Ho soggiornato per una notte in questa struttura nell'ambito di un viaggio organizzato a inizio gennaio 2024. Sinceramente ci siamo trovati benissimo. Stanze ampie, ottima pulizia, ottimo buffet a cena e colazione. Siamo arrivati stanchissimi e la piscina calda termale è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa ! Consigliato !

The hotel can enjoy free hot springs and several swimming pools. Do a Turkish massage. Breakfast is OK, overall it is good.

Breakfast is a serving, a boiled egg on a wooden board, salad, ham and fries, a cup of drink is OK. All are very good. What is environmental sanitation? But the check-out actually received our room rate several times. Later it was solved but it was a bit uncomfortable!

Small family operated hotel. It is very simple but the owners of the place Hussein, Eminem and Osman are wonderful hosts. They will go out of their way to make it as easy as possible. Wonderful, genuine friendly family that will make everyone feel part of the family. The wife’s cook is great. Homemade Turkish cooking. We ate at the hotel every night. The location could not be any better. It is just 10 minutes walk to the entrance of the most dramatic part of the park views. I will stay there every time I go to Pamukkale.

I originally booked more hotels on Ctrip. I booked a hotel almost a month in advance. Ctrip only informed me that the credit card deduction failed two days before check-in. The reservation was cancelled, and there was no room for temporary rebooking. I was forced to choose this hotel! The hotel is also ok, that is, don’t take the Turkish bath in the hotel. The quality of outsourced is very poor. Half of the wash came and another group of guests. We left us in the room for half an hour and nobody took care of it. It was a terrible experience!

It has high cost performance! The hotel is very clean. The front desk English can communicate in English. Each staff has offered a wonderful service. Although the breakfast has few varieties, it's simple and delicious. It is worthy of full recommendation!

The door lock is not so good, the others are not bad. It also has a large pool. Location is also like. But without pick-up and drop-off service, it is recommended for self-driving tourists.

Stayed here for a night in a panoramic double room with balcony, costed £65. The location is great, close to the bottom entrance of Pammukale. Staff is friendly and helped me with getting bus tickets. Another staff was also kind enough to help me with my luggages to the bus station nearby after I have checked out. I checked out of the room then went to Pammukale, they had a shower which I could use before I continued my journey which was great. The room is comfortable with a good size balcony with a nice view. The bathroom is modern and very clean. There’s also a lovely swimming pool. Cannot comment about breakfast as I went to Pammukale early. Overall a nice stay. I stayed at another hotel a few mins walk away for my other night, the room was the same price at both places but Hotel Hal-Tur is far FAR better.
