The hotel is right in the city center but very quiet. It takes about five minutes to reach the hotel from the highway. The hotel is luxurious and the garden is beautiful. We also had dinner in the room and the food was pretty good. That is, the rooms booked by Ctrip are often on low floors and on the equipment platform, windows cannot be opened.

Hotel location is good, shopping, eating is very convenient, the room is also available, there is a paid parking lot. Breakfast is average, but the American hotel breakfast is almost the same, it is quite simple.

The hotel is located opposite the Super Convention Center. There is a parking lot for children, a swimming pool, a sauna room, and fresh fruit for free.

This one in Salt Lake City, the room was fine. Meet expectations. Breakfast is also quite satisfactory.
Only disappointment and upset was that I left the next day and the $198 deposit was never cancelled. Yes, it has been 11 days. I called the front desk on 7.16, and the female staff replied about 4 working days. As a result, looking at it today, all Marriott's Springhills have not been cancelled. But what stands out is that there is a $20 deposit for other Springhills suites. This 198, why? Salt Lake City expensive? Aren't you worried that such an inefficient cancellation of the deposit will affect your guests' next itinerary? Not everyone has a $30,000 credit card limit and can ignore your slow refunds. Regarding this hotel in Salt Lake City, it has bad reviews. It is recommended not to go if you are concerned about the speed of returning the 198 deposit.

This is the first time I stayed here and I'll be back. It's right next to the Salt Palace convention center which makes it incredibly convenient. It's reasonably priced and each room has some great kitchen features in it. Also, breakfast is included. There are several great restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff here is fantastic as well. I was hoping to get a muffin before they cleared breakfast, but I just missed it and the staff brought the bread tray back out for me to select from. Genni & William are great and very helpful. Genni waited with me until my Uber came to make sure I got in and got on my way to the airport okay. This is above and beyond what I've seen at other hotels in the area. Having kitchen utensils/items in the room was great for when I ended up staying in the room more than expected due to a tooth issue. I could easily heat up food and having a dishwasher meant I didn't have to do a lot with the dishes. If I was staying in Salt Lake longer, I'd definitely choose here because I could use the kitchen area to make sure I ate decent food. The only thing I wish is that they had a larger selection in their Marketplace area. Overall a great place to stay.

Our room was very nice with a full-size fridge in the kitchenette, a really neat closet organizer, and comfortable beds. The staff, especially Gerri, was very friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay there again when we return to SLC!

According to reviews, parking fees are charged. In fact, customers can park their cars for free with a card. Attractions in the city are within walking distance. Good location and good value for money. However, when I joined the company, I met a friend from Shanghai who had stayed the night before and said that the room door bag might have been stolen in the evening. We should pay attention to it.

Perfect location for walking to downtown activities. Great service from staff and clean, spacious rooms. Great value as well. Loved hanging out at the bar for drinks.

20-30 minute ride from airport. No shuttle. Great quesadilla the first night, better than most, at the Thistle & Thyme on-site restaurant. Delicious, huge pancake, bacon and tasty hot chocolate the next morning. Microwave near reception. Beautiful Chihuly apprentice glass installation visible from numerous locations. Clean, tidy rooms. Reading light on headboard perfect! More hotels should realize people need to be able to see to read or plan/adjust travel itineraries. Special praise and thank you to Jake in the restaurant and especially to Hanna, fifth floor housekeeper for her polite service, kind and friendly attitude, both should be considered valued staff members. Two stars sleep quality - sunken area in mattress. Numerous pillows - but all hard. Low toilet.

First of all, the beautiful scenery of the University Park in Utah, you can see the photos outside the hotel window, relatively quiet. But the facilities are a bit old, the shower is not very good, the water is very small, and it takes a long time to shut down without dripping. The service staff was very friendly, but made a mistake, gave me a 5 knife cash bill, and couldn't tell what the consumption was. When I asked, I said that I communicated with the hotel manager, and then said that it was high-speed Internet, when I told She really only used the free one, and gave me the exemption. I still reminded me that high-speed Internet access is a fee. Of course, it was a smooth check-out.

I stayed here for a conference across the street at the Salt Lake Hardware Building. It’s a very convenient location and you can access downtown easily by foot or by free light rail. The staff were all warm and friendly and made me feel very welcome during my stay. The rooms are very large and have all the standard amenities. Breakfast is included and it consisted of both hot and cold options. Thank you for the great hospitality! I hope to stay there again in the near future.

This is an excellent hotel to stay at. This property is very clean and the rooms are exceptional. The breakfast was very good! The front desk manager who has been there for a number of years was excellent at handing things at the front desk and was training someone on breakfast. I would recommend this place to anyone!
