Facilities: very complete Hygiene: Hygiene nice environment The hotel by the Savannah River should be the best local hotel among the regular hotels. The only dissatisfaction is that the management is a bit messy. We have been deducting our credit card at random, and the fee has never been clarified. Through the unremitting communication of the Ctrip housekeeper, it is finally confirmed that the overcharge has been charged. I have not received a refund yet. I hope everything goes well.

Recently stayed at The Alida and hosted a large corporate event at the rooftop bar/ballroom. This hotel is a true gem of Savannah! Everything was phenomenal and the staff went above and beyond for us! Lucas Winters and Jessica Mathis made the booking process extremely easy and provided helpful & prompt responses to all of our questions while planning party details. Also, big kudos to the staff who took care of us and our clients the night of our event: Rachel, Lalo, Creed, Jay, Spencer, Jordan, and Drayton! Our clients and staff had a wonderful time and raved about the venue, food, beverage, and service. We look forward to coming back in the future and highly recommend to anyone considering this hotel for their next personal or business trip to Savannah!

🍃Environment: The room facilities are not very old because it has been opened for less than three years. Normal wear and tear rate. The design of the building is very good. Compared with other downtown hotels, it is much quieter at night. 🚗 Transportation: The entrance is the station. It is very convenient for scad students to live here 🧹Hygienic: During the epidemic period, alcohol cotton pads will be provided for staying in. If the stay is connected, no daily cleaning service will be provided. Only the garbage and new bath towels will be taken out. 🔔Service: The service is still very good. The hotel is located on the edge of the historic district, so it is a quick 10-15 minute walk to either River Street or even Forsyth Park. Even the standard suites are larger than most other similar properties. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were above average. All employees from the front desk to the breakfast servers and cleaning staff were very pleasant and friendly. Rated lower in the facility category as the outside landscaping by the sidewalks was **** filled and over grown. This really detracted from the exterior appearance. The fitness was large and has a good amount of cardio equipment but only had one, torn workout bench, no area/mats for core work and the hand weights were missing all 20lb and 25lb pairs. There should be other strength training options. The breakfast food options were presented in an attractive manner with good over all quality.

We booked the trip on Trip.com, prepaying. Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District charged us twice. We live in Florida. As soon as I realized this. I sent receipts and screenshots. I’ve been getting the run around from management for the past 4 days..Still no refund. Still no response from the different managers we’ve been told to call back to speak to..Keep calling back to see if he/ she is in.(Paul Komanecky or Lindsey Davis) We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service from management. We just want our money. The hotel was indeed paid twice…Is this normal?

We had Nick as our valet most of our stay at Hotel Indigo in Savannah GA and he was so kind, helpful and just a refreshing wonderful human! In today’s world where we are having trouble finding great employees Nick is a keeper! Thanks for always making us smile Nick!
