Good location, convenient travel,

O hotel é bem localizado, ao lado de um shopping e um supermercado. Os quartos não t isolamento acústico, todo ruído da rua (bem movimentada) é transferido ao quarto. Há poucas tomadas elétricas, ainda no padrão antigo (recomendo levar adaptadores). Há aparelho de TV porém é apenas ilustrativo, não funciona (nem mesmo acende qualquer luz indicativa ao tentar ligar) - é possível que seja problema apenas neste quarto, no entanto todos os pedidos para os funcionários verificarem foram prontamente ignorados. A cama é grande e confortável. O banho tem boa pressão de água. As toalhas são ásperas, velhas e tem odor ruim. O atendimento na recepção é bem ruim (parte dos funcionários, não todos). Não há carregador, ao chegar com bagagens e malas, o próprio hóspede se encarrega do transporte. Não há informe de boas vindas (explicação das áreas do hotel, localização do quarto, localização e horários do café, etc). Há estacionamento (apenas manobrista), é cobrada uma taxa diária (atualmente R$30,00).

Really had one of the worst experience of my life with a hotel. My family and I planned to start 4 nights at the hotel to visit our family in Brazil. Check in was horrible, they lost my reserve (but charged me on booking.com nevertheless). Then gave us (couple + 3 kids) two single bedrooms instead of two double. They tried to make it right by giving us an extra Mattress. After hours for a checkin, we got to our rooms. No Internet connection. We had to buy mobile Internet services to work and let the kids use their tablets. Breakfast also had barely the minimum you would expect from Top hotel. We decided to have breakfast outside the hotel. Parking service was also really messy, couple of times took them more than 30 min to get us our car. Must say that all the staff was really friendly and polite, but the system and infrastructure of the hotel is really obsolete. Checkout was another nightmare, charging our expenses in another room, the lady at the front desk had to manually calculate our bill. Lost touch was, I got charged both on booking.com and at the hotel. Waiting for them to return one of the payments. If you are going with family or plan to work from the hotel, I recommend you choose another one. We won’t be returning to this hotel anytime soon.

I stayed in the hotel with my wife on a holiday trip, it was my first time in Curitiba and I didn't know the city very well, and for the reviews I read at first this looked like a good hotel. The rooms are good, but the building is old and it is possible to hear noise of the tube when some other guests take off or bath, which can catch the sleep of many people. The restaurant where breakfast is served is small, which makes you have to eat outside of it or then wait to have vacation at some table. Another point is that coffee starts at 7:00, so if you have some commit early you may have to leave the hotel without even drinking coffee. Another thing that is bad for those who travel by car is that the parking is charged and that information is not clearly available, and the hotel parking is small and, or you need to leave the key at the reception, The hotel also has no academy, I have a partnership with a nearby one. It's interesting because you'll have a complete school, but it's a disturbing thing that you're not at the same place as you're. The hotel staff are very well-performing, but I noticed that there are few at the reception and at certain times of the day they end up not realizing everything you have to do and generates row. One thing that has bothered me a little, although I don't make any difference, is that the bathroom box has a small bathroom, so if the guest has reduced mobility, is obese, pregnant or disabled, the bathroom becomes impossible. And last but not least, the building that the hotel is located is old, so the stairs for you to climb to the room are inappropriate, being a flight route and passing through the hotel reception. I will not return and recommend with all that I have said.

I was in this hotel in late December, I had an experience that was not very good but we go by the good part of this hotel is the location is in front of the Municipal Market and in front of the bus point that makes the journey to the tourist points. Now the part that is not so good, breakfast has diversity, but when some item finishes, they don't rest fast, the breads are coated, the dry cake, juice is not natural ... the room where I stayed the box was well-fetched, I had no air conditioning control, so I arrived and asked the reception for this control more than once, but I did not receive it. And I had a countertime, the hotel around 15:00 only leaves hot water, as the system is gas, so it is impossible to take a bath. I called to inform and ask for help, the information I had already seen, well, in that meantime the water was over, because the bomb had a problem. Whenever they called at the reception they gave a deadline, but the deadline was not met ... finally was a disorder! I think the information could be clearer because problems happen, but the way it is conducted is a differential.

Excellent Flat, close to all spectacular location. wide suite with 2 bathrooms and very comfortable, good kitchen ... Water bathroom. Breakfast is modest,but essential to load the batteries for day activities. Highly recommended. I will certainly return. congratulations to the team and direction

This is a great place. It's very centrally located just down the road from a lovely square and there are heaps of shops on the street and the fabbest restaurant practically next door (Placa de 5 Sentidos) where you can eat good food while listening to a live classical performance by a violinist or pianist, or both. The hotel is very clean and comfortable -- everything works - and the staff at reception are very helpful and can organise your train trip to Morretes and advise you how to get to Ilha do Mel. The breakfasts are nice and they have afternoon tea as well with coffee and cakes. The laundry service is good too.
