I had an exceptional breakfast experience at the K3 restaurant in JW Marriott Hotel, Aerocity, Delhi. Initially, I went to the breakfast area intending to have only fruits, given that it was my Ekadashi fasting day, a time when I abstain from consuming grains. However, in accordance with Vaishnava fasting traditions, I am permitted to have meals prepared with quinoa. To my pleasant surprise, Chef Sudheer Kumar approached me, eager to enhance my breakfast experience at JW Marriott. I shared with him that it was my Ekadashi fasting day and that I was only allowed to eat dishes prepared with quinoa. I then inquired if he could prepare 'Quinoa Upma' for me, a meal incorporating various vegetables, but devoid of any grains. Undeterred by my request, he assured me he would try to accommodate my dietary restriction and left to prepare my meal. Within ten minutes, he returned with a bowl of Quinoa Upma exuding a delightful aroma. The flavor was simply fabulous, far surpassing my expectations. I truly believe it was Lord Krishna's mercy ***ifesting through Chef Sudheer Kumar that made my day so special. This delightful experience was made possible by the dedicated service of Chef Sudheer Kumar and the attentive team at JW Marriott Hotel, Aerocity. For the past one and a half years, I've been staying at this hotel whenever I visit Delhi, India, and each stay has been absolutely wonderful. Interestingly, I hail from Boston and, while I appreciate the services provided by the JW Marriott establishments in the United States, I believe the uniquely personalized service I received here today is unparalleled.

The biggest advantage is that you don't have to leave the airport. It was an early morning flight the next day, so it was helpful to be able to check in for the airline ticket first. You can't go to the hotel unless you are accompanied by the hotel staff, so if the timing is bad, you will have to wait for a long time. (I was lucky enough to be guided immediately) The room was old and small for the price, but very clean. There is hand soap, shampoo and body soap. Unfortunately, I pre-paid with a credit card, but when I checked out, I was told that the payment had not been made. Even if I say I'm already paying, ”No, I'm not paying.” I had printed out the reservation slip and the receipt, so when I showed them, I was told that it was OK after doing some research behind the scenes. What would have happened if I hadn't been able to prove the payment... (the price is also high) It is better to keep the reservation slip and the receipt ready to be shown.

I have been coming to this property since it opened and have a love hate relationship with it mostly love, the good thing is that they resolve any issues which is normal and can happen in any property very quickly they know what you like or dislike, As always a good experience.

Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. It is very nice to experience such hospitality. Roseatte ***agement should be very proud of these assets in their organization. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon. Our Gratitude.

The room we stayed in was amazing. The service of the staff at check-in was very good. The hotel appearance is beautiful.

Really beautifully designed hotel, large rooms and comfortable bed. I would like to especially mention the staff and food at the iah restaurant. Unfortunately, I only stopped for a short time before my overnight flight. but at night the air conditioner stopped working for heat and switched itself to 18 degrees cold, I couldn’t switch it on my own... in the end, I fell asleep as is. And after 2.5 hours in the cold I got a sore throat, which marred my impression. Everything is great, but please, check the air conditioners so that they work per***ently at the set temperature and mode

Great hotel, Vanshika was literally the best! From start to finish, she made me feel at ease. It was my first time in India and coming from England, I was a bit skeptical but I'm glad I was served by her. She's so kind, welcoming and cares about the customers. She had checked us in early as our flight landed early. Whilst I was checking in, my mum who has difficulty walking was looked after by her staff, she personally got my mum and made sure she got to the toilet safely. Overall she was amazing, put me ease and genuinely such a kind person, a true asset to Novotel and great example of excellent customer service, I'd come back again because of her.
