It's very good. I went with a few friends. The environment is very good. I have booked it once before and this is my second time staying here!

Los Angeles is 28 degrees Celsius during the day and 13 degrees Celsius at night. The air conditioner does not heat at night. Not a good experience.

Close to many great restaurants and shopping to suit any persons needs. Courteous staff, modern & clean rooms. Outdoor pool is small, but gets the job done. Nice practical, well lit gym, convenient bathroom locations.

the hotel is very strategic, room is clean, facility is very good, they provide a lot of parking lot. near the hotel there are a lot of asian food. very recomended for family trip

Our overall stay at this hotel was good. I am a reward member and I had reserved four rooms but when we got their one of the rooms was not ready. I didn't really notice any benefit for being a reward member. The reserved rooms with double beds. I liked the there was a bedroom and a sofa bed in the front room. I also liked that there was four mirrors in our room. The rooms did need a remodel, some of the cabinets were not sturdy. I also used the weight room. It was alright. It had two ellipticals, two treadmills and a bike, nice machines. They also had a weight rack with a bench. I wish they had mats. Our favorite part was the breakfast, it was really good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place Pasadena. The staff was very attentive, the room was immaculate, and the bar and small restaurant satisfies most needs. They have a nice gym, great breakfast choices and the proximity to the convention center was much appreciated.

The first stop in the United States was in Los Angeles. Because it was a plane during the day, it was only a day after the game. The hotel facilities were very good, very new, and the breakfast was great. There were a lot of places to eat and shop when driving two kilometers. very convenient

I spent hours on the phone and via email to move my reservation by 1 day only for 1 of the rooms out of 2. None of the agents I spoke to had proper access to the system to modify my booking. It was shocking. I was told to call the hotel's reception, who'd tell me I would need to speak to the central reservation system. Their reservation systems are centralized and that center is nowhere to be found. Finally, I received an email from an agent saying that it was resolved and my booking was modified. A couple of days after checking into the rooms, I noticed there was a charge on my credit card for $247. Receptionist told me it is a deposit and will be refunded. After the trip, it was not refunded and I had to contact the hotel to find out actually my trip wasn't modified but rebooked instead by the agents and it was a no-show charge for one of the rooms and I am being told this is my mistake and I will not be refunded. If this was a no name hotel, I would be convinced that it was a complete scam. I will not let go of this till I have my refund as it is incredibly unfair but I am losing my sleep over it and how unhelpful the customer service agents are just unbelievable. Literally a nightmare. They really need to create proper IT systems if they want to automize everything like this or give more access to their own staff and train them properly. This level of service is unacceptable for the price of the rooms. I am receiving an incredibly unfair treatment, wasting my time and my energy and really regret staying at this hotel instead of Hilton down the road.
