We had our annual Sales summit at the Archer hotel, and I couldn't have had a nicer stay! The rooms were large and tastefully decorated. The staff was very helpful at the concierge and the room service maids did an awesome job every day. The food service was great the food was awesome every day! The location was perfect for the local night life, everyone in the group enjoyed it immensely!

Located in the high-end business district, the hotel design is trendy, the atmosphere is very good, the price is slightly smaller, the front desk is beautiful, the breakfast is excellent, especially worth visiting is the Tommy Bahama home store in the business circle, the most beautiful home store I have ever seen. ,none of them

Modern, upscale hotel with outstanding customer service. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are 2 King Workout rooms with a Peloton bike in each and the gym also has 2 Peloton bikes. Saltwater pool and jacuzzi were sparkling clean. I was there with colleagues for our Texas Library Association's leadership summit. Staff were very helpful with room layout and technology set-up. Restaurant had a nice breakfast buffet but you can custom order an omelet. The lunch and dinner menu is limited, but you are steps from The Domain, which offers plenty of places to eat and shop. Can't say enough good things about the staff here. They are friendly and super helpful. My group will definitely use this facility for future meetings.

Nothing stands out as dire but it's certainly tired. What did stand out was the £514 room charge!! This was 50% more than we paid in Cabo for a luxury apartment per night....... Breakfast was a joke pretty bad all told. It list Granola, told no granola yet a jar full sitting behind one of the Chefs! Asked for some milk for it and get it in a wine glass. Just no idea unfortunately. tea was awful, but is everywhere in States as was Orange juice - just full of sugar. Lunch was better for a quick salad and at least they understood what we wanted and served it for couple of changes. The Domain was main reason for this stop over and that was questionable too for a shopping experience, look at the shop list carefully and bear in mind this isn't an outlet mall but full priced shops.

I was a little skeptical about staying at this hotel because the reviews were mixed and when I communicated with the hotel regarding a request I had, they told me that it was an ”older” property. However, my experience here was absolutely brilliant. First and foremost, I felt completely safe here. The property is extremely well lit at night and I loved how centrally located it was to Austin hotspots and not having to pay for parking is a big draw alone. Most anywhere in Austin will charge you anywhere between $10-30 a day average. They accommodated all my requests and personally, I really liked my room. I did not feel like it was an ”older” property. The staff was also wonderful. Absolutely no complaints here. Will def stay here again!!!

The five nights spent at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Austin University Area we’re quite comfortable and pleasant. The staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of items, both hot and cold in a very clean area. The best part of our stay were the perfectly soft and comfortable pillows. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Austin for both work or play.

Went to a concert in Austin, TX and decided to stay here -- thankfully! This location was perfect -- close to everything! We were just minutes from the Capital (free tours), LBJ museum, many restaurants and the Moody Center. The parking is NOT free -- which I did not like and even got a ticket even though I paid after arrival (the manager removed the charges). BUT, this assured me that there are patrols throughout the parking lot. The atrium was beautiful with all rooms opening from the central area (not outdoors). The view was eye-appealing as you can just watch people moving about. There are TV's, couches, and free detox water (and regular water) in the atrium area. A nice place to just hang out. The hotel gives a couple of free alcoholic redeemable cards at check-in for the evening. Thought that was nice. The breakfast was fantastic -- an omelette bar, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes, yogurt, fruit, bakery items, etc. It was fantastic and met all of our ”wants”. We didn't swim in the indoor pool or take advantage of the gym but can confirm that both are at this hotel. The rooms open to a living room area with a couch, TV, small table to seat 2, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee ”abilities”, as well as a bar sink. Through a small hallway area (which encompasses the bathroom) is the bedroom area. Nice TV, an armoire, and dresser. Definitely a nice place to stay and will plan to pick this place again should we re-visit Austin, TX.

This Hotel was excellent, Staff was great, Check in was easy, I would like to give a shout out to Angelina wonderful, personable, great customer service skills and had a smile. Breakfast omellete was top notch thank you Chef and everything else was high quality. I can always trust embassy suites to be great nomatter where they are at. On a side note my brother in law and Sister in law stayed at the so called fancy hotel in downtown the same weekend Kimpton Hotel Van Zandt and paid thousands more. There room was dingy, dark, small, and the noise from the bars below went on all night. No coffee maker in the room and no amenties. I would recomend the Embassy suites for sure and just take an uber to get to downtown The average cost was $13

Spacious, clean and nice. Breakfast was of course rotation but tasted good.
Sound insulation is not very good. I can hear all the TV sounds on the big turn on next room.

I was a guest for three nights while on a business trip and throughly enjoyed my time at this property. It is only about 5 years old but you would think it had just opened. My room was clean and comfortable and linens “like new”. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful/happy to answer questions. The lobby and restaurant area is spacious and the food was excellent. I enjoyed breakfast there each morning. There is an exercise room that is well-appointed and the pool area is well-maintained. I highly recommend this property and would certainly stay again when in the area.

This is a very nice and very comfortable hotel. The staff is well informed and very supportive. The lobby is very nice and spacious. Smoothly flows into a nice bar and restaurant area. The rooms were standard with very soft mattress and well equipped bathroom with toilet trees such as shampoo in the bottles. Quite a few number of rooms on 4 floors. There is an outdoor pool area. Numerous conference rooms on the 1st floor just past the restaurants. Very nice.

Front Desk Shante was a delight!! EVERYTHING a guest needed to know about the hotel and surrounding eateries was right there! I showed up road weary and was greeted with a beaming smile, fantastic disposition, and unchallenged professionalism. The room was clean, quiet, loaded with the necessary amenities and downright comfortable. The proximity to the Capital was a huge plus for a Monday morning commute!!

When I walked through the front door I was greeted by Jacob with a hearty welcome and a big smile. Great way to start my stay. Angelica checked me in and was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Fabulous customer service that was authentic. The rest of my stay was good as well.
