Service was outstanding and on-point across the board with all personnel and every aspect. Accommodation was impeccable and comfortable, we loved sleeping with the windows open and hearing the sea. We appreciated we had a little coffee/tea station in our room and a mini refrigerator. The size of the room was very comfortable. We enjoyed seeing how happy the housekeeping team was and how professional they were. The food and service was amazing. Breakfast was a beautifully displayed gourmet buffet with a lovely selection to accommodate all dietary considerations and restrictions including hot and cold items, freshly prepared breads and pastries as well as a fresh selection of fruit. The buffet was well maintained throughout the breakfast timeframe. The staff coverage was perfect with always having a team of three or four: one exclusively at the coffee station to prepare any type of coffee you ordered and then served by professional wait staff; one person as bus and the other sometimes just on buffet to ensure everything was topped up and visually pleasing. Dinners were always special and the wait staff and team lead executed impeccable service. They understood the art of service. It was a pleasure to dine. Reception and concierge services were lovely, engaging, and enjoyable. Others employed by the hotel were professional and confident in their roles. Excellent team, always accommodating. The location is safe with full coverage security, quiet, and peaceful. The grounds were beautifully maintained. My husband and I would return again.

I stayed from March 13th 2023 to March 18th. Hotel located in a comfortable location to reach also walking and with little effort every area of Ancona. Most beautiful hotel located in historic building. The attention and courtesy of the staff to the clients is maniacal. Everyone was ready to meet with a smile and courtesy every request made by me. Very clean structure. Everyone in the staff always had a ready smile and was always helpful! Excellent views of the beach from the restaurant and the room! We took our meals at the restaurant and food as well as the service were great! For starters, we were served sparkling white wine and some bruschetta! We ordered pasta and vegetable gratin each and were surprised by the large portions! But everything was delicious so we were more than satisfied. About the location, you need to walk up a bit but we did not mind the exercise at all. Also, if you find yourself in Portonovo, you will be a bit far from the city center. So if you need to shop for necessities, you need to drive 20-30 minutes to Numana. The hotel gave excellent suggestions and arranged also for a hired taxi. All-around great service and would definitely visit again in the future if given the chance.

Great hotel, lovely rooms, we had a front facing room with balcony. Breakfast was varied and very good. Majority of staff were fabulous, a couple were a bit unfriendly (maybe they were overworked and busy). The pool was a real highlight. I would definitely stay here again.

Picked this hotel as the one we have stayed in before was closed and it is really easy to find when you get off the ferry. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Had a few questions before we arrived and the hotel was really helpful. As someone else has put its not in the greatest of locations but once inside the hotel you forget all about that. Felt safe and at ease with the covid restrictions, the room was lovely, large, spacious lovely sea view, the bathroom was also lovely with a great shower. A very modern room. Even managed to watch English football which was a massive plus. Food in the hotel restaurant was fantastic and very reasonably priced. My wifes starter was more like a starter for two. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone

Posto da favola, ma abbastanza distante da Portonovo e Mezzavalle se come me ci si muove solo a piedi e con uno saono da trekking. I mezzi pubblici passano di rado e bisogna calcolare bene i tempi. In alta stagione l’hotel dispone di un servizio navetta per il Conero. Il giardino dell’hotel è bellissimo e curatissimo e la vista sulle spiagge del Conero è mozzafiato. Addetti alla reception gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Camera con vista sul mare da favola. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Cena nel ristorante interno: di qualità ma quantità minime. Prezzi sproporzionati. Ho aspettato moltissimo per ordinare, molto tra una portata e l’altra. Non mi sono osato a dire nulla, ma devono essersene resi conto da soli in quanto al check-out mi hanno fatto uno sconto rispetto ai prezzi visti sul menù.

Modern hotel near a shopping centre, quite in the outskirts of Ancona. Clean rooms and bathrooms, medium size, functional. Abundant breakfast with various hand-cakes and some salad. In addition to the free parking of the hotel (not huge) there is a small square nearby where to leave the car, to avoid using the garage (cost 10 euros per night).

Hotel all’altezza di un 4 stelle+: personale gentile e sempre disponibile, stanza impeccabile, colazione internazionale ricchissima di dolce e salato, a pochi minuti a piedi il centro della città. Se dovessimo tornare ad Ancona lo risceglieremmo sicuramente.
