The hotel is at the foot of Qingcheng Mountain! The room for 835 yuan a night is terrible! Apart from staying in the hotel, there are no commercial supporting services. At ten o'clock in the evening, I asked the hotel if there are any drinks, no! Ask if there is any food, no! Ask what you have to eat in the hotel, except for spring water! Going up by the elevator, the lights in the corridor are dim, the carpets are old, and the water stains make the carpets very uncomfortable to see! The room facilities and bedding are not as comfortable as the whole season. The facilities inside seem to be uncomfortable and have nothing to do with it! The layout of the room is very poor, the wet and dry area is small and dark, and the light switch in the wet and dry area is not here, but in another place! Looking for light-controlled switches in the entire room is like a big escape room, let people look everywhere! The bed was small, short and hard. I was only 176cm and often got over the bed with my feet at night. I slept all night and got up in bed today and my back hurts! Whether it is face towels, bath towels, and bathrobes in the room, there is nothing special about it except hard! A very poor check-in process!

The hotel Manager named Danny was nice enough to give us a room upgrade and was very attentive throughout the whole trip we had in Chengdu. Would definitely recommend this hotel, fair price and excellent service + atmosphere.

This one in Dujiangyan is relatively larger and has a better environment. Opposite the hotel is a shopping mall and an amusement park, which is more convenient. When checking in, the child accidentally fell and cried. The front desk staff and housekeeper Huang Xiaoyu were very considerate and gave small gifts to comfort the child. The water temperature in the hot spring pool was relatively high at night when we checked in, so we called and it was quickly resolved. When I got home today, I found that I forgot to pick up the charger. I contacted the housekeeper and got a quick response. It felt very good. I will come here again next time I go to Qingcheng Mountain in Dujiangyan.
