Excellent hotel, central in Georgetown. Superb service, top-notch fitness facility, very good restaurant. All the staff at the Four Seasons are super friendly and helpful. Rooms super quiet and very well appointed. I was happy to be upgraded and was able to use my Trip Coins to slightly lower the cost. Hope to be back again!

The four seasons maintain a consistently high quality service level. Every employee has a sincere smile. It is located at the end of the bustling street of Georgetown. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping. The beds in the four seasons are the most comfortable.

Our recent stay at this sophisticated, non-touristy oasis clinched its status as our new go-to hotel in DC. Our room was spacious and attractive, the bathroom featured the best rain shower on the planet, and the staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and calm (no easy-listening music or screaming kids). We particularly enjoyed our several interactions with the highly personable concierge Romaine. Not only did he give us great tips about DC, but our shared enthusiasm for international travel led to fun and informative discussions of past and upcoming destinations.

We were able to upgrade to a Deluxe for a reasonable price. The room was spacious and had a fine view of the canal. There was a large bathroom with 2 sinks, lots of counter space, and both a walk-in shower and a luxurious bathtub. The closet space was a little limited, but we managed. Definitely worth the extra $. The hotel bar was comfy and quiet (Sound Print check a mellow 60 dB), an excellent place for a nightcap, with perfectly prepared cocktails.

Stayed here for my graduation, and everyone was truly so kind and engaging. My husband refers to me as a 'reluctant extrovert” but I truly looked forward to my interactions with everyone, especially the valets and bell people. They had the best personalities, and were so kind to me. The construction in the area had us a little confused driving in, but be sure to enter the physical address in your GPS, or else you'll just be told you're there when you are actually on the highway above the hotel. My only complaints would be that the bottom of the stairs off of the lobby could use one more light as they were a little dark for a klutz like myself (I didn't trip, but I saw potential), and there were some instances where a juice was left off of our room service order/beverages could've been a little more generous for the cost. Otherwise, it is my go to when I am in town!

We came to Washington, DC to bury my mother and play tourists and while there I came down with stress-induced IBS that seriously impeded our plans. However, the staff of the hotel - and, in particular, Concierge Luis Peche - came to my rescue in more ways than I can count. Customized meals. Friendly and impeccable service. Help with finding anything we needed on- or off-site. Assistance hiring a driver and finding a concierge doc. I am 71 years old and have been traveling almost since birth, have stayed in many five-star destinations, and would say that the service at the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown was unmatched.

The hotel can rent bicycles, the room is decorated in white style, but the space is a little lost. It’s a pity that there is no landscape. However, the hotel service was quite good, and the bicycle seat was too high to help me adjust for a long time. I called the hot water bottle and sent it directly along with the hot water, and there was a teacup. I look forward to a better view of the window next time I stay.

The Hay Adams may be the finest hotel I have ever stayed at and I have toured the world many times. The beds and pillows are incredible as is the service. The hotel has two great places to dine. The upscale Lafayette and Off The Record, an amazing bar with burgers and the like. I love this hotel. We had two executive studios on the 4th floor facing the courtyard. Very quiet.

The room is good, it feels that the service does not match the hardware of the hotel, it seems that their front desk is more enthusiastic to serve whites! The small refrigerator is still locked, it is speechless, and I have lived in many high-end hotels. This situation is unique... Overall, the experience is not so good, it needs to be improved, there is no coffee machine in the room, the front desk says that the lobby is always available. However, after the first day of drinking, there was no more 😓😓😓😓😓 friends lived next to Hyatt, which is a good price.

Very good front desk service, room service is average. Free bed for children under 12 years old. The room is very good, the location is in downtown. Walk to the White House for about 10 minutes. Can stay at this price, quite satisfied!

The price is expensive and the service is great. At night, I will place Evian mineral water and cups on the bedside table, place foot mats next to the bed and washstand, fill the ice cubes with ice cubes, and turn on the sleep aid music. It is in all hotels I have stayed abroad the best.

The location is great! The design style of the building is also very unique! Room facilities are perfect! But the service was not particularly good, and no bed towels were arranged at night! Talked to the waiter, but also ignored it! There is no buffet breakfast in the hotel, only order downstairs.

My first room was ok until the lights started flickering and wouldn't turn off. The TV n remote then malfunctioned. So i went to the front desk and De'Angelo helped us. He sent a staff up top check it out. After thr engineer came up, he left to tell De'Angelo to switch or room. So they did, but only thing they had available was a downgraded room, so he put in some notes for us and got us comped a room with a balcony for out last night's stay. He and the night staff are excellent and he's only been here a short while.
Now the day staff on other hand was terrible. Went t.i grint desk at 11 to inquire about our room upgrade, and was told it's being prepared, but we didn't get switched until about 4pm. We had an itinerary that we couldnt complete due to us waiting for our room switch. Also asked room service for 2 sets of silverware, and they brought them up about an hour and a half later, and also entered our room without notice while iwas in the shower. So when u come to the Watergate, your night experience will be way more enjoyable then dealing with day staff.

There are no places to eat or shop nearby
Some are not very convenient and may be too close to the central office
But very close to the subway station

Come to DC to live in Park Hyatt for 3 days. The area where you are located should be good. If you take a taxi, you can't go anywhere, but if you take the subway, there is still a distance from the subway station. The doorman is more welcoming. The only drawback is that the three nights of staying in the hotel did not change the toiletries once.

The PH is very centrally located. A quick walk into Georgetown. Fairmont across the street, Westin on the corner. Restaurant is excellent and service very good. Still, stayed in many Park Hyatt's and this one is very good, but average relative to others.

It is the most luxurious hotel in the large rural area of the United States. It is estimated to be in the SAR. But a bit uncomfortable. Originally it was for breakfast. As a result, the hotel breakfast can only be ordered. No buffet. Don't tell me clearly in advance. At the end of the checkout, I received more than three hundred knives (I stayed for two days) and said that breakfast only cost 60 US dollars. (I grew up abroad, and English is absolutely clear. This is definitely not clear when I check in. I didn’t make any order.) More than three hundred dollars more than a knife. A little pit!

The hotel is located a few steps from the North Gate of the White House, next to BLM Avenue. The lobby is magnificent, the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and extra beds are free. It's just that the hotel room is a bit old
