The location of the hotel is very good, the shopping around is very convenient, the room is large, with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, red wine glass, cutlery spoon, chopping knife, bottle opener, basically can be said to be readily available. There is a gym and a small swimming pool downstairs. Fried steak, buy a salad, open a bottle of wine, put on the table, very comfortable. Like, the important thing is that the price is not expensive.

Not recommended! The hotel is next to the main road! The car sounded for one night! And the heating sound in the room is particularly loud!

Decent hotel for the money. Was looking for a good hotel on a budget near Toronto and this one certainly fit the bill. Positives. - Location: 5 minutes from a train station which is 2 stops to central Toronto - Room: Big room, reasonably modern - Value for Money: REALLY reasonably priced compared with hotels in central Toronto, and location wise made it super easy to get central - Staff: Very friendly Negatives. - Room was nice but its window was internal into the central atrium which was a bit weird.

On the Niagara Falls road at Toronto Airport, if the evening flight arrives in Toronto, the next day to go to the waterfall, staying here at night is a good choice, and the price is much cheaper than downtown Toronto. The hotel room is spacious, the breakfast is not bad, the muffin can be freshly baked in DIY and then topped with maple syrup. There is a small indoor pool on the first floor.

I am staying here on a business trip for 2 weeks. As the building is new, it is comfortable everywhere in the hotel. The bed is also very comfortable, which is quite satisfactory even compare to a 5 star hotel. However, the wait time at the restaurant is long due to the lack of staff throughout the hotel. Also, there were many employees who were not familiar with the new IHG policy, so I had to explain it three times. After pointing out the problem, I can definitely feel the improved service from the next day, so I think I will use this hotel again next time.

When I booked this hotel, I read the ones after June 2023. And it did not disappointed us. This hotel is fantastic. I could not find anything negative about it. From the time we arrived, the staff was so friendly,helpful and efficient. The rooms are actually all suites with full size fridge,toaster,microwave, dishwasher, all the dishes, soap for dishes and dishwasher,etc. So clean, it looked like we could have been the first ones to stay in that room! The breakfast room is great, had everything that you could probably want for breakfast. Even a gluten free blueberry muffin that was delicious. I used the pool, the only one in it at the time, and again, a nice area. We didn't go outside, but looks like a really nice area with a patio, tables, etc. The Bronte Go train is 3 minutes away. So handy. We took the Go train for a hockey game in Toronto, so made this hotel a perfect location, right beside the 403. All of the staff were so friendly. All in all, we would return for sure.

The Good: WiFi and hot water worked well. Bathroom functional although shower leaks onto the floor. Bonus that there was a handicap grab bar. Quieter than one might expect even on the highway side. Adequate number of electrical outlets. Nice bed linens and towels. No insects. The Bad: Bed and couch both well past retirement stage, very saggy and quite uncomfortable. Kitchen not stocked with the items it was supposed to have. A request for the saucepans and frypan that were supposed to be supplied with the room took many tries and several days to arrive. Due to the problems getting the pots, we went out and purchased the other needed items. Little control of room temperature, always cold. One TV worked, the other didn’t possibly due to the remote. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, and only a small opening at one window meant it stayed damp in the unit. Black deposits on the ceiling near the air outlets. Mold? Key cards needed frequent replacement. The Nasty: Very dirty carpet. Based on the amount and variety of hair and glass on the carpet this unit hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a long time. Cigarette smell and visible ash on the carpet, in a room advertised as non smoking. Overall not up to standards, IHG hope you do some secret shopping.

No breakfast, but there are restaurants nearby

I would like to take the time to write and advise what an AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I have received while staying at the Monte Carlo Inn located in Oakville, Ontario Canada. As we all know we always hear of negativity and very seldom the positivity. The would like to advise I've been staying at the Oakville site for the last month and from day 1 I've been treated with respect and with the upmost courtesy from Mr. Brendan Jayawardene and his amazing team. But I'd like to highlight a few members as they have went above and beyond. Sanjeev, due to covid there is no access to a shared computer for quests. Sanjeev printed and scanned very important documents to my personal email many times which I greatly appreciate. Nya, just a very upbeat and friendly face behind the front desk. If you are having a bad day and you happen to see Nya, she will turn your frown upside down. Albert, the maintenance worker, my first day my TV was not working as it should. Within 15 min I had Albert in the room replacing the TV and I thought PIZZA PIZZA had a great slogan ”30 Minutes or Free” Kathy, Lynn, Robin, Lulu and Nadine the house keeper's. Everyday either of these fabulous women are asking is there anything I need from fresh towels to replenish coffee or tea or cleaning the room.
