Top 10 Mini Market Hotels

So let’s start this off how it started….. I booked a double bed on 9/7 around 1-1:15pm … Incase they wanna look it up ….. when I got here they said it’s for a king which right off the bat drove me wild … I asked to speak to manager and she told me to show her proof like if im lying so ur guilty here costumer not always right but whatever I show her proof of my booking says resort view doesn’t say king or double Queen so it’s right there in middle like we’re both wrong kind off …. So they put me in a king with a pullout so I sleep on floor after paying 500$ a night lol crazy to me but I came for a 15s so I’ll pay whatever to stay night but very discouraged about the service received from manager and staff. So sleeping on floor Tom I check out no compensation when I paid full price for room not even discounted rate lol and nothing comped for my troubles I guess u must be selective or special to get some type of help for ur Trouble….. I check out tom not looking for any help it should have been done at front desk and never question me when I know what I booked…. This is supposed to be a model Marriott but not impressed by staff maybe u have Better luck but I won’t be trying again rather do a lot others that will treat u right.

Lovely staff very helpful and friendly Perfect location near restaurants and shopping. Big pool to cool off in Room is big and equipped with appliances and big television

I will NEVER ever stay at this hotel again… the front desk traumatized me yesterday. I book a a room with breakfast included for four. The front desk denied me of my breakfast even though the receipt clearly mentioned breakfast for four. She humiliated me in front of other hotel guests and created a spectacle. Honestly, she did it because of skin color. My skin doesn’t tell her that I am a doctor and that I am able to afford breakfast which was 20 dollars person for four therefore she assumed I came in to scam her so I could get free breakfast. She was arguing with me I even called the third party where I booked to let her know that I did pay for breakfast but she refused to listen. I told her that I’d like to check out at that point I didn’t feel safe staying at that particular hotel anymore. Worried and afraid that she will call the cops on me and my family. I was terrified. When I told her to check me out she said ma’am you cannot check out. “I WILL NOT CHECK YOU OUT” pretty much holding me hostage in the hotel. You can imagine how terrified I was. We went upstairs we packed our stuff and left and went to stay at Hilton. What happened to us yesterday let me tell you if this happens to every black family who comes to this hotel then it needs to be shut down or the employee needs to be fired. This is discrimination at its best. She didn’t want to help us she was dismissive from the very beginning and got extremely aggressive at the end to try and withhold my family against their will in the hotel where she just harassed us. It is unsafe to have such person working over there. If this is how AC does business then it is!

During my visit, Mr. Kevin's dedication and attentiveness truly stood out, making my dining experience extraordinary. His friendly demeanor, promptness, and extensive knowledge of the menu made the entire meal enjoyable and memorable. The way he anticipated our needs and provided personalized recommendations showcased his commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Thanks to Mr. Kevin's efforts, our time at the restaurant was nothing short of fantastic. I highly commend him for his outstanding work and commendable service, and I will undoubtedly return to enjoy his excellent hospitality in the future.

Charles Wright went above and beyond to make sure my stay was stress free, he made sure to advise me about local places to visit while my son and I stayed on property, and everytime we came down to the lobby he made sure that our stay was top notch. Aloft is truly blessed to have employees like him. Very rare.
