I would like to use it if there is another opportunity. There are many shops in the vicinity and it is convenient. There is no problem with the meal. The room was not a problem in particular.

The staff in the lobby was very cheerful. The size of the room was impeccable. It was within walking distance of the city and it was very nice.

If you can accept the price, it is a very good hotel, good location, downtown, convenient transportation, opposite the hotel is the home of the OKC basketball team. Remind to change the shower gel, did not change, the second reminder sent a snack apology. There is valet parking service.

I would stay here every time I come to Oklahoma City for a job if the government can reimburse it. It is ideally located a few blocks from the downtown Bricktown community. I also love the relatively quiet environment and it is in the heart of the Bricodon community. Their new decoration perfectly combines historical aesthetics with modern technology. No matter what you order, the restaurant never disappoints you, and room service. The bar is always lively and there are plenty of good cocktails to choose from. I set a standard room so there is no refrigerator and microwave inside. I also don’t like to put these in the room. If you want a refrigerator and microwave, ask in advance. The pillows are very soft, and if you want something to use for the backrest, you may have to ask for it or carry it yourself.

The food at the Skirvin is excellent and room service was prompt and delicious. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The Facilities at the hotel are more than adequate. Parking was well lit with a security person on duty and the Valet staff were accommodating and friendly. Our overall experience was as good and better than what we have experienced any where in our frequent travels. I just wish we could get a better rate closer to $100.00 for a standard king.

5/22-5/28 Conveniently located hotel near downtown. Spacious and modern suite. Enjoyed our stay thanks to the pleasant and helpful staff - (should jotted down names) From the front desk, to the restaurant staff and welcome reception nightly. Ate dinner in the restaurant two nights - blackened chicken quesadillas, soups were tasty! Special thanks to maint./eng. staff (Justin B.) for assisting with our flat tire, twice!

Rooms and the entire hotel was very clean Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast staff always greet me with a smile and “good morning “. The evening restaurant manager was always very friendly and helpful. Her and her staff made it fun to sit at the bar for dinner.

Just stayed here as part of my Route 66 trip and it was in the top 3 best hotels I’ve stayed on this trip. What a gorgeous boutique place this is—Hilton outdid itself with this Curio brand hotel. The lobby holds a cozy public sitting area, and all the people I encountered at the front desk were engaging, friendly, and helpful. (The lobby has this relaxing spa-like smell that sets a restful tone for your stay). The room was incredibly spacious and it was one of the few hotels post-Covid-19 that actually had pens and pads. The interior decorating in the Colcord has the feel of a high-end luxury hotel. My view overlooked a botanical garden, and walking the area felt safe. The attached restaurant, Flint, offered a varied menu (great food—my scallop appetizer was one of the freshest I’ve ever had in a land-locked state) and an incredibly friendly staff. I hope to stay here again, and I hope they maintain this level of comfort and service.

After an unexpected trip due to our mother's hospitalization, my brother and I had the pleasure of staying at the Colcord. This beautifully restored historical site offered an oasis retreat after a very stressful day. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the attention to cleanliness is evident. All members of the team were warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay again.

Not quite so expensive as the other nice places in bricktown. Definitely a lesson in making sure that you double check a few things before staying. Clean and spacious lobby. Main desk staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. Whole place was clean. Room easy to find. The room and the lobby and the whole hotel has a classy, ultra modern feel. Think IKEA for the expensive gin crowd. At the end of a long day, when we wanted to easily check in and relax, this place was a little precious. The only hotel parking was valet parking. The pay parking lot across the street was $40 per day. Not the $10 that the hotel web site listed. We had to park 2 blocks away in an unattended surface lot. I hope we still have our catalytic converter this morning. Getting settled in our room was a trick. The walls were dark colored, the floor dark colored, and the light switches were tough to find. When we did find them, they only controlled the indirect under-bench lighting. So we stumbled through the room in the mostly dark, looking for switches. We found them… subtle little rocker switches on the wall lights. Once we got that sorted, we were comfortable. The room was clean, efficiently laid out, and comfortable. Plumbing worked and heater worked, and the fit and finish was a step nicer than the usual slapdash hotel interior construction. Wifi was a pain in the rear. All of our devices had trouble getting to the login page. I called the desk and they advised restarting my device or “turning off my firewall”. Uh, no, I’m not going to turn off my firewall on an open wifi. And my phone and tablet don’t have firewalls that you can turn off. I tried rebooting all of our devices a couple of times with no result. Then, without changing anything on our end, the login screen appeared and all devices connected. I’ve seen this before, and it typically involves the _hotel_ rebooting the router. It was working, so we moved on with our lives. Good thing I didn’t need the connection for work. Breakfast is not free, and we were surprised because we could have sworn that we searched for that specifically on TripAdvisor. Oh, well. There’s a hotel kitchen and a few places in bricktown to get breakfast. Lucky for us, we weren’t in a hurry to get up and out and on the road. The shower head can be set very high. I’m 6’ 4”. I appreciated that. All in all, you’re paying for upscale-ish look and feel here, not the amenities. The look and feel really is nicer than usual, though really not my taste. If you like dark browns and lots of glass and don’t mind paying for extras, this place might suit you. If you like simplicity and convenience, look elsewhere.

So I checked into this hotel and I was greeted immediately by John Jonathan he was the epitome of what a front desk person should be smiling pretty is helpful very polite anyway he was super awesome if you guys see him make sure you tip him he's awesome guy the next person who I had the pleasure of interacting with with candy she was also awesome amazing like this hotel whoever hires they need to teach a class on how to hire great front desk people even the housekeeping there just I could understand all of them like it's this is it was crazy the only thing I had a problem with was the night audit it was a lady I want to I think her name start with the name but ask for a late check-out and she literally was like no and I'm looking like I know that it's off of availability but just saying no you could at least say you're going to check and see what the knights looking like or are at least ask how long of late forgot I need it because I really needed 15 minutes because my clothes weren't dry yet but she kind of just put a damper on everything especially since I missed my flight other than that the only other thing I would say was I kind of hate that it's cashless there do not take cash at all well maybe for tip or something but like buying anything from the pantry or the bar that was kind of a a Debbie Downer but other than that the locations great everything's pretty awesome

I had a great experience except for the parking garage situation. It was very confusing. I parked first and then paid extra to come in and out for the 2 days I was there. When I first tried to come out the 2 day ticket wouldn’t work, after explaining over & over again to the guards they finally let us out. They said that they have issues with people passing around those tickets but I showed my room number and all of my tickets. All in all it was just an unnecessary hassle, not sure if it’s a machine error or what but I know it caused issues for several other people as well. There is a sign that says to check in before parking but I got caught up in the downtown traffic from arriving late and was in a hurry to just park so part of it is my fault. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast or pool amenities but I heard good things! Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay and would most certainly visit again!

Pros: clean, comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. The pool is a dream for younger kids. If only every hotel had a pool like this! If you have kids you won't regret staying here, they will have a blast. We got a room with a view of the stadium and that was nice. The parking garage had ample parking and the hotel elevators were fast. Cons: mediocre breakfast. The block this hotel is on is kind of dodgy. It is fine during the day but a little questionable at night. I will say that private security and staff from local establishments were visible out and about which helps.

The hotel is very grand. Although it is a bit old, it looks good in every aspect, especially the quality of the staff. The location of the hotel is also good, right in the city center, and there are shared bicycles nearby
