Top 10 Max At Mirabeau Hotels

I am an IHG member, and frequently stay at Holiday Inns when needing short term stays. My husband and i are in town to see the play, Wicked. We checked in to our room at 3pm to find the bathtub drain was full of a mass of black hair; and the bed was made but sheets and plowcases were dirty. When I called the front desk and asked if we could please get a different room, I was told the hotel was full and they acted like a dirty room was normal and I was over reacting. I took photos because I'm not the ”Karen” so often expected in these situations. They said they'd send someone up to clean the tub and put clean sheets on. However, if it was acceptable for housekeeping to leave the room looking like that originally, what other areas did they not clean? And are they sending up the same person who was supposed to clean it before? Based on the attitude of the front desk staff AND the cleanliness of the room, I wouldn't stay here again.

Repeat visit to this facility. Price was great as was the facility.

Of the Marriott family of hotels in the Spokane area, this is more affordable than others. The breakfast buffet is what makes this hotel stand out and above others. There’s lots of condiments for the oatmeal including cherries, blueberries, nuts, and granola. There’s French toast as well as the typical breakfast items of breads, eggs and cereals. The hotel is among a multitude of other chain stores in a nondescript area. The rooms are average except we had a suite with a separate bedroom. Staff are friendly and professional.

Our room was large and clean. However the best feature was the “happy hour” hosted by Nick. He was a great host and the snacks were good. Lots of games were available for guest use. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay at this location again. Breakfast was plentiful and well served.
