"This hotel is absolutely great. Great staff, the room is super clean and comfy, and the price is so adorable as well. The facilities in the room are so new and really useful, the room is super new and comfortable as well. The owner and the receptionist are so nice and generous, the best customer service of the whole time that I stayed at Italy. Overall, I will definitely come back to stay here once I come back to visit Italy again! Highly recommended to all of you!💕💕💕"
"I went in Tuscany for some business, my experience was basically ok, but I have some issues to share. I wanted to do a coffee for myself, but the boiler was not operating, I asked in the evening at the reception to replace it, if it was possible (I still had work to finish on my pc), but they told me that there wasn't any other boiler throughout the hotel... I was really disappointed... The Breakfast was not good, but I would have expected more at the level of local foods. I suggest to do some improvements in the restaurant. The two women staff of the reception were very professional. Basically my experience was good, but not the best."

Loc.Poggio Del Drago, Ponticino, Tuscany, Italy
"Fantastic B and B. Emmanuel is such a great host. Great quite out of the way place. It’s an older place. But what a great job making it modern. Great pool and pool chairs. Nice sitting area as well. Where I enjoyed a nice drink and cigar at night. My wife loved it and to me that’s all that matters. Emmanuel put a great spread for breakfast. Beautiful spread. Made my wife and I great cappuccino ‘s. There were people there are well from the states . Belgium and Italy. All very nice Rooms were comfy with our own bathroom . Let’s just say we are coming back to this place when we come back to Tuscany and we will for sure. Honestly we will not stay anywhere else. "
"Among the hills of Toscana hides this beautiful stone made vila. The rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast is rich, the swimming pool is clean and faces the peaceful views of the region, the location is perfect for the small towns of Toscana. Emanuele is a smiling and cheerful host, always there for his guests with tips for interesting places to visit and great restaurants. He is helpful with every need, like booking for guided tours, dedicating his time as needed. We stayed 5 nights, and were delighted to enter our air conditioned rooms when back from our tours in the hot Toscan temperatures. Highly recommended!"
"What a lovely place to stay! Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. We were able to leave windows wide open or use air conditioning, room by room. Seven of us took up all but one room of this delightful house, and our host Emmanuel could not have been more welcoming. There was a delicious breakfast laid out on the long dining room table each morning, and a fridge and espresso machine were available to us to use anytime. Emmanuel offered excellent restaurant suggestions, and electric plug adaptors appeared in our rooms as if by magic. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended."

Via Roma 18, Arezzo, Tuscany, Italy
"This hotel is a great option for those visiting Arezzo. The hotel is right in the middle of the action, however it is on the 4th floor so there was no noise at night which made for some great sleeping. Getting there is super easy as well. It is literally 5 minutes (by foot) from the train station or upon entering by car. There is an elevator if one doesn't want to exercise, but we choose the stairs. The staff are ALL fantastic and extremely helpful with things to do, places to see and restaurants to eat at. Beatrice, Enrico and Jessica are awesome. They were extremely helpful, kind, courteous and professional (and fun). Also, the breakfast is fantastic and Jessica makes a mean cappuccino (or 3 like we had ever morning)!! Would stay here again anytime and I highly recommend this hotel in the absolutely stunning and GORGEOUS city of Arezzo!!"
"My family and I felt truly immersed in the Italian culture, and the town of Arezzo (and yes, I can now pronounce the town name correctly thanks to the great staff) by staying at your hotel. The accommodations exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was beyond helpful to us in every way possible no matter what our request was. The breakfast food provided, along with the morning table service, was great! We love Italy. And now we love Arezzo too. Will definitely stay here again."
"We stayed in this hotel in September, had a family suite as it was the only room available, with breakfast it was 90 Euro. Arriving by car is difficult, the only place to stop is in the parking bay opposite. You can cross the road, unload your bags and the hotel arrange for a company to collect your car, park it, then return it when you ask, quite handy for a city centre hotel. The hotel is very traditionally decorated and furnished, good bathroom.Good breakfast [included in room rate]. Would stay again."

Via Padre Stanislao Doppioni 37, Arezzo, Tuscany, Italy
"My husband and I, and our young baby, traveled with friends for a weekend stay in Arezzo. We were greeted warmly by Silvano and taken down to the chalet, which has a kitchenette, A/C, tv, fridge, etc. They provided a brand new crib for our baby, which she slept great in! The bed was very comfortable, and it was great to have the room and kitchen for our friends to come down and hang out and drink wine with us. Silvano checked-in with us daily to make sure our stay was comfortable. When we checked out, we were given a bottle of Chianti! We hope to travel back soon so we can experience more of the area, and would definitely stay here again!"
"I spent two nights here April 2019 (and also April 2018) for a work event. Beautiful countryside views and very peaceful location. Rooms were spacious, bed and bathroom were comfortable. The Villa’s, complete with living areas, are recommended. If you’re looking to stay just outside of Arezzo and drive / bus in - Villa Sargiano is perfect or if you’re looking to relax and walk through some Tuscan hills. Silvano and his wife were very accommodating with every thing I needed or required. I’ll be back to stay here again."
"I arrived on a cold wet afternoon, Silvano and his wife were very accommodating and even gifted me a bottle of red! Apartment was cosy and homely with a fireplace and great self-catered kitchen. Everything was spotless also."

Loc. Montecchio-Vesponi 131, Castiglion Fiorentino, Tuscany, Italy
"We were going to a wedding, and thanks to trip advisor, this location popped up. We called direct and booked with the owner. The rate was very reasonable and included breakfast. We arrived and while you drive down a narrow gravel road, you will be pleasantly surprised. The rooms are built in the old winery and is maintained in the original theme. They are clean well furnished and with beautiful views. The food, well starting with breakfast is fantastic. All you need in a superb above average continental breakfast, with espresso and cappuccino fresh fruits, buns, eggs, cheese and meats. The atmosphere in the restaurant is antique and comfortable. The dinner menus is great as is the food. There is a local shuttle available and you are about 1 km from a grocery store and 2 km from town."
"As a family group of 5 adults and 2 children we spent a week at the hotel. They could not have made our stay any better. Friendly staff, always on hand to give advice where to go or organise trips for us. Very relaxed atmosphere and a great pool. The location is so pretty and its easy to get to Cortona and other towns. Some days we didn't leave the hotel and relaxed, ate amazing food and drank lovely wine. A very relaxing holiday and Alan and the team made our stay special. Thank you"
"Situated between Cortona and Arezzo overlooking the Tuscan countryside Villa Schiatti is an amazing venue for couples or large group of friends. The food is fantastic along with the service. Traditional Tuscan fare with amazing local wines all at very reasonable prices. You have to put this place on your list if you are anywhere nearby."

Loc. Il Matto, 44/45 – Olmo 52100 Arezzo, Arezzo, Tuscany, Italy
"My family and I spent almost a full week at this beautiful hotel in July. It is a small family hotel. The people who worked there made us feel welcome and the service was amazing, nothing was a problem. I was going out to take pictures in Tuscany and asked if the restaurant could prepare a meal for me fast, so I would not miss the best light. This was no problem. The rooms where spacious, had a refrigerator, and a safe, and air-condition. The breakfast where outside in the beautiful garden, and was typical Italian, but also had some things for us Norwegians like bred and not only cake. If it rains, I guess the breakfast is inside the restaurant. Therefore, it will never be a problem. In the garden area, there was also a beautiful pool, with sunbeds, where we could relax. The restaurant was a real gem, we had dinner there several times the weather was nice so they had tables outside. The best meal we had was my father’s birthday dinner. It was the Bistecca Alla Fiorentina, which is a large T-bone steak. It was really really good. They also gave my father a birthday cake on the house. I also tried other dishes and they were all good. Parking for the rental car was free and they had roof over the parking spaces so the car would not get so overheated inside in the Tuscan heat. The hotel is a little outside Arezzo, but it’s not far away with a rental car, or taxi. A tip for finding the hotel is putting in Equestrian Centre that was easier for the gps to find, if you find that there are sign leading you to the hotel. I also want to thank the Receptionist Stefania, she was really service minded, always had a smile and where welcoming. If I ever return to this area, I will stay at this hotel again. It was good value for the money to."
"We spent a great time in this family run hoteL We immediately felt at home - from the time we were welcomed at the station until our departure. The hotel is just a few km away from Arezzo. For those travelling by bus / train (as we did), the hotel offers free shuttle from /to Arezzo city / station. Just mention your time of arrival and you'll be driven to the hotel. The rooms are spacious, with TV /free soft drinks in the mini bar and air conditionning. The location is quiet, a few km from Arezzo centre, and the sentiere de la bonifica (for those wishing to walk /bike). Arezzo is also well situated between major cities of Tuscany (Perugia, Siena). Arezzo can also be a good alternative to explore Florence and avoid parking problems, as many train connections exist between the 2 cities. Beside the room and the atmosphere, we also enjoyed the food in the family run restaurant - based on local products / wine. Breakfast buffet was great : fresh products, pastries and great italian coffee. And one of the must : the swimming pool - fully equipped ( with showers / bathrooms) and in the middle of the nature. You can also order drinks at the reception desk while resting at the pool. We'll surely come back ;-)"
"We booked one night at Le Capanne during a Tuscan road trip holiday. We decided against staying directly in Arezzo with limited parking opportunities at most hotels and decided on Le Capanne for its out of town location. It was a little tricky to find but we got there more by following the signs than by the navigation system. It is a grand old house in the middle of fields. What made the overnight stay memorable was the dinner with sophisticated food and attentive service. Breakfast was also hale and hearty - no easy feat in these corona times. "
