I was booked here for 4 nights for a conference. We ended up having a staffing emergency that I found out about just hours before I was supposed to leav (due to a coworker having COVID) for Saskatoon. I called the Bessborough and told them that I was unable to come or else our department at the hospital was at risk to close some services. They refused to waive the cancellation fee. I understand it was my issue cancelled that close to check in but I have had other hotels waive the fee in the same situations since they are extenuating circumstances. I asked if I could rebook my 4 nights instead of being charged the fee and they said they would have to pre-charge my card. Very disappointed in the Bessborough's rigid policy and unwillingness to be even a little bit flexible. I would definitely book with a different hotel next time that is more understanding.

Waited 20 minutes to get checked in. Which was too long because I prepaid online. They didn’t believe I prepaid for the hotel online and it was very stressful trying to check in dealing with the so called “manager”. I was able to prove to them it was already prepaid. But very stressful situation I felt offended they didn’t believe Me. Ruined my date night and I felt targeted as a minority . Might not be coming back to this hotel

Room was nice and clean. Small bathroom. Mini fridge. Lobby is basic with resturant and coffee shop with limited hours. Isn't much close to grab a coffee or snack. Area felt unsafe - If I was alone and venturing out I would stay somewhere else. Elevators were quick. Our kids wanted to stay somewhere with a waterside. We have tried 3 other Saskatoon hotels with waterslides, all lower price points, and by far superior. We decided to give Delta a chance and it was disappointing, and 90% because of the pool area. The pools were cloudy, we couldn't see the bottom, they all had scum floating on top. We had to inconvience a life guard(we only saw her for a few minutes, so not really a life guard like her shirt said) to turn on the waterslide for us. The old tile floor/stairs were stained dirty and looked like a mould problem in many spots. We mostly worried about air quality with the amount of visible mold. You access the pool on the 3rd fl, but then walk down 3 or 4 flighs of stairs to the pool area. Pool wouldn't be feasible with mobility issues. Same stairs used for the waterslide access. Handrail was only on one side of the staircase, which is unsafe considering they are all wet. Will we stay here again? Probably not. Is this hotel showing it's age? Yes

The building decor and rooms decor is ok. Some of the floors (specially the low ones) have very old aircons so they are very low at night and therefore hard to sleep. I had a room at the 19 floor so no issues there but it was an issue for some of the people that travel with me. The pools are quite good. A recommendation will be to have humidifiers in the rooms as the air gets very dry and you get static charge constantly. The food at the restaurant was basic and just ok. The service at the front desk was very good.

Stayed here for a quick overnight trip for a medical appointment and was very happy with our stay. Our hotel was within walking distance of all the appointments as well as our dinner plans. Room was nice, bed was comfy. Pillows were a bit too soft but that seems to be the norm. The hotel was nice and quiet. The parking garage is a bit tight if you have a big vehicle. We had breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed it. All in all, no complaints!

The front desk went out of their way to be helpful. I was quite sure I reserved a room with 2 Queen beds on their website, but to my surprise the reservation said 1 bed. After some back and forth, they were able to get me a room with 2 Queen beds. The room was a good size with the 2 beds, a desk, a good size closet with safe and TV and refrigerator. The bathroom wasn’t large but was good enough with enough counter space for toiletries. The room was clean. The carpet was a little outdated. The outside, out back parking was convenient. I ate breakfast in the restaurant 3 times, each time ordering something different, and all choices were very good. I was told by locals that their Carver steak house is one of the best in Saskatoon. The hotel is in a great location – numerous restaurants are right around the corner and the river is just across the street. It is also a fairly easy walk (maybe 15 minutes) to the downtown that is across the river (down the bridge on Broadway) as well. All in all, I’d stay here again – but if I’ll be sure to check my reservation to make sure what I thought I reserved, is what I reserved.

It's a rare complaint, it seems to be the first time it was given to Saskatoon! I don’t know why I don’t like Sheraton very much, but the rooms in Saskatoon are so small. The james looks good, but the international hotel management company is always at ease when going out, especially the epidemic and hygiene issues! We have a lot of luggage. The four hotels by the river are more concentrated. Overall, we chose the Sheraton Twin Room which is 34 square meters larger! Talk about the following questions: 1. The bath water is small! Can't take a relaxing bath during the trip! Commit sin! 2. The parking lot is divided into the ground and the underground. If you park on the ground and push your luggage, you have to go back to the main entrance. The underground does not even have a direct elevator. The front desk told me that there are only a few steps, but the result is a staircase! Two and a half floors! It's too picky! 3. There are a total of three elevators. It seems that we are arranged in the east wing. Anyway, the only elevator is refurbished for three days, so there is still a passage to go upstairs! Nothing! But your channel is too narrow! ! ! It was so hard, the luggage cart passed by super barely! Mad! 4. The air conditioner is obviously turned off, but it will automatically turn on! That was a boom at night! Not recommended!

This was a hotel connected on one side to the Holiday Inn. It is perfect if you need to go to the University of Saskatchewan as it's right across the street. The kitchen area was very nice to have. You have a private breakfast area on the 9th floor which has eggs, meat, fruit, oatmeal, waffles, breads muffins. It was good. Only one of the days we had to call the front desk because there was no one filling and cleaning the food and by the time they refilled food at 10 to 10 AM people had already left. The other days they did have a dedicated staff member that was filling everything. There is a pool and hot tub on the main floor that is shared with the Holiday Inn guests. The staff were very friendly.. We have stayed there now on 2 different occasions and occasions and would definitely come back. On one occasion the staff were cleaning the room and had left the door wide open open which I didn't appreciate as I had left my purse on the little credenza by the front door. I know. I noticed the other days the other cleaners always did shut the door when they were cleaning. The staff are always wiping the floors and and cleaning the common areas. The only thing we didn't like was there were only 2 elevators that were shared for both the Holiday Inn and the Staybridge So often times you were waiting for an elevator.

We stayed three nights at the Staybridge Suites with our little dog. The hotel was excellent, the amenities were very good, the accommodations well above average. the rooms and all public areas were clean and well looked after. We felt very safe staying there. Despite the extreme clod, parking was never a problem. Check in and check out worked very well and the hotel staff were welcoming, professional, and very friendly. We will definitely stay here every time we travel to Saskatoon.

First time staying at this hotel chain. Our last hotel stays at Residence Inn by Marriott Calgary Downtown and DoubleTree by Hilton at downtown Florida were pretty average so decided to try something new. Very impressive decor, trendy and functional. Nice bright colour touches in lobby and room. Room design was the best I have seen and experienced in recent times. Nice to see that they got rid of bathtub and replaced it with standing shower. Room decor was mix of modern and barn style with expose front wall and ample use of wood all around. Very nicely done. Gym was adequate. Didn’t try restaurant. Good to see that they have daily Housekeeping service unlike the hotels I mentioned above. For us, entering into dirty rooms after all day is big NO, NO. Location was perfect too. Close to many restaurants and coffeehouses. Breakfast and parking not included in room rate. We found the free parking close by on both nights and went to different coffeehouses for breakfast. Highly recommended

Had a nice stay at this hotel. Had a river view room which had a fantastic view as most other reviews indicate. The location is nice and there are many restaurants within an easy walk. The room was fairly small, which I have come to expect from Alt properties so this was not a surprise. The hotel does not advertise that the rooms have a fridge “drawer”. Was able to put a couple bottles of wine and a few beers in the drawer with no problems. Bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I have about the room is that the provided glassware was dirty and had to be washed. Would be happy to stay here again.

This is a very clean, restful, and upbeat lodging experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the bistro is great (ambiance and food), and it is simply minutes from the airport. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay — this property rises above the typical Courtyard Marriott.

My hockey team stayed at this hotel January 2022. It was -30 in Saskatoon, so I wore my winter jacket into the hotel, and I hung it in the closet. My team checked out of the hotel on Sunday and I left the hotel wearing a suit for my game. My team played our game and travelled back to our home town 4 hours away. Monday I realized I left my jacket in the closet. I called the hotel and was told someone already checked into the room and they would check with housekeeping. Housekeeping didn’t find my jacket.. hmmm not sure how well cleaning is done if you don’t notice a jacket in a closet. I know 100% it was hung and left in the closet and by my mistake I forgot it. I am very disappointed that housekeeping claims they didn’t find it.

Beds were comfy, room was spacious, large fridge was nice to accommodate my needs, dishwasher was a pleasant surprise and staff took care to choose a room that met my special requests. I will definitely stay again!
