I stayed in Izu Oshima with my parents on a family trip. There is also a balance with goto travel, so it is a reservation for a tour. I just told them to change the pot, but they didn't. I was so angry that I called the travel agency. (The response was also pretty bad, but it's already been a long time, so it's omitted) After calling the agency, the hotel came directly to the room, and there was just one room available. First of all, he asked me to come and see the representative, so I went with him. The new room was a Japanese-Western style room with two beds. There is no smell, and I checked the inside of the pot, and it seems to be ok for the time being. However, the room was very old, and there were many stains and gaps on the walls.
