8 Sentosa Gateway, Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore, Singapore
"🛏【️Hotel Guide】 📍Detailed address: 8, Sentosa Gateway, Ocean, Suite, Singapore, 098269 . 🚗Traffic strategy: Sentosa Island MRT and get off at Resorts World Station, walk to Michael Hotel to take a free buggy at the hotel, check in at the front desk of Yucca Hotel, and then will send you to the seabed suite. . 🌟Highlights and features: You must be able to see the cutest devil fish in the underwater world The room is divided into two floors, with an open-air jacuzzi upstairs, and privacy is also very good . To ⛱Hotel environment: The hotel has a total of 11 underwater suites, which are deep in Sentosa, so there are not many public facilities . 💰Per capita consumption: The live pre-sale product of ctrip purchased this time is very cost-effective at RMB 5,300 per night. It also includes breakfast for two, two adult tickets to Universal Studios, two tickets to the Aquarium, and a $100 meal coupon. Super super bargain . 📌Little Tips: There is a sofa bed upstairs, which can sleep two people, so a room can sleep 4 people in total . Follow us and show you a different Singapore🇸🇬 #Singapore旅游#Hotel guide"
"The Ocean Suite was amazing. The whole experience was great and we didn't even realise we were in the room the whole time! The staff were great too with the Anniversary cake (it was delicious by the way) and the bubbly Indian butler we met was super warm and friendly. I didn't manage to get his name though. He even manage to catch us at the carpark just before leaving and asked if we managed to get everything from the room and if we managed to take enough family pictures. That was really really nice. My young kids (4, 2, 1) totally enjoyed the experience, the bathtub and the pool. I would definitely return and if I could add, maybe more bath mats to dry our feet would help because getting in/out of the bathroom and bathtub at the same time might have caused the carpet to be wet and an additional bath mat would help absorbing the excess water first."
"During the current epidemic period, the morning meal is not a self-service but one serving. There are few choices, which is not suitable for your taste. You can add a sofa bed. During the epidemic period, you can live up to 5 people. You must check the registration and scan records every time you enter and leave the room. It’s a bit far to walk outside. Every time you go out, you have to call the service desk and ask someone to come and pick you up. It takes about 2 or 3 minutes to get to the casino by car. Children like it, but adults think it’s very ordinary"

"We have travelled all around the world only to discover the best hotel is actually in our own country. The Raffles Hotel has topped all our expectations. An iconic building in Singapore with a long history. The hotel gives a rustic colonial feeling at the same time the ne wowners have restored it to provide all the modern amenities a traveller would require and more. Rooms are large and comfortable. Very well thought out amenities. From something as simple as the hot water mixer is set in a way that you would never end up scaling yourself. The way the master switch works with the night lights makes it all so convenient to use and switch off the lights in the room and yet have lights in the toilet on in case one needs a late night visit. The service is second to none. Staff remember your name and address you by name. They remember your preferences. I called the butler one evening because I couldn't load the meun of the Butcher's Block from the website. The next morning they had the menu delivered to the room. You may say you pay for what you get. I've been to places where I've paid and not get. Had a lovely time at the Raffles Hotel with the wife. I would definitely recommend it to the decerning traveller any time. "
"The service is very good, knowing that I have children taking a nap, I automatically give late check-out, which is very considerate. The hotel and the shopping mall in the hotel are more integrated, there is no special place for hotel guests to relax"
"Due to Covid, the check in and out was done directly in the suite. Awesome experience with butler service through out of stay! Friendly staff, timely service! Love the hotel, the suite and looking forward to booking another stay with them! "

"Capella was a blast. Good Staycation! Totally enjoyed ourselves together with my wife and puppy. Staffs were friendly and service was great. Booked using the SingapoRediscover vouchers and also had a $100 dining voucher. Stayed in a garden view room. It was clean, big and the view didn't disappoint. Sunrise was amazing from the windows. Our dog also had a little bed, drinking bowl and a toy to play with. Because of our dog, we had our meals in the room which wasn't too bad. (Would recommend that since Capella is a pet-friendly hotel, outdoor dining with pets will be really useful for guests) Capella was also a short 5min walk to Palawan beach which was a plus. Overall a great experience and had already recommended to our friends with pets. Had to thank Marie from Knolls to help arrange the use of our dining voucher on our check-out day. Really went all the way to make us feel comfortable. Thank you Capella for the birthday cake n gift as well. Would definitely return. "
"Thoroughly enjoyed our staycation last weekend! The room and view were amazing but their service was even more amazing! Brought my dog and they provided bed, water, toy and fruits for him! And every single staff who came to our room, wished my boyfriend happy birthday. Even the spa had the room slightly decorated to wish my boyfriend happy birthday! "
"We are quite disappointed that we can't participate any of the activities there. But the room and the services carpella provided was great. My kids enjoyed so much with the games the carpella gave it to my kids. Carpella also provided bed for our dog. My kids are looking forward for their next visit to carpella again."

2 Gunner Lane, Sentosa Island, Singapore, Singapore
"The plane was rescheduled and stayed in this new hotel for three days. I saw this when I planned to travel. At that time, there were no reviews on Ctrip. I wasn't sure. At the end of January, there were more than 20 positive reviews. I booked it for 3 nights and tried it. First of all, I booked the highest room type in the entire hotel, which was only over 50 square meters. The previous Capella was half the size. It turns out that many of the comments in the review set the basic square shape of more than twenty flats that the room was large. . I really don't want to talk. Since the best room type is only over 50 square meters, it is good to have good daylight. Look at the picture. All the windows are blocked by the wall and the daylight is not good. The newly opened hotel contains two hours of happy hour, and there is nothing to evaluate. Breakfast was ok, few categories and quality. If there is any need in the room, such as adding drinking water and not waiting for a body lotion, you have to wait a long time. When you call and change the wiring for another person, you don't know what you are going through. Besides talking about the convenient shuttle bus, this hotel does not have its own shuttle bus at all. Instead, it needs to go to a nearby hotel instead of having a car that goes to vivo City and Resorts World like Capella. All three days of stay require us to walk or take the MRT. Why compare with Capella? Because I spent almost the same money as Capella (one less than 5000, one nearly 6000) So the credibility of the previous review is almost huh. In the end, I spent my birthday at the hotel and told me when I checked in. I asked if I could upgrade to know that I had booked the best room, so I was told "I will surprise you, but I won't tell you yet." "OK, alright, wait until 9 o'clock on the birthday, send a simple cake. I gave a cake to someone who was anti-sugar for 1 year. I was really huh, huh, and finally the child took a small bite and threw it away."
"This is by far the best hotel that we have stayed in. All the staff in Barracks Hotel have a keen sense to details, which make our stay extremely comfortable and amazing. We have booked this stay to mark a special milestone in our lives. And thanks to JS, the coordination with the decoration team went without a hitch. Not forgetting the amazing coffee serves at the Living Room, and the staff there (especially Emily) makes everything better. We had a wonderful stay at Barracks Hotel and we certainty look forward to another refreshing getaway in the near further. "
"Well appointed room, great pool, lovely stay. Only trouble was that the entrance to ground floor rooms is level with the main grounds that fronts the hotel with only a regular public corridor separating it from the field, so it was very common to find that garden lizards lurking in the room / bathroom after sundown. If you don't like sharing your space with lizards, this was the most unpleasant experience for at least one of us. "

"The room at Fullerton Bay is very beautiful, charming and had a very nice view of the Singapore River. The service however fell short of my expectations. First, upon arrival for our check in it was pretty crowded and so we were directed by one the staff to the seating area to wait for our turn. The staff informed us that we will be served shortly once they have cleared the crowd. However, to our dismay we saw guests who arrived after us are being attended for check in first even though we have been waiting patiently for the past 15-20mins. Shouldn’t check in be done on a first come first serve basis? The next day during breakfast at La Brasserie, service was really slow. I’m not sure if they were understaffed because we had to repeat our orders 4 times to the restaurant staff before receiving our food. Shortly after being served our breakfast, the staff then prompted us it was the last order. It just felt like they were rushing us to finish our breakfast even though it took so long for them to serve the food. I initially had high hopes and were very excited for this staycation but the overall experience just doesn’t fulfill my expectations of the Fullerton service level. "
"Love it , The staff there are very very friendly and helpful . Service wise Was Excellent , fast and efficient. Place was Comfortable, and indeed relaxing BellHopper very friendly , helpful and Smiling always The only inconveniences was going to grocery store :) Other than that all is well . Had a 3D2N stayed over there . Breakfast was serve to room ❤️ the part where i love the most was the staff concerning about us as a guest . The food is delicious the view is beautiful , will love to visit again . Amenities need to have a little maintainance, has a little issue there . Thank You EveryOne In Fullerton Bay Hotel , You're Did Very well , and thank u for serving every guest including us during this Covid Time . Stay safe and yea I Love You All ! Thanks for all the services and guide given from your . We enjoyed our stay , and We Loved It . "

"Stayed during Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) with all dining places closed and only delivery or takeaways allowed. Breakfast was served in-room, and for lunch/dinner we need to either order delivery or take the Sentosa bus which luckily is still operating to buy back from nearby Resorts World Sentosa where some restaurants are still open or just buy from the nearby 7-Eleven. The facilities are still open, however the indoor playground staff does not seem to ensure safe distance from the child and there are a number of workers around the pool area. Overall, given the current situation and that we went ahead with the staycation and did not postpone or cancel, a bit disappointed that there was no special arrangement or gestures whatsoever by the hotel to make our stay more comfortable or special. "
"I was there for my birthday staycation. The lobby staff will help to unload my luggage from my boot before i come out of my car. The check-in staff hanah is observant, from my check-in details she know it was my birthday, offer a little cake & late check-out for me. She know that i came with an elderly (my mum) she arrange a room on a quiet floor & near to lift lobby which is convenient for elderly (very thoughtful) The hotel have a private beach which provide free kayak, floating paddle for guests, the swimming pool was big too. We feel quite relax until we forgotten we r still in spore. Overall experience is good. "
"There was many check in counters but check in process took about 30min, hope it can be faster since it's a prepaid booking. The beach, pools , kids club were great. The kid have great fun. The biggest size lifeguard at the pool need to improve his attitude towards the guests. Was abit whistle happy and voice tone was rude. Refuse to lend an umbrella when a mother was carrying a baby. Only downside of the staycation. Breakfast was great with plenty options and great service. Check out process was smooth."

"Hope the General Manager is able to see this: Brenda and Jayden provided great and superb service! Good impression of the hotel because of them. Great Job! Plus points: - Rooms have great amenities and bed was comfortable. Ashley & Co amenity plus Bang & Olufsen Speaker might be the highlight of the room - Great location for a morning and evening walk - Superb Dining experience. Po has great food! The Kurobuta Char Siew and Crab Carrot Cake were fantastic! Totally justifiable for the premium on Singapore Modern Cuisine. Champagne paired very well with the food! Will come back to dine again - Rich History and heritage behind this hotel, would be nice if there is a mini tour or activity to justify the premium of this hotel (The reason why it wasn’t a full 5/5)- still good but... - Limited Facilities, only a super small wading swimming pool, though very instagrammable! No Gym... cant be helped given the size of the horel. The hotel could have organized more activity to engage guests! It’s a heritage building!!!! - Fall under Design collection which meant minimal member benefits including no complimentary breakfast for plat members and above. (Understandable since it’s not run by the Marriott Team) - Still doesnt make sense to me that breakfast price for 1 pax and 2 pax are the same. Bak kut teh was soso, Chicken curry was good but felt short of providing enough curry for the prata. - The room price is similar or even more expensive compared to other Marriott Properties in Singapore such as JW Marriott, St Regis, Marriott Tangs or Westin! You really have to appreciate the heritage and uniqueness of this hotel in order to be willing to pay for such high room rate price with minimal facilities, activities and add-on. Overall: Great experience and great service by the 2 stadd and will dine at the bar and Po once again "
"I threw a surprise birthday dinner for my husband at the Den at the Warehouse hotel. Even though with Covid, we are limited in numbers, we had such a great time. The Den was originally an opium den in history but the owners have cleverly converted it into a beautiful, quaint private room with tall glass doors overlooking the river. I have to give special thanks to the sales manager, Elaine Luei who worked the night, introduced the hotel with its rich history, spent careful thoughts on how to organise this party for me. The hotel found themselves a gem in a sales manager. My 10 course (I think) dinner was curated by Chef William. My personal fave is their Popiah, halibut (chef - i want that recipe!!!) and their soft shell crab, whilst my birthday man loved the Iberico char Siew and halibut. Food was 5 star! Ambience is fantastic with the setting in the Den. But the wine chosen by their Sommelier, Alvin, was spot on - my personal fave out of the 3 bottles we had was the spanish Grenache. Good taste buds, Alvin! Overall, all my guests enjoyed the evening! Could have danced our night away ! Thanks Elaine and team! "
"Simply put : beautifully decorated place , with good music, great food, amazing drinks and excellent service! Staff is really helpful and listens to the needs of its customers! Can't appreciate that enough! Thank you to the whole warehouse team for a perfect evening!"

"It’s a birthday staycation for my kid and husband. We received a complimentary cake as suggested by the staff when I double confirmed my room before check in. Thank you for the promised. The staff are that we encountered in the hotel are all very approachable, friendly and hospitable. When we requested for things like room service to make up the room when we missed it or asked for kids robes etc, all requested are satisfied. I was surprised that the shutter bus in Sofitel sentosa sent their guests to many area of sentosa. Just follow the timing and arrange your plans according to those timings. Really love the spaciousness within the hotel and in the room. If you prefer resort style staycation, Sofitel sentosa is worth a try. The pool is huge and allows 50 pax/2hr. If the online booking is full, try asking the staff at check in for other available time slots. Peacocks encounter especially near the pool area. I personally enjoyed the >2m depth of the pool to swim. It’s not easy to maintain the cleanliness of such huge pool so you can see some sand/dirt or moss. But all these don’t spoil the fun in the pool. Lifeguard is always there to watch the ground. Just a few suggestions: I wish that Sofitel sentosa can have more child friendly amenities and facilities like playground and complimentary children toiletries can be provided for the families with kids. I am not sure if there is any children toiletries can be requested as there’s a welcome card that wrote that toiletries has been provided in a package in the toilet. Just in case parents forget to bring. Next is that the hotel room facilities can be quite old and electric plug not working and wear and tear can be seen. Certain things can be replaced but it will be better to ensure those irreplaceable items are well maintained. Thanks! "
"We are “trapped” in Singapore since 7th April 2020. Credit to Covid. This Year we are at least… able to go Staycation for my Birthday. Thanks to our Wonderful Singapore Government for the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers that can deduct $100 for our stay. Pleasant Surprise from Sofitel Upon check-in.. we were offered additional night include breakfast at an irresistible Special rate. It was more than half price of our booking/per day for another Night + BREAKFAST! They told us for selected people only. So I guess must be for me.. the Birthday GIRL. They made my Birthday even of Special Privilege and get to stay on another day. Fun Cycling at Sentosa We brought our Bikes to ride on 9th April morning. Realised this hotel has complimentary Bicycle usage for all resort Guests. Incase you all may wish to ride round Sentosa Island, just approach the Concierge for more information. Dinner at The Cliff, Sofitel Hotel Sentosa on Monday, 9 April 2021 Food at Sofitel's The Cliff was fantastic. We had late dinner at 9pm. It was just nice after our church’s on-line service from 730pm to 845pm. We ordered PORCINI RUBBED WAGYU STRIPLOIN Green garlic salsa verde, arugula salad, parmiggiano and LOVELY. Nice ambience of restaurant. The restaurant also gave me a Special slide of Birthday cake. Thanks! Lunch + Tea at LeBar Had a quiet lunch at LeBar and was so peaceful. The therapeutic feel of fresh air and greenery at the café. Beautiful Restaurant Kwee Zeen for Breakfast on 10th April 2021 Love the France’s design and Eiffel Tower. We so miss the Buffet Breakfast but the breakfast served are refillable..haha. We didn’t cos’ the spread is big and filling. Conclusion: We will definitely recommend this hotel! "
"Enjoyed tremendously our short getaway staycation in Sofitel away fm City life. Room size & beds/bathrm/amenities are comfy & satisfactory. Overall very satisfied with the hotel cleaniness, amenities, service fm majority of the staff except some fm Cliff restaurant could do btr. Ala carte Breakfast (though not our usual buffet style) was great & scrumptious & served pretty fast. Staffs are vy friendly/patient/helpful. Nice to hv peacocks walking around except at times waiting for food & flew up to our chair. Accessible to Tg Beach via a flight of 132 steps. Hotel provides free shuttle @ 30mins interval to Harboufront or else Sentosa Bus B outside the hotel to Sentosa Cove/Beach/Imbiah Stations. Cant wait for our next staycation in Sofitel. Will be back again. "

"Two-night Staycation during Covid-19 Phase 2 We booked our stay with Trip.com a week in advance, noting a request for early check-in and late check out. The day before the stay, we gave them a call to see if our requests were granted, and they advised us to call again the next day after 10am, as they were not sure if the current occupant of the space would be checking out early. When I did call the next day, no one was answering the phones until just before noon. When they did answer though, they said we could already check in as our room was ready :)) Upon arrival, we were of course cleared first with their COVID-19 SOP. I thought check-in would happen on the 25th floor as I read the lobby was there, but probably because of the COVID-19 measures, check-in procedures were completed at the ground floor. I indicated that it was our anniversary in our booking notes, so we received a small welcome package of their signature lotions, lip balms, and bath gels, as well as a nice card - only the card said HONEYMOON :)) Shortly after arriving in the room, we also received the refill of our minibar - it was part of the measures to minimise staff from constantly going back and forth guest rooms. I had to do a bit of maneuvering to fit all the new items in the fridge, but we made it work :) Other items that were replenished upon request was the coffee capsules, tea, and water bottles. The swivel TV was really convenient, as we were able to comfortably watch from the bed and the corner lounge area while enjoying the 180degree view of the city. The only minor issue was that I expected the TV to be loaded with Netflix, but it only had cable channels. The hotel offered us HDMI cables, which we decided not to get anymore since we were only watching one thing during our stay in the evenings - the election coverage :)) I was a little concerned about the bathroom before we arrived, as I read reviews that the shower area was open and would splash all over the bathroom floor, so I was relieved to see a full glass door that kept the water pretty much confined in the shower. The separate toilet area also had floor-to-ceiling windows - number 1 and 2 with a view if that's your thing :)) If not, they had automatic wooden shutters to keep your business private. There was no hairdryer in our bathroom upon arrival, but we were easily able to request for one. We spent our next two mornings at their breakfast buffet. The table on our first morning was a little small, but they seated us at a nice sunny area with big table space on the second morning. You can access the menu via a QR code, and make your requests to their buffet staff, who would bring your orders directly to your table - another COVID-19 measure. The food was good, although I felt the options were a little limited, again probably because of the COVID-19 situation. The pool and the roof top bar, Mr. Stork, can only be enjoyed through reservations, so make sure to reserve as early as possible. Overall we had a good two-day stay. The gentle daylight from the floor-to-ceiling windows was energising in the morning, which was really great for me as I have been having difficulty with my sleeping patterns lately. A small concern would be that there was some dust in the lounge area, under the sofa and the table, as well as the overhead lighting, which was rectified the next day when we requested housekeeping to go over it. I'm putting the mishaps (dusty lounge area, no one answering the phones sometimes) probably because of a lower amount of staff. All of them were polite and helpful though, particularly the buffet server who kept refilling our drinks every time he saw our glasses empty :))"
"First experience when I checked in, the CS lady on the corner counter was not very professional. Does this hotel look how people dressed? Seems like look down on me when asking me credit card for deposit, she actually looked at my card and give me a look. Telling me if this is a debit card. I replied her is a credit card and she gave me a look, like I can’t afford to own a credit card. What is this? Is this the way you treat all your customers? Nice swimming pool but turn off by the BBQ & cooking smell. The pool facilities was not well taken care of which my boyfriend have slipped my floor and head landed on the ground. Luckily there is nothing serious happened. Told the facility manager about the slippery wood floor near the pool but it seems like not taking it seriously. I think this should be take careful consideration to look into it so that same things will be happened to others. On our last day morning of our staycation, we wanted to order in house breakfast to be deliver to the room perhaps we rang the reception many times but no one responded at all till I went out and use the corridor phone and it happened the same. I run up to one of the cleaner and told her that I have been trying to call the reception but no one answer at all. Can I know what happen? She quickly use the phone to call and within few minutes the reception rang our room but is too late that the breakfast time is over. I wanted to stay in this hotel so much but after this incident and experience. I will not go back again. I really not a super pleasure experience. "
"We booked studio suite for our family staycation. The room was fantastic; good layout, great view and nice high ceiling. Really good size bathroom and nice living room. But what makes it a great experience was the overall service and the attitude from all the staff. Each of the staff we encountered with was friendly, accommodative and welcoming. Special mention to Scott who was manning the pool. He was exceptionally caring. He offered our children to change their wet towels with nice dry ones before they get into the air-con lobby. The housekeeping team was extremely prompt in attending to our requests, especially given how busy they are. The housekeeping staff did really nice job cleaning up our room within a short time. The only thing that has room for improvement is the check-in queue. They have opened up more check-in counter at around 3 but it still takes 25 min to get us checked in. Note that carpark is not included - it works out to be $15/day. "
