever in my life and I think the best in Berlin. The price was not cheap but for all your money you have everything! Excellent! Thanks a lot!!

We stayed at Classik Hotel Alexanderplatz for 5 nights and had a great time! Great location, very near to Alexanderplatz, Hackescher Markt, and Museum Island. We stayed on the 4th floor overlooking the inner courtyard. Really nice room, with a gigantic bed and TV. Bathroom was not big but very lovely with good quality fixtures. Staff all very lovely and accommodating. Only points to note were the ongoing work on the facade of the hotel, which obviously can’t be helped and didn’t affect us because of our room location. The hotel room doors and internal doors needed a ‘slam’ to close them properly, which we got used to but nearly left the hotel room door open once or twice. Also a bit of a smell in the corridor - but again, didn’t affect us too much. Overall would recommend, and would stay again!

Very nice art-deco style. Works even when you have a kid with you and need to unfold tye sofa in the suite. Centrally located - this means you may need to deal with some noise in the mornings. Good breakfast in a lovely atmosphere of a classy room with the sounds of singing birds. Recommendable.

We just spent 5 nights at the Regent. We booked their least expensive room and it was still fabulous. This is one of those hotels that does everything right. The hotel lobby and the rooms are elegant and yet not stuffy. The staff is totally friendly to everyone - from the business people in the breakfast rooms right on over to us traveler types in our polar fleece and REI travel pants:) Breakfast is excellent. The beds are comfortable, the sheets high quality. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are incredible. Full tub, large shower, big mirrors, good lighting. The toiletries are L’Occitane. There’s a high-end coffee maker and pods. The locations is perfect. We did a ton of walking - and in walking, I saw many of the other Berlin hotels I had considered in my research. None of the other locations is this perfect - especially for a first-time tourist to Berlin. We could walk to Museum Island in under 10 minutes. 10 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate. 10 minutes to the Checkpoint Charlie area. I cannot compliment the Regent enough. It is one of those rare hotels that just did it all right for us.

Stayed for three nights in mid December. It's a very opulent hotel, and while the decor is definitely not our usual style, we found it utterly charming. Our room was very large, but also cosy, and luxurious. We had breakfast each morning, which was delicious, and also enjoyed a drink in the little bar which was perfect after a day out in the cold. Location-wise the hotel is just off Gendarmenmarkt, which is my favourite place to be based in Berlin. Would very much recommend the hotel for anyone visiting the city.

Excellent luxury hotel with an excellent location. The concierge was very helpful and the entire staff was extremely accommodating and provided first class service. My room, although it was luxurious and the bed super comfortable, did look a bit old, and small for what I expected. The breakfast was great, very varied and with top quality traditional German ingredients and dishes. I especially remember the chefs who explained the ingredients to me and Andreas at the restaurant reception with a great attitude every time he saw us. I highly recommend this hotel , excellent option to visit Berlin

I have stayed there for 5 nights. Wadorf Berlin is still good but not excellent anymore. They did not renew the hotel at the covid era, carpets at the floors and rooms are very old. Also furnitures in the room are worn out. They used to have turn down service but not anymore, they don't even put a piece of chocolate to your pillow for the night. Location is great, in the midlle of shopping and very close to metro. Reception and conciage was the best part. they are really good, they also found a free table for me at Grill Royal which I could not do for 15 days. Breakfast was good but not excellent again. For a Waldorf experience I was expecting a better breakfast, a turndown service and better maintained rooms. Beside this everything was great.

Reviews From Real Travelers
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I stayed here for one night to get sleep before leaving at 3.15am to get a flight. It was supposed to be purely for sleep between two days of business meetings. I checked in, the lady on reception insisted on knowing where I work. No idea why that’s their business??? Air conditioning didn’t work. The room was 27C and there was no way to cool it down. I went to reception and the lady seemed un bothered and just said ‘o yea the air conditioning doesn’t work in some of the rooms’. That’s not really ok. I opened the window and it was ok to a busy main road with cars, trams, sirens etc so no sleep. No problem. I’ll just iron my shirt and try and sleep. The room didn’t even have an iron. I called reception and asked for one and the lady brought an iron to my room. I asked if there was an ironing board to go with it and she said there wasn’t as they were all being used. So I’m summary, I stayed here for a business trip, had to iron my shirt kneeling down on the floor using their chair as an ironing board and they didn’t have the advertised air conditioning so I was roasting and couldn’t sleep. Worst stay ever. They shouldn’t advertise air conditioning on their website if they don’t have it. I would have stayed somewhere else. I went to look at the sauna which was grubby and dirty so unsurprisingly no one was using it. The city itself isn’t worth visiting if you’re going for personal reasons. Every single available surface is covered in graffiti, and there seems to be an attitude of firstly vandalism but then also not doing anything to clear it up from either the locals or the council.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and highly recommend it. The room was nice and modern with thoughtful extra touches. Service was excellent, always friendly and helpful. They handled special requests efficiently and gracefully, making the extra effort with a smile on several occasions. Only ate breakfast but the coffee was excellent and the breakfast was really nice with waited service with some healthy options. The neighborhood was charming, felt very safe and had some nice local restaurants to choose from.
