Sadly was not great,we simply stayed out all day used hotel for just sleeping,definitely not 4 star, in fact would struggle to give it a 1 star,breakfast was shocking served in a summer house on terrace watched one of the cleaning staff get a coffee and extinguish her cigarette in one of the cups used for the guests,hotel was in a area that a lot of people would of found uncomfortable walking around at night graffiti everywhere,,no shops near by for snacks ,it was meant to be a special weekend, for my wife’s birthday I taken a load of pictures and I’ve sent them to easyJet holidays because we’re absolutely shocked at the condition. We were only there for three days, I can’t believe easyJet holidays actually sponsored this is one of their destination hotels. We don’t normally moan or complain about anything but I just feel for the money we paid. We didn’t get great value, for the reception staff I can’t fault them although we seem to be charged at check out tourist tax at £7 each per night which was a shock when we had to pay €50 when checking out, I’d like to know if anyone else had experienced this, I was just shocked at the condition of the room and I’m not going tooexaggerate I’ll put some pictures up, but we managed to do everything we planned to do just the hotel spoil it. I think you would find better hotels, probably nearer the main attractions

Very reliable hotel. It is indeed the top brand in Rome. It is impeccable. The restaurant cafe and the bar on the top floor are very good. I drink until dark every day 😮💨 Upgraded to a small suite. Next time I come to Rome, I must do it again

Deserves to be a five-star hotel, the service is amazing, and the bedding is very comfortable. Excellent location right on top of the Spanish steps. Because I booked six nights, I got a free room with a small balcony. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. There were welcome fruits and a welcome card with my name printed on it (still bilingual in Chinese and English). The cleaning service is professional and clean. Free water and chocolate every day and a bottle of red wine. There is a Mixing restaurant on the sixth floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not go to taste this time. Before I left, I went to the restaurant on the first floor of his house. Angus steak was superb and delicious. In short, such a hotel is worth going to Rome again.

The Hotel de Russie is a gem! The location is perfect, the hotel is stunning and every single staff member goes out of their way to ensure guests have an incredible experience. Mario, in Le Jardin de Russie, was so considerate of our family of 8 (including 6 children). We felt welcomed and comfortable during our entire stay. When my husband and I first visited Rome 20 years ago, we stayed at de Russie and never forgot how special it was. Returning with our children only reinforced that there is no better place to stay in Rome!

I'm only on night two out of a five night stay in Hotel Eden, but felt compelled to leave my review already. Having been fortunate to stay at some of the best 5-star hotels in the world and being an experienced traveller, my standards are extremely high. However, everything about Hotel Eden has exceeded my expectations. Every single member of staff is amazing. We have stayed at other Dorchester Collection properties around the world, but the service at Hotel Eden is another level. We have been so welcomed and the staff have gone out of their way to deliver an outstanding service. Special thanks to Antonio in the Concierge department and to all the team in the rooftop bar who could not have been nicer. If you are looking for the best hotel in Rome or beyond, then I highly recommend Hotel Eden. You definitely won't be disappointed. We can't wait to return again. Thank you for taking such good care of my family and I.

This is a really very good hotel. I enjoyed the quality of the staff,the room ,the location and general quality of the Hotel. It would have got 5 stars but for 2 things.. and both relate to Cielo bar..a superb place for a visitor to Rome staying in the hotel to enjoy the great views of Rome particularly at sunset and a drink. Firstly,we arrived at the rooftop bar to find it full of people not staying in the hotel and there was no priority whatsoever for guests of the hotel. Here the bar and the views were filled with locals paying 16 euros for a drink and the guests paying hundreds of euros each night could not get a seat..and the Restaurant above not open till 7.30. Secondly,the appalling loud music at the bar was totally disruptive to a sophisticated enjoyment of the view trumpeted in the hotels advertising.. It detracted from the general quality of the hotel.. The Hausler next door has a total priority policy for guests next to the De La Ville on their rooftop and indeed our existing hotel in Portifino the same,. Pity it detracted from our stay.

Location: Surrounded by many scenic spots, the advantage is that it is convenient for sightseeing, but the disadvantage is that it is crowded and noisy. Facilities: Rebuilt from an old building, the design is excellent; the room is small, but relatively warm; there is no swimming pool, but there are large bathing facilities for guests to experience the Roman bath Equipment: Free soft drinks in the room minbar, and the drinks given are very high-end. In addition to the welcome drink at check-in, there are also snacks and drinks delivered to the room Service: Quite satisfactory, not very enthusiastic and attentive. One day the breakfast waiter was too engaged in chatting and forgot to order. There are free fitness activities every day. There is a free outdoor fitness class on Sunday, which is very special. It will take guests to a small outdoor square for fitness. Surrounded by various historical sites, it feels good to exercise

The location is great, less 10 mins walk (with luggage) from Roma Termini. Room is clean and spacious (we got free upgrade!!). Supermarket is also quite near. About 20 mins walk to the colosseum. Will stay there again.
