"Me and my husband stayed here on the closing weekend for our anniversary! We were told in advance of any changes due to covid and the closing one of which was breakfast on our balcony for the last two mornings which was a dream! The welcome from the hotel was perfect with a glass of bubbles and a swift simple check in. Our room was stunning with the most amazing bathtub and cloud like bed! Maria was super helpful and a delight before and during our stay. My husband ordered me the most beautiful bunch of flowers which Maria helped him pick and he said she was really helpful. She also checked in on us with a gift and card in our room. We were treated in my opinion like royalty - nothing was too much trouble. The waiters/bar staff by the pool and in the bar were fantastic throughout. The DJ was a definite vibe despite sometimes playing to a quiet crowd he was always happy, dancing and clapping. We ate at Nobu the first night the food was wonderful but it’s the only place we felt the service didn’t match the rest of the hotels. We will definitely be coming back next year where hopefully we can meet all the fantastic staff from behind the masks! "
"We had 5 nights at Hotel Nobu Ibiza Bay and I cannot speak more highly about the experience. Customer service was incredible from the time we arrived to an offer of champagne or water (guess what I chose!) to the amazing service from waiters like Isi, Samir and others by the pool, to the wonderful Zully, Giuseppe (?) and the senior concierge team (never got his name) who introduced us to new beach areas, boat visits and restaurants we have never enjoyed before..... and their hospitality when our kids arrived was amazing, allowing us to stay for the day at the beach. I saw one female wait staff handle an unhappy client (who was being a bit unreasonable in my opinion) with such grace and client service that I was truly impressed and amazed. We did not want to leave! Hope to be back. Thank you Hotel Nobu for making our holiday so special (so important esp this year). "
"A group of us were in Ibiza celebrating a birthday weekend and stayed at the lovely Nobu Hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous, smart calm and relaxed with very good rooms. What made it stand out for us was the lovely people that worked there - always smiling and always helpful...there are two good pools, one for adults only and a choice of free and paid for sun beds. We only used the free ones and they were great. Straight out of the back of the hotel you have the sea and a fantastic walk way...turn left or right...either direction gives you a good 20 min walk with bars or restaurants to stop at. Ibiza town is a short taxi ride away and Pacha is a walk - ask reception for tickets, sometimes they have a list!! This was a great stay and I'd recommend as a good place to enjoy yourself with friends...."

"we were recommended the tomahawk which is not even average. The only thing that you should order is the wagyu, but order more than you think. Portion is just enough for 2 people. It takes 40 minutes to get, so be aware you cannot add to your order unless you want to wait 40 minutes more. Waiters are very unprepared and inattentive they seem completely out of control. They will forget your requests, serve a wrong wine bottle which was supposed to go to another table, argue around your table for too long to understand what they did wrong then collect all your already served glasses and bring your wine to you 15 minutes later. Starters are just not interesting. View is nice but the smell of parilla will be too much to handle at a certain point and when the wind blows over toward your table. Table are impossibly in the dark you wont be able to see what you’re eating, and I like dark restaurants. Reception poor. They will leave you waiting without even sending you a waiter to get your drinks order."
"The Casa Maca restaurant is really a beautiful place. Amazing view of the old town, lovely decoratief, delicious food, friendly staff, worth every euro. They even have their own kitchen garden. This place is heaven!"
"First time for some of us.. They have a great setting with a different dining areas with a nice view on the town.. Service was friendly and helpfull although still seemed slightly disorganized on a few occasions.. Food was good, however the meat that the waiter recomended was good but not great.. a litle disappointing as they seemed to have some other good pieces 🥩.. Still worth the visit and we’ll be back to tackle the rest of the menu. Thanks"

"We stayed one week at Torre des Canonigo, off-season and with the unfortunate closing at 10pm of all bars and restaurants due to Covid. Nevertheless, thanks to the fantastic stay at this beautiful and exclusive hotel, our first visit to Ibiza turned out be excellent. There absolutely nothing to complain about. The overall look and design of the hotel is beautiful, the location in the old town have fantastic views, beds are so comfortable, the room and bathrooms perfect and spacious. But most of all, each person in the extremely helpful, friendly and efficient staff deserve all FIVE STARS. All requests and some minor incidents were quickly and smoothly taken care of. Next time we come, we would just love to have local made jam for breakfast and butter for breakfast. ;)"
"We stayed a few days and truly loved the hotel!! We were extremely well-received by the staff, especially by Juan who did his absolute best in all occasions to make us enjoy our stay and provided excellent recommendations. The rooms are very well-designed, comfortable with nice decoration. The swimming pool is amazing, with a beautiful view and don’t forget to book the restaurant which is really excellent. I will come back for sure and already shared the address to some friends. The service and the experience you will get there is very unique. Gracias La Torre!"
"Celebrated my 40th Birthday here and have nothing but great things to say about the hotel, location, hospitality, staff and service. Room with sea view was excellent, bathroom/shower beautiful and spacious, breakfast served to our room daily was fantastic. The whole team could literally not do enough for us. Would highly recommend!"

C/ Ses Estaques, Santa Eularia des Riu, Balearic Islands, Spain
"I’m not sure what to think about this hotel. Let me start with the positive things: the hotel is in a very nice area, the rooms are large and all offer sea views, and they have the largest bed I’ve ever seen in a hotel! The hotel itself has two swimming pools with nicely manicured gardens, and the rooftop pool has very nice views over the sea. Staff in general is friendly too! However, we expected more of the hotel considering all the excellent reviews we had seen. When we arrived, we found the hotel only has 5 (!) parking spaces which are shared with its sister hotel Ses Estaques. The nice receptionist indicated it was no problem to leave the car on the hotel premises for that night, and advised us for the next nights to park on the street behind the hotel. The next morning we had a paper on the windshield indicating we should not have parked there. The following night, we tried to find a parking space in the street (as advised), only to find there was barely any parking space available - in the end we had to walk quite a distance to the hotel. For two hotels with together 200+ rooms, 5 parking spaces seems a bit.. Scarce? During one of the days we decided to chill by the rooftop pool. Only there we found there is no bar - there is a phone which you can use to order drinks from the pool bar on ground level. That works, but in the afternoon (16h) there is no food menu at all. You can’t even order a small snack. Moreover, we were told we were not allowed either to order some food via JustEat - the only option was to walk downstairs, look at a menu of a local restaurant which they have connections with (their own restaurant was also closed) and order there. No thanks. In addition, there was no music at all at the pool, which might appeal to some guests - we missed it a little. The breakfast is okay. They offer a good selection of different cheeses, meats, a bread selection, fruits etc. Eggs can also be prepared to your liking which is very nice, and also here, the staff is excellent! If you want a coffee, ask specifically for a Nespresso though - they have Nespresso machines which are fine, but the coffee/espresso coming from the “normal” machine (which you get if you don’t specify what you want) is not the best - to put it mildly. Finally, we were a bit surprised by the reservation policies. Catalonia claims they always offer the lowest rate on their site if you join their Rewards program. Being a member of this program also offers a free upgrade. I did join the program for this, only to find that Agoda (and several other OTA’s) offered the same room for EUR 150 less (6 night stay) than their “special rewards rate”. I sent an e-mail to the Catalonia reservation department and the hotel itself to ask if they could match the rate (which they should be able to considering the commission they pay any OTA). The reservation department answered by saying “We have the lowest rate. If you book via Agoda we cannot fully guarantee your reservation. The"
"Positive: - Location on the beach - Close to centre of Eulalia (5min walk) - Close to many restaurants - Goodlooking hotel, comfortable, huge walkin shower, huge bed,... - Very friendly staff, from housekeeping until front desk manager - Good soap/shampoo - Nice terras - We went at the beginning of november: so vert quiet and peaceful! A lot of shops were closed Negative: - Most of the staff barely speaks english - Restaurant is only good for breakfast. Lunch and dinner: the food is dry and expensive (go to the city/village!) - breakfast in the room is bad: what should be hot is cold, what should be cold is hot. They brought it in 3 times because they kept forgetting stuff, after the 3rd time I had enough of it. - The build finish is not 4 star worthy: you can find quite some rust, little things that are broken, not done well - No service at the swimming pool! So we had to take all our stuff, put it in the room and go to the hotel restaurant - You could really see that the hotel was closing: not always staff at bar, some products were not available at breakfast,... "
"My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in September 2019 prior to staying in a villa. We joined the chains loyalty club when booking and were upgraded to the best room in the hotel on arrival! Breakfast is served in the adjacent building, this was fine apart from the raging storm which flooded the hotel and it's grounds!! We loved the place so much we're back there for a chill out at the start of Sept this year after a villa stay."

"Just finished a week stay here as a couple. Amazing roof top pool and lovely staff! Well equipped gym and tasty (albeit over priced) food. Enjoyed a different cocktail every day! House keeping gave us new water every day which was handy. Room had amazing view (cloud 9 suite sea view) however I do think the room was a bit dated and had marks on the ceiling and floor so could do with some redecorating. The premier room decor looks a lot nicer but is smaller. Breakfast was lovely - though the service you got did alter each day. Due to COVID some meals you ordered and then you had to go get your own tea bag/ bakery/ butter / bacon etc, which is completely fine - but some staff did this for guests and not for others so wasn’t entirely equal treatment. I recommend their restaurant maymanta for dinner, great Peruvian tapas with great view - the staff though did not seem 5 star and not very organised with each other so don’t go if you’re expecting fine dining. Overall give it 4 stars, as lovely as it was I’ve been to 5 star hotels which pay much more attention to detail for the same price especially for the room. Would still come back as Ibiza is a fab place, and the roof top pool is 10/10."
"Just finished our trip here and can’t tell you how amazing this hotel was. The rooftop pools/bars/restaurant with an infinity pool is spectacular with amazing vistas. The main pools are also fanatastic with comfy loungers etc. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. The food is also very good with service around the pools which is very nice, The spa I must say is world class one of the best I have ever visited not just in a hotel. Had treatments at the spa also very good. Had a couple of minor issues dealt with very efficiently by management who genuinely care. 5 star plus will definitely return ."
"We had an amazing stay at this fantastic hotel as a family in July/August 2020. Faultless service from the staff - nothing was too much trouble and we were so well looked after. The food at all restaurants was delicious. The swimming pool was fantastic - especially the adults only one on the roof. It was my birthday while we were there and they went to great lengths to make it special for me, with complimentary cake and cava. Our kids (8 and 5) loved it. We will definitely be back!"

Carretera Playa d’en Bossa, s/n, Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, Balearic Islands, Spain
"Go to ibiza to stay at this hotel. The balcony has purple lights and the tables and chairs are facing the sea. There is also an audio in the room. Listening to the music, blowing the sea breeze, drinking coconut is very comfortable. Next door is the ushuaia hotel and bar. All the top ten in the world are playing there. Or at the hiibiza bar. The hotel opened to hi ibiza, very close. The breakfast at the hotel was really great and a lot of choice. And the freshly sliced ham you eat in the Western restaurant is also included in the breakfast for free."
"The hotel location is good, which is close to the airport. It's convenient for transportation. It has a parking lot, and is next to the beach. It's easy for dining, accommodation and entertainment. It's very close to ushuaia and hi Ibiza."
"The environment is good, but it’s really noisy. Every morning, I was awakened by the noise and I couldn't sleep. # Poor sound insulation # # Poor sound insulation # # Poor sound insulation #"

Carretera Playa d'en Bossa, s/n, Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain
"First off, my wife and I understand times are hard due to COVID and the Palladium Group had to take drastic measures to appease its customers by consolidating all to its biggest hotel, but for some, it was not appeasing. We originally booked the Palladium Palymar adult-only in San Antoni but were forced into this "five" star family hotel on the other side of the island. The hotel was packed with families with kids. So much noise, kids peeing in and outside of the pool, and even right after we left some kid pooped in the big pool. This was not a five star in our opinion, trash not picked up, decaying pool furniture, dirty pool water, etc. We were even given "the best" Junior Suite with a sea view. If this was their best then it was sad. One time housekeeping even came into our room one morning even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Our bedroom had one small window, and our rooms were right over the stinky sewage and back of a restaurant. Sure there was a decent sea view, but not worth the money. If we had our original booking in the adult-only hotel our experience would have been so much better and our room would have been much better. If we had the option to cancel the hotel and flights and not go we would have taken it. The Palladium Group informed us we could cancel our original booking and book a new room at the Grand and we would not have to pay any difference, well we did when we got to the hotel. It was a nightmare, and the hotel staff was not aware of our situation. Regarding COVID, the staff did not enforce the rules enough. When you enter the hotel there is a temperature machine, they don't make sure you use it and many times it will give one bad temperature and then right after it would be good. A lot of the staff did not wear their mask over their entire face. Sometimes they would take your temperature when entering the restaurants/buffet. The buffet lacked staff, you had to wait a long time. Go to the restaurants if you can, the Medeteranin restaurant was the best. The shows at the theater were nice, but twice I had to go tell the front desk about groups of people not keeping social distance or wearing a mask. At one point there were a bunch of Jewish teenagers being so loud, no masks, no social distancing, and other guests sitting down were getting upset. First I asked the bartender to do something, he said: "what can I do". So then I had to yell at these kids. Anyway, A lot of the staff were very friendly, we had a better time outside of the hotel, and we spent way too much for this hotel."
"Firstly, we visited in October last year and I don’t know how Covid has affected the hotel operations this year We upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony which was a nice touch The room was one of the biggest hotel rooms I think I’ve ever had ! The hotel was very clean and modern, decorated to a high standard. The main buffet restaurant had plenty of food choice and the food was very good But we particularly enjoyed the 3 a la carte restaurants , the Mexican was our favourite, but the Italian and other one had very nice food too. The drinks were good quality brands and we liked the lobby bar of an evening. The entertainment was very good, set in an outdoor stage with lots of seats and tables, the lion king was the best show, but there was a musicals night, an ABBA night and a Michael Jackson night ... all very good ! The pools were lovely and we enjoyed the canopy sun beds which were big and comfy The American sports bar was very good too for snacks , burgers , pizza etc I would recommend this hotel to friends and family"
"Stayed here a few times. bad bits first, this resort is right next to the airport so there are flights coming and going, but it's Ibiza not JFK so it's a few each hour. This hotel is joined to the White Islands next door, so both are available for restaurants and pools etc. Food is first rate, staff are great, the bigger pool is looking a bit tired (it has a wood decking surround) but the others are great as is the beach. They have an evening cabaret show, some are really good some not so good, but the kids and families all really enjoy them. Bus stop outside into Ibiza town about 20 mins or so, although cabs are reasonable and plentiful (no dodgy Uber here!) Thoroughly recommend this as a good family hotel! !!!"
