The surrounding environment is very good, the room is not too big, the entrance is the cloakroom and the kitchen, and then the living room, inside the bedroom is connected to the bathroom, there are shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, hot water bottle, and two free bottles of Saint Pellegrino. But the hotel does not have a parking lot. The clerk will drive a golf cart to take you to the public parking lot and then drive you back. The parking lot is 1 km away from the hotel.

The geographical location of the landscape is close to the bridge, relatively quiet on the opposite side of the castle. The service is good, but it is too artificial and somewhat redundant. Of course, if you like this one, you may be able to. The cleanliness and facilities of the room are like this, and there is no good place.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise in Heidelberg city, and I stayed only one night, but I would certainly stay more, because I was very well installed. The hotel is located in a building that worked in an old tobacco factory, and is completely renovated for the hotel's facilities, with large suites or lofts, very well decorated. They have washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with modern tools. Wi-Fi quickly. Floor with heating and large bathroom. Parking on the site, but are few vacuums. When I booked, I asked for a parking vague and I had no problems. The service was very good from who received us. There is no reception. When I arrived at the establishment, at the main door, there is an interphone. The guest attendant arrived in a few minutes and passed all the instructions needed. It is in a quiet and quiet neighborhood. It is not so close to the historic center, about 2.5 km. Better go by car and park in the various parking lots near the main attractions.

The homestay is average. Although the house is not small, the hardware is average. No one will take care of it after 8pm. No check-in is allowed. In short, it is not worth it

This is an old-school European hotel that has been run by the same family for years. In fact, they were walking around breakfast greeting guests who had been coming for years. Although the furnishings are more old-school the service is top notch. The front desk, bellman, servers - everyone was extremely helpful and cheerful. It was a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of the town and our room was quite comfortable - the sitting area was nice to have so we could relax a bit before dinner. Breakfast was a great buffet with fresh squeezed juices and cheeses, meats, eggs, pastries and yoghurts.

I just returned from another trip to my hometown Heidelberg and stayed again at the Hotel Europaeischer Hof. It's by far my favorite hotel and I always look forward to staying there. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and the service is excellent in every department and very consistent. I like that the rooms have environmentally friendly hot water kettles and tea bags and instant coffee instead of coffee makers with capsules. And the bar is the place for the best Negroni near and far. I already booked by next stay.

In an ancient building, dining room has white arched ceiling , lots of rooms, quite elegant. WE wanted a slow lunch to avoid the rain - and succeeded. Table layout upmarket. Food excellent, it was schnitzel week, so we all indulged. Good wines. Not as massively expensive as one might guess from the appearance. Young waiters struggled a bit, and mis-served us once; but lots of smiles and our poor German did the trick

SIngle room was fine - good walk in shower. mobile a/c unit was a godsend in 34 degree heat! Extremely helpful staff - also very friendly. The hotel is pretty and quaint and the location is perfect right on the market square. Also has outside cafe seating where I had traditional wurst and sauerkraut

We were so glad to see this fully renovated hotel open in time for our visit to the Heidelberg Christmas Market (original opening date was projected for the end of December). The Hilton Heidelberg is an incredible facility, surpassed only by the amazing team working to provide the best possible experience! We have never been so graciously welcomed by so many on the team, including the General Manager, Remmie. Margarita and Katerina took great care of us during check in and were even able to upgrade us to a Junior Suite - what a welcome surprise! After settling in to our room, we had the pleasure of meeting Lubeth in the Executive Lounge who took care of every need and made us feel so welcome - always with a smile! The management team is definitely committed to hiring the best, but they are also clearly committed to leading by example. Vladimir (the restaurant manager) made a point of introducing himself and checking to be sure we were enjoying our stay and Sonja was so gracious when we were visiting the restaurant. Brent stopped by while we were in the Executive Lounge to be sure we were enjoying our visit and asked if there was anything he could do to help. Tim (a Heidelberg local) took time to share some of his favorite spots around town, as well as the hotel amenities and make sure we made the most of our time in town! I cannot remember another hotel stay where I could name more than 1-2 people on the staff - this team truly made us feel welcomed and valued! Thank you for a such a great experience!

The Hilton Heidelberg was completely restored and completely meets today's demands for a 5-star hotel. The staff is very friendly and premature in every area! Compliment! The Executive Lounge is very nicely furnished and the “small snacks” are really delicious. So I can recommend the Hilton Heidelberg warmest and very glad to come back. Therefore, very much like 5 stars.

It’s not often you get to spend the night somewhere that they’ll also brew you some beer so we couldn’t say no. The room was well appointed and pleasant. The hotel restaurant has a great buffet breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and sampling of the brewery’s selection of beer. It was perfectly placed to explore the university area, the castle and all of the old town area. We would highly recommend it!

Our first day in Heidelberg we wanted to celebrate with a delicious food in a beautiful beer garden. The reception was very nice, the atmosphere was nice. The service was nice. The first beer came prompt and was delicious. We chose to do this for a Vienna snitzel and a big salad with coly chickens. Initially we wanted to share the food. We ordered another free beer, but never reached us. It was not very full on the day. But we always remember that the servers were more delicate to drink beer than the paying guests. Then our food came, very disappointing. The slice looked like 2 big nuggets, the salad was delicious, the kicok chicken in it rather moderate. What is not so easy for a kicock chicken. The food was completely in order from the price, if it had been nicely addressed dishes and the slice would have been really a slice. I hope the other restaurants in Heidelberg are better 😢

I pass through Heidelberg a lot on business, and have only taken the time to stay overnight once before, partially because I haven't been too keen to stay in any of the hotels in the Old City. Most are kind of run-down and stuffy; some are quite expensive and stuffy. Villa Marstall is neither. The hotel is in a beautiful old villa right on the river with incredible views of the river, trees, rowers and other boats, and the looming green mountain and Philosopher's Way across the water. Views towards the city encompass old buildings, the churches, and the famous castle. You are a short walk from pretty much everything worth seeing, or doing, or eating, or drinking in this awesome little city. And even though the building is classic and old, the rooms are recently renovated and modern, leaving some nice period details, like exposed beams and brick in some places. They're furnished in a clean, white, simple style. The breakfast--which is not included in the price (understandable, given the reasonableness of their rates)--is good but not great. I think that when the hotel is busier, there is probably more selection. And in any event, the breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. And all this comes at a very reasonable price tag; I would normally expect to spend 1.5x or 2x what I did for such a nice experience. Highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely be back!

On the Neckar River, not far from the old bridge, the view is first class, the room is large, very beautiful, breakfast is in the basement, more abundant. There is no parking space, only the 8th parking lot on the main street, or the 12th parking lot of the food plaza. It is about 10 minutes to go to the hotel. The 8th parking lot stops for 17 nights, slightly expensive. It is said that 12 parking lots are cheap. In addition, the extra bed plus the early fee is more expensive. Heidelberg is very beautiful and worth a visit.
