Top 10 Pamplona Hotels

Very satisfied, cost-effective, location and surrounding environment are good. The previous stop was New York, and the sleep was not very good. The second stop was Washington. I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The environment is quiet, the facilities are good, and the sleep is very good. recommend!

The staff are very welcoming and kind, and my husband and I have received a lot of help from them. The hotel is fully equipped, clean and comfortable, and has an underground paid parking lot. The location is good, there is a supermarket nearby.

Stayed here for 7 nights. Yes, hotel is not the most ”modern”one. but I like that American style of hotel. Room was really spacy, everything was super clean, bed is really comfortable, room service excellent, guys at the reception are really friendly and always with the smile. Breakfast is too much basic and food could be tastier, but it's complimentary so you can't expect too much from it, it would be enough for you not to be hungry and go out and explore the city.

I had a situation during the middle of the night (early morning of the 28th) and when I went to the front desk for assistance, Mia was beyond helpful and supportive. Aaron/Erin was also very helpful and friendly. From the time we checked in, the customer service at this hotel has been fantastic.

This is the third time I’ve stayed since April. The renovations were rough but I’m a Hilton gold member so i figured i’d try it again in June and July for my work trips. It’s not very convenient to my office which is a 17 min walk. I had trouble with my bill all three stays. In April they charged me for a car I didn’t have, June they forgot to credit fir breakfast, and July they charged for internet I never subscribed to. I also arrived in July to used towels on the back of the bathroom door and hanging by the sink. I never complained because it just didn’t seem worth it. I also checked in, in-person and no one ever offered me water- i had to ask (this should be a standard perk for a gold member). The breakfast options were pretty terrible for a Garden Inn. I’ve stayed at a bunch and the quality and offerings here were not as good as others even in the DC area. Lastly, the staff at the front desk are a bit prickly which was another reason I decided not to complain. Even though I prefer to stay at Hilton chains, I’m opting for the Marriott down the road for my next trip :-/
