The natural environment and the old British style match each other, and the absolute demand for taste will be disappointing.

I really like the retro style ~

Boutique hotel, British style. The rooms and restaurants have a wonderful view, the valley filled with greenery, the elm trees blooming on the top of the tree, the birds rising from the sky, the colorful clouds.
- JIAN
The location is excellent, sitting on the balcony outside the room, in front of the unobstructed blue mountain view! Get up early to see the sea of clouds rising and sunrise, very beautiful!

Very good, the environment is really good and the rooms are also very good. However, on the way to two train stations from Katoomba, the Blue Mountain Line trains are not frequent, so if there is no train, look at the timetable. There is not much to eat around, so supper and breakfast should be prepared in advance or think of a good way. There are also several breakfast brunch shops in the town of Blackheath. Overall perfect score

We booked the Gourmet Getaway package on the day and luckily got the last room - loft room. The loft had a private entrance and balcony and was well secured and had a great fire-place, perfect for couples! Pramuk was welcoming with wonderful Japanese greetings and was very kind and friendly. Three course dinner at the Wintergarden was fantastic with great service. Breakfast at parklands was warm and delicious.

The hotel is located on the edge of the town centre, ten minutes walk from the train station, and the surrounding supermarkets and restaurants are complete. The facilities are old but the overall decoration is still very retro and the staff are very welcoming. Breakfast is very common Australian food and not very tasty, but still acceptable.
- JISHIYA
The location of the hotel is very good. Going out for a few tens of meters is Coles and the streets of the town. Breakfast is also a cold meal, the hotel is fully equipped and the parking lot is large. The room is very big and I live very comfortably.

It’s a hotel full of history and that’s why the rooms, amenities are a bit old. Our balcony room as ok and the view from the balcony was nice. I enjoyed watching the sunrise there. The room was not very spacious but you got everything you need. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was really dirty and just making me feel uncomfortable. Hope the management of the hotel will focus on the cleanliness of the bathroom.

The environment of the hotel is very distinctive. When you are on vacation, staying here will help you have a good rest. The front desk staff are friendly and always have a smile. Luggage can be stored. The location of the hotel is very convenient, near the bus station and near the train station.

It is said that it is a mountain view room, but it does not face the direction of the Blue Mountains. You have to stand in the bathtub when you take a bath. The bathtub is very small and it is very uncomfortable to take a bath. The breakfast price written in the Ctrip order is very different from the actual price.

~Location~ The location was very central to the train station, town centre, Echo Point and restaurants. It is across the road from the RSL which is convenient if looking for affordable dinner options. The RSL is also stop #5 if catching the Explorer bus making it very easy to get around without a car although we walked to a lot of places. ~The Room & Establishment~ The room was clean and comfortable albeit a bit basic it did have a TV, fridge and coffee making facilities, a small table and chairs and a small cupboard. The bed was comfortable although the pillows weren’t great. Whilst there was AC the room was quite chilly and there were no electric blankets but there was an extra blanket at the foot of the bed. Breakfast is ok but nothing flash. A few different cereals although healthy options are limited, some fresh fruit, only 2 toasters for the whole dining room and some scrambled eggs. Whoever makes the coffee obviously doesn't drink it as it was awful and we heard several other guests say the same :( Hot water/pressure: Fantastic Wifi: Good (did drop out periodically) ~The Service~ Communication: Fair Understandably after the pandemic, staffing has been difficult and changed and as such both reception staff were both new. They were both lovely but things like check in could have gone more quickly and smoothly (eg instead of leaving guests waiting to check in to show other guests where the dining area was, there could be signage and if multiple guests are checking in at a peak check in time *2pm* perhaps both reception staff could be on duty).

The Hotel name is actually Hotel Blue & Cottages Katoomba. We reserved a family room for 4 of us & was very happy that the room was very spacious, clean & the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. The room is actually can be for 5 people because there was 3 single beds & a queen bed. Very good value. Staff is very friendly & fast check in. Free parking available on the property. Location close to Katoomba road (main road where the shops are). Walkable to shops but probably better if you have car.

The room is relatively small, but the scenery is really beautiful. The layout of the lobby and the hotel has a Chinese classical charm, a fusion of Chinese and Western, and the colors are very beautiful. Breakfast is also very healthy. You can try the afternoon tea and stay there if you have the chance.

The room is good. I was surprised that the breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant was unexpectedly fulfilling. The service is crisp, attentive and lean. A very good hotel.

A large resort hotel in the hinterland. The facilities are complete.
In particular, the price of the large indoor real ice rink is very affordable and there are not many people.
and indoor heated pool. are all worth recommending
Very suitable for self-driving

Great service! Rooms furbishment are slightly outdated but still decent. If you are getting onto the Blue Mountatin Hop and Hop Off Bus, be sure to check in with the concierge to make sure the bus arrives to pick you up.
