Im from Philippines, My tour in Kygyzstan is the best but theres one person ruined my momentum the Receptionist Raymat in the night shift. We left the room key card in the morning when we came back we found him and ask for our room key he said if we are sure if we are staying there not even asking for our name and check in the system. Everytime we come to ask him we felt that we are not welcomed by him. The worst is my check out. He asked me to pay the damage in the towel and try to delay my flight for 3500com i told him i dont have money and it was an accident he said that he will right a letter to my company, we argue a little because i asked him to show me where is a terms and condition that i have to pay for accidental damage. When im about to go out from the hotel he whispered a bad word and i return and asked him what did he said and he just said you dont want to pay right!? I asked him if he is threatening me and he said that if i dont pay he will pay the damage he even mention that im not his friend. Im a traveller this isnt my first time to stay in the hotel but this is the worst experience i had. I want to request to acknowledge this concern because honestly i felt that he is racist.

I really liked the Sheraton Hotel I was here in the first with the compass, dinner at the Legend restaurant everything was uniquely delicious service the best, you waitress Aichurok served, she knows her work and our table was delicious and beautiful for what I am very very grateful from the downsides in persistent there was no paper

Already the second time I stayed at the hotel, I would definitely choose this hotel in Bishkek. This hotel is very good in terms of hardware facilities and staff services. It hurts at Bishkek and works. People help to arrange first aid, thank you very much!

Beautiful foyer promised more than was actually delivered. Good size room with large comfortable bed, small bathroom but well set out with shower only. TV, fridge, desk and chair, lounge chair. There was an in room safe that was quite small and not secured in the wardrobe. The safe had flat batteries which I asked to have changed, a young man came to look and never come back, so as far as I know the safe is still unlockable. The room was very hot when we arrived, we set the air conditioning to 22c but the room became hotter (34c), we went to see reception about our faulty air conditioner only to be told that because it had been cold the other night all the heating had been turned on and you couldn't individually set the temperature. The only option was to open the window, which had no insect screen. Breakfast was a lot of pasty items but you could have your eggs made to order. We had dinner in the resturant to the left of the reception area, the meal and service were very good. Would try a different hotel if I was to return.

I arrived a little early and felt very tired, so I asked for an earlier check-in. And even though I paid $31 and applied for an earlier check-in, I checked in about an hour earlier than the normal check-in time. Even after paying the additional fee, I waited for over two hours to check in. They didn't even accept credit cards, only dollars. The staff's insincerity was a bit disappointing.

Приехали на такси, Батлер не вышел за вещами, пока его не позвали, потом сломалась дверь, потом взгляд упал на ремонт, ужас ужас и еще раз ужас. Заселили в номер, в коридоре страшно пахнет столовкой, прямо аромат грязных тряпок, душевая кабина из ремонта 2000х, мебель! Ад! Это адддд! В ресторане порадовали только суши. Попросила принести подушки их до сих пор несут! Просто не приезжайте сюда! Это совок!

The breakfast is rich, the staff at the front desk is warm and welcoming. It is a cost-effective hotel. The room is comfortable and tidy. It is close to the business circle and convenient to take the bus. In short, the hotel is satisfied.

Over 2 year span I stayed in 8 different hotels in Bishkek, always trying to get the best hotel. This one is hands down the best. It has a very nice pool, sauna and steam room. Excellent breakfast is included. The staff is attentive. The hotel is in the center within a walking distance to almost anything you need in Bishkek.

It was in Bishkek from 16 to 20 October 2022. The tour agency was settled in this hotel. Excellent location:5 minutes walk to the Central Square of Ala Too and Chui Avenue and at the same time the place is quite quiet. Rooms are big, safe, teapot, and everything is put. Everything new and everything works. Good breakfasts. Cleaning every day Very pleasant and ready to help young staff... Short, the impressions are the pleasantest.
