Reviews From Real Travelers
The facilities of this hotel are relatively new, which makes people feel at ease. The key point is that they also provide this kind of travel size, and the quality of this type of travel size is quite high. Now there are not many hotels with such sincerity. The hotel provides bottled water which is also a plus. The water temperature of the infinity pool is not bad, and I didn't expect it to be quite beautiful when I took a photo at night. Parking here is a bit troublesome, and you may have to choose valet parking. It seems to be 50 dollars a night. We parked next to us and were charged 72 dollars. My heart is bleeding. Breakfast is à la carte, which may not be liked by Chinese stomachs, so it’s no problem to feel the Australian brunch culture. By the way, the extra bed is a blanket, so be careful with allergies. Finally, I would like to complain, the front desk here is very unreliable. I didn’t find out our order, so I just said that the platform was cancelled, but I found out later. After more than an hour of tossing, I only offered half price for breakfast, not even a room. Give an upgrade, and go home to find that the breakfast has been charged at full price, which makes people angry. It is recommended to check out and let the bill be released before leaving to avoid arbitrary charges!

Fantastic location. Service was amazing, with shout out to staff - Exec Chef James, F&B Operations Manager, Gareth, Christine from the Signature Restaurant just to name a few who made our stay amazing and went the extra mile. In fact all the staff we met were really helpful, attentive and happy. Recommend the upstairs pool, the terrace bar for cocktails. Book it, a perfect escape…leave the kids at home.

From the doorway to the lobby to the hallway to the room is a bit of antique style, after 8 o'clock every night, the main entrance does not automatically open, you need to brush the room card or call the front desk to open. The location is excellent. There are various Chinese, Japanese and Korean restaurants and snack tea shops in one minute. The opposite side is the pedestrian street, and the corner is the big shopping mall. The only downside is that it is located in the CBD and there is no parking space. Parking is available at an extra charge. WIFI also requires an extra payment. But this is also normal, as many large cities, including the United States, parking and WIFI are not included in the room rate. I didn’t eat breakfast, so I didn’t know how to eat, but there are so many things to eat nearby, so the hotel’s meals don’t matter~

It was much better than expected. I stayed in a 2bedroom, the most spacious and nice hotel in Australia. The staff were friendly and located in the center of the downtown area. Unlike the outer wall, the noise of the water pipes is rather audible. I guess the photos are old, so maybe the interior is European boutique. The sofa is a bit old, but the bedding is clean so you can relax in the hotel. It's a 10 minute walk from the station, but the location is great as it is close to the South Bank and the centre. It was very nice except that it was difficult to find the entrance because it was connected to the cafe. I would like to stay again if I go to Brisbane.

Overall was great except the AC wasn’t that good during our night but we were too tired to change the room and the technician had knocked off.

We had the most amazing weekend away at this beautiful, well situated Hotel. Isabella checked us in and was fantastic, we booked the wrong weekend and within minutes our booking was changed and we were in the room without any hassle. Every interaction we had with her was outstanding. We also had breakfast in the restaurant both mornings, the food was great and service again, outstanding. Best customer service experience we have had in ages, thank you! Would highly recommend this Hotel to everyone!!

Set under the bridge in a rapidly growing Brisbane, this is a rather eclectic and funky hotel, full of artwork, bright colours and other design touches. Beds are very comfortable, as are pillows. There’s a coffeemachine in your room, a small gym and a restaurant serving tasty a la carte breakfasts. You can start the riverwalk from the hotel, have a beer att the nextdoor brewery/ restaurant or be in CBD after a 20 minute stroll along the riverwalk. Staff are very accomodating and friendly

Staff are friendly and helpful & the room was spacious & clean, the only drama was the night works being done outside (The Jack hammer started at 10pm) Luck I had a thousand beers and it didn't keep me awake, I would stay again.

I loved every second of my stay and will definitely be staying again.

Everyone scored a perfect score, and I am embarrassed not to score a perfect score (*¯︶¯*) The room view at check-in was not very satisfactory, and the hotel took the initiative to contact the next day and asked to switch to the view direction. Others are very good, and the catering on the first floor is also very good. The coffee is mellow and the pizza is roasted by a fireplace. It's so delicious... I just don't understand one thing~ why the pool is so pitiful...
- TINGTING
Parking seems to have to add 40 knives, but parking is very intimate. The hotel is well decorated, very tidy, the lobby service is good, the location is also good, and it is worth the price

Whilst our stay in the Hotel X Suite was pleasant, there was nothing memorable about it. The suite was spacious, fitted with modern conveniences (ie. electric blockout curtains, Dyson hairdryer, zip tap and smart tv) and was generally comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom lacked privacy as it overlooked the street and directly faced another building across the road so the blinds were always drawn preventing natural light from coming in. Also, there is no separate toilet with lockable door. Although, the toiletries were nice and the shower quite spacious. Service was friendly but lacked a personal touch. Breakfast at Bisou Bisou had a limited menu but the food was overall good. The rooftop bar (Iris) had great views, a good tapas menu and relaxing vibe. The location of the hotel is convenient, within walking distance of the buzzing James Street precinct and a short car ride to the city centre.
- Guest User
Above and beyond expectations for this hotel and this room. As the first of its kind, Hotel X sets the benchmark! The staff are so helpful and nice, the room was immaculate beyond words and the amenities are wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!

We had to find an apartment to stay for a couple of weeks while our house had some work done to it. I am so glad that I canned Airbnb and looked around the brisbane area and found Hotel Chino. Reasonably priced, well located, restaurant on site, EXCELLENT staff (so helpful, friendly). We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was spacious, clean, neat and had all the required amenities and supplies. If we needed something, Woolworths is literally a couple 100m down the road. I also loved the on-site parking. I recommend this hotel for anyone, but especially family! Highly recommend

Great area very close to gabba pa hospital Very clean and tidy comfy bed Didn’t get to use any amenities as we checked in late and left early Would definitely recommend this place to everyone Free parking which is big when going to Brisbane as parking can cost quite a bit Will definitely be back
