Location is okay, a bit old, elevator is too small, four stars can't reach Service in general, I waited for more than two hours and didn't give a bottle of water The international four-star is hard to live up to.

Great rooms, really nice staff and insane view from restaurant! Only thing not working is the cleaning in the pool and fitness area and one guy in the staff is rude and should find something else to do if you ask me. However its only one guy and the rest of the staff is kind and provide high service. For the price its really something!

Merhabalar Biz Balayına İstanbulu tercih ettik. Ve location olarak bulabileceğimiz en iyi yeri bulduk. Puanlariyla ve yorumlariyla harika bir alan. Resepsiyondaki her bir arkadaşımız ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapıyorlar. Giray ve diğer ismini unuttuğum arkadaş. Acayip ilgililer. Nereye nasıl gideceksiniz veya herhangi bir konu da görüşlerini mutlaka alınız. Saygıli ve çok kibarlar.. Tesisin yeni sahipleri müthiş bir yenileme yapmış ve tesis kalite anlamında farklı bir noktaya geçmiş. Odalar büyük ve ne gerekiyorsa var. Ben de Turizm alanında çalışıyorum ama bu şekilde tesisler daha çok övgü ve yorumu hak ediyor. KARAKÖY de kalinabilecek tek yer. Kapıdan çıkıp karşıya yürürseniz Eminönü. GALATA KULESİ yürüyerek 2- 3 dk. GALATA KÖPRÜSÜ 3-4 dakika. VAPURLAR 2-3 DAKİKA. METRO TRAMVAY 2-3 dakika. Anlatsak daha neler neler ama yaşamak lazım. The real five star hotel in istanbul. I love all about the hotel especially the restaurant. Lovely breakfast experience at Aqua restaurant with amazing sea view, a must to do, special thanks to the active and professional Nurgul.

Perfect hotel Location، cleanliness, and the the best service Even they give us the till 6 pm bacause the flight was at 9:00 I've been in Istanbul in luxury hotels But the raffels is the best ever in all the details

First of all, it was easy to arrange for a shuttle to pick me up from the airport via booking.com. The cost is reasonable, considering it was later at night I finally got there, due to a long delay of my flight. The gentleman who met me was/is very funny. Quite the the jokester. Kinda like me. 😁 The room was super nice and clean and modern. The toilet actually worked well, which was a very nice change after trekking in Nepal for a month. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. I absolutely LOVED the breakfast, with cherry juice and orange juice, cheese unique to Turkey, sausage for crackers and a lot of other super healthy options in relation to making salads. LOVED the cherry juice. The location is great!!! It is near everything you might want to see on the European side: Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Basilica Cistern, Theodosius Cistern, Theodosius Obelisk, the serpent column, taken from the Roman Hippodrome and brought to the Hippodrome in Constantinople, now Istanbul, as I’m sure most of you are aware. It’s about a twenty minute walk to the beautiful Süleymaniye mosque (nicer in my opinion than the Blue mosque). Maybe a ten to fifteen minute walk to the dock for the Bosporus River cruise port. Istanbul has some of the oldest buildings in the world, a totally worthwhile city to spend a few days in. Incredible history here!!! In conclusion, due to the super nice hotel, with a super friendly working staff, reasonable prices and great location, I recommend this hotel to anyone. You can’t go wrong here. Thanks for reading.
