The front desk staff, bell boy, and others we interacted with treated us well, including those at the breakfast/restaurant area. The room was an average room (nice and clean), we didn't get a room with a view, at least that is what was available. That is why I'm giving 3 stars. We ended up using the swimming pool and spa area. After using it for about 20 minutes, a staff member came and told us - to be quiet. We (two of us) didn't even talk as both of us were on our phones. Again, they came back and told us they have another important (high-level Turkish) client and they didn't want us talking at all. I made sure I cancel my massage and hammam booking, I also told them that we are also important and as long as they are treating clients with levels - they can't earn my hard-earned money in that attitude. We complained to the on-duty manager and at that time, we made up our mind to cancel and nothing could change our decision. To be fair, the hotel was good for the price we paid ＜$50 and couldn't complain, but it's the disrespect that made us cancel.

I stayed leisurely 3 nights at this hotel and loved Executive Lounge day and night due to excellent foods and services! A staff named Umer was a great person in many ways from proving my needs to translation in Turkish that I would show to taxi driver and local people for help. I definitely come back if I have a change to visit Ankara again Hank Choi / Seattle

There is a very steep slope up at the front desk of this hotel, and the car is blocked as soon as it is more. It is rare to turn on a TV set and have programs in various languages. The hotel breakfast buffet is OK, but it is too wasteful for me, basically milk and fruit.

We had an amazing experience at Lugal, a Luxury Collection Hotel. The customer service was outstanding. They were very helpful in obtaining our luggage that was lost by the airline. The staff also made every effort to make sure our other needs were met. For example when we first arrived I had told Aysima that I was suffering from jet lag. She had the hotel bar make me a drink that was known to help with that. It was delicious. Also she had the hotel provide breakfast to go for our family when we had a very early morning flight to catch. The hotel staff provided a very large platter of fruit in the room the night before our flight. All of the staff was super helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome. They always seemed to be smiling. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathtub was wonderful. We really enjoyed the variety of coffee and tea provided in the rooms.Our whole family was very impressed with this hotel and with the people. We would definitely like to stay there again in the near future.

When I entered the hotel and settled down, he had no friends who had to accompany my room. I thought they did something similar because of the epidemic. Every time I call the reception, a friend named Mahmut answers and slaps me on the face (please teach the friend how to turn off the phone). When I want to take a shower at night, rusty water and long-running water are the last straw that breaks the glass. I made a call and calmly asked all of them to come to the reception desk. Why is this so? They told me that a political band came to me, so my working friends could not catch up. They cannot provide a clear explanation for the rusty water flow. Working in a five-star hotel in the city center is not a job. Is it necessary to take the team seriously? Or should I say that I am a bureaucratic kid? When I first came, I was the one who did his job. This is a shame. You lose a regular visitor every 2 weeks. Best wishes.

I have traveled around the world and my stay at Sheraton Ankara was, for sure, one of my handful excellent experiences. The hotel was well maintained, really prime location in Ankara with immediate access to best restaurants, cafes, and shoppings. The city view from the room was beautiful. But above everything else, the staff were very polite and helpful. The lobby environment is very welcoming and beautiful, with a very nice bar at the center. I’d like to particularly thank Melek and Golsen who were extremely kind to me and my partner to host us at the bar. Staff and people always are the most important part of your experience when you stay somewhere, and Sheraton is certainly lucky to have people like them in their team.

We entered to stay in a different hotel in Ankara with my wife but we weren't happy and went to the shop by chance and told the friend at the reception that he welcomed us very well. He told us that we would be more nice to stay in the suite room because we were first to stay, and gave us the suite room instead of the standard. We were happy with everything.Clean foods smiled personnel .... Our address is clear every time we arrive in Ankara afterwards. It is a great exquisite, elite people and extreme guests. Thank you very much. We will certainly be your guests again and again and we will continue to advise all our friends. A 5-star company.

Very nice hotel, opposite the hotel is Ankara Castle. The hotel is very special and there are many ancient Chinese elements. Breakfast is ordering, we don't know much about Turkish food, so we told the younger brother to come to the local breakfast, so the little brother took a table of sauces and dishes with great enthusiasm. There is an open-air balcony outside the restaurant, which offers a panoramic view of Ankara’s entire city. Highly recommend this home

Front, upper rooms offer fantastic view. All personnel was very kind, respectful and friendly, especially Anil, in the restaurant. He did always exceed my expectations... Hotel is located next to a mall in a busy business location. I would come back.
