Pangkor Laut Island, Lumut, Perak, Manjung, Perak, Malaysia
"Environment; because it is an independent island, the environment is first-rate.Although you need to take a car from the room to the beach, it is still very convenient because you can go to the front desk to call the car early. Service: The service is also first-rate. After arriving at the island, they will take the initiative to hand in towels and popsicles. Children love it the most, and there is a beautiful young lady who knows Chinese who introduces us to the hotel restaurant. We stayed for three nights, and every day I saw her smiling slightly, I felt very relieved. The room felt cleaned twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening when the mosquito was repelled. TV music, closed windows, the whole house has a nice smell. The breakfast was quite varied, the taste was good, and the food was full. For lunch, I liked the fried rice in the restaurant by the pool. After two consecutive meals, the buffet for dinner was really average, because we brought the children and chose There are only buffets and uncle lin in the restaurant. Others need to dress up and can't bring children. Uncle lin is much better than the buffet, but it is full during the National Day and the taste is also very good, so I like to eat Chinese food and bring Children can book uncle lin early. The beach is on the other side of the island. There are towels that can be tiled on the beach chairs, and there is free frozen mineral water provided, so it feels great. When I see them in the morning, they will clean up some shells with a shovel. Part of the sand is very fine, we still dig sea seeds (a small shell) there, which is very fun, but when my husband was swimming near the mountain on the left hand side, he encountered jellyfish and his face became red and swollen. Frightened, I went to the doctor, but the doctor on duty happened to be out of the island. Fortunately, I returned shortly afterwards, but also went to the room to check my husband. Fortunately, it was only mild, and it was good to take medicine. So it is recommended As a reminder, you must set up a jellyfish sign on the beach. Generally speaking, it is very satisfactory, but it took 4 hours to rent a car from the Kuala Lumpur city area, which is a bit far away. When we left by boat, the waiters waved to see us at the pier. It was a little bit reluctant. I hope to come again next time And enjoy the legendary spa."
"Environment: The whole island environment is good, comfortable and clean. The original intention of choosing Green in the Sea was to spread out. The result is that there are spreading places everywhere. But if you want to see the natural scenery, this is not the best choice. In order to facilitate comfort, there are inevitably more artificial buildings. The shooting rate is actually average. Recommended library and emerald Bay. The library is suitable for reading books; Emerald Bay recommends going at sunset and sitting down for a cocktail or taking a photo on the beach, which is very beautiful. Facilities: Room facilities are very good and I like it. The swimming pool is also nice. But the hot spring pool is small and temperatureless. Of course this should not be their selling point. But it's better to pay attention to the details. Service: Attentive service was felt from the boat arrival point on Marina Island. After being on the island, some people explained and served with patience. When I arrived in the room, I saw that the luggage had arrived, turned on the air conditioner and lights, and was in a beautiful mood with beautiful music. Transportation on the island is also very convenient, you can call and call at the parking spot. The disadvantage is that some Indian ladies at the front desk are particularly impatient. Impatient look. Sometimes we have other service staff who can speak Chinese directly to receive us. The other thing is that the food is really unsatisfactory and the price is not high. Suitable for weight loss. Hygiene: Very clean and tidy, without feeling old. All in all, it is an island suitable for vacation. Transportation: In addition, if you travel on the island freely, the transportation is still a bit complicated. We are from Kuala Lumpur city center, take a taxi to TBS station, take a bus, get off at LUMUT bus station (terminal station) (it takes more than 4 hours), and then get to Marina Island (you can directly tell the driver to pankor laut), Then take the hotel's boat on the island (for a fee). I couldn't get a taxi at the Lumut bus station during the period. Fortunately, the friendly convenience store owner called for a driver he knew. When returning, we went directly to the hotel accommodation at the airport. After departing the island, we took the hotel to help you book a taxi to the Sitiawan bus station, and took the star shuttle (tickets bought online in advance) to Klia2 terminal (or Klia1) . Not very comfortable anyway. The hotel can also help to book a car directly to the airport, the price is more expensive, so did not try."
"First of all, it is recommended that Ctrip add the information of the dock and ferry to the booking confirmation, so that guests can arrange the time and itinerary, otherwise 99% of people do not know the time of the dock and ferry. The ferry terminal is at Mirina island jetty. The terminal has a separate reception hall for guests from Pangkor laut resort. Don't go to the wrong island of Pangkor. The ferry on the island is four shifts at 13:00, 15:00, 16:30, 20:00 Island 8:45, 12:00, 13:30, 17:00. Hotel service is good, better than the average hotel, the scenery is ok, in general, no Redang Island is good, old facilities, but also relatively complete, garden rooms do not need to go far, mountain view rooms have sea views, but walk very Far, tired. The room is quite satisfactory, not as good as a high-end hotel in Sanya Yalong Bay. A few restaurants taste good, but the Chinese restaurant Uncle lim has the worst taste. Breakfast is also rich. There are no entertainment items, it is a casual and dazed place. Generally speaking, it's ok. Two nights are enough."

PT1130, Jalan Pasir Bogak, Pangkor, Perak, Malaysia
"This hotel is brand new (allegedly open only around a week, you can't miss it - it's a bright white building along the road) and I'm sure there are bound to be some teething problems; staff for example seemed very confused about the check-in process (couldn't find my nationality easily, didn't want the booking coupon but then called up to the room to ask for it later on, wanted 100RM cash deposit but wouldn't take a credit card so we had to go without 100RM cash during the stay, etc.). Similarly, on check-out, even though the hotel was very empty (we saw only 2 other guest groups there), inquiries for late check-out was met with a straight no - not even an option to pay extra to stay, or any sense of flexibility. The property itself is pleasant; although I don't know why they installed such a small pool in the back garden (backing onto a water plant), and while it looks like they have a room for a pool bar behind a shutter, it wasn't open during our visit. My bigger issue though was that our "cabin", 20, was already showing quite some wear and tear for such a new property - the bathroom fan was exceptionally loud, only one toilet roll left in the room (ran out over night), lots of paint scratches where the door lock is, a different colour of paint on one part of the balcony ledge where the painters must have repainted - simple things that you wouldn't normally find in a brand new property. In addition, the windows are very thin and you can hear clearly any loud vehicle from the road outside at night. Otherwise the room had reasonable amenities; good aircon, toiletries, and two bottles of water provided. Breakfast was also provided, and this was also pretty plain and straight-forward; decent, but nothing amazing. There were two options; nasi lemak or a 'Western' breakfast set. Both were quite good, and the chef was willing to cook extra hash browns to his credit. Although the butter and jams left out in the open meant they were incredibly warm and unappetising, and seemed to be attracting a few flies. Maybe they should put a bowl of ice underneath them. In conclusion - I'd probably stay here again in the area as it is one of the newer hotels, and has only just opened; the staff seemed to be doing their best to meet guest expectations (driving to the port for us, etc.) and they were personally very friendly and talkative, but very inflexible on other things like a higher room floor, late check-out - but maybe this is just the result of their recent training. I really hope the hotel focuses on the maintenance and upkeep of their brand new rooms though, as that seemed the most likely to become let-down over time."
"It‘s a good, clean and convenient hotel. Though not on the beach, but it was close enough to get to the beach...a 2 minute walk across. Our room was nice and clean. Had a good view of the sea and garden. Bathroom was small but clean. Convenient location as it was walking distance to most shops and restaurants. Away from the town yet close enough to get to...walking takes about 30 mins or grab a taxi in for about RM15. We didn’t use the pool as we didn’t find it clean. A family was in the pool fully clothed and washing their hair with the hand wash from the sink near by. Many people got into the pool fully clothe / not proper swim attire. So we skipped the pool. Breakfast was alright. Got better from Thursday onwards. Possibly because it was the weekend coming. Overall it was a good stay. Will we return - YES, but not for the pool."
"Modern, fresh and stylish hotel. The building and the surrounding yard and pool were very well looked after. Great location, 2 mins to Pasir Bogak beach. Our room was good size, beds were comfortable, aircon worked well and the room was superclean. Breakfast was tasty with enough options for a good start of the day. Delicious coffee. The staff was really friendly and looked after us so well. We felt very special. We had such relaxing time in Pangkor Island, a perfect getaway. AVI Pangkor Beach made our holiday an extra special one."

"My team had the best experience ever during meting at Marina Island Pangkor Resort. Big thank you to Ms Sunita and her team for setting up our meeting room as per our need and beyond our expectation. Ms Sunita is very helped. Great arrangement from the beginning until we come back to KL. For those who want to rent a hall here for any function are really recommended. About the price I absolutely satisfied. Will come again for the next seminar."
"Suitable for self-driving, the hotel has parking spaces. A three-bedroom suite has been set up. Each room has its own bathroom. The living room is large. There are refrigerators, dining tables and kitchens. It is suitable for families. At first, the second-floor guest room was arranged, but the door locks were broken. We were all locked in the room. Later, the hotel arranged for a 4th-floor room. Already. The overall feeling is okay, not particularly good, but there are all that should be, quite satisfactory!"
"This place is awesome..full of activities here and very exciting part was carupa feeding time...the fish is so big....me n my family is so happy spending time here...the room very spacious. looking forward to visit here again with my parent n family."

Lot 30, 32300 Pasir Bogak, Pangkor, Perak, Malaysia
"Very mini resort, the location is good, go out to the beach, and the point of the sea activity, that is, you can go to the sea directly wearing a swimsuit. The sand is slightly thicker and still relatively clean. If the swimming is too big, it is not suitable for novices, or the hotel pool is more suitable. The breakfast room faces the sea, and the quality is not required. It is the local Malay breakfast. If you are used to it, you can fill your stomach. In general, it is a relatively simple resort hotel that people who can enjoy themselves will like it. Eat, drink, and have fun."
"A great resort style option for accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff, right on the beach. The bedding was a little bit sub-par but the air conditioning was amazing. Would recommend. "
"The general facilities on the island are average and cannot be compared with popular islands. It is a peaceful small fishing village. Not too much entertainment, suitable for small groups who like to be quiet and comfortable"

"Location of the resort is great. Property not well maintained. Bad smell and kitchen is stinky. Water heater is not working. Complain to receptionist and they ask us to wait. After 1 hour they came and check for another 1 hour plus just to tell unable to fix water heater. Wasted 2 hours of our time there. Then they gave 1 breakfast voucher for complimentary. Worst breakfast buffet ever I have experienced. Every food there tasteless. Definitely won’t be coming back!!!"
"The hotel as a whole is generally outdated. Breakfast is nothing to eat. The swimming pool is relatively large. The location is better. Close to the beach."
"The hotel is conveniently located a five minute walk from the sea. But the facilities are relatively old and the price is quite high."

Lot 4452, Pangkor Kampung Teluk Nipah, Pangkor, Perak, Malaysia
"I meant to write this review right after we stayed but life got in the way. While this hotel is not directly on the beach it is still within walking distance to the beach, several shops, and restaurants. The owner is also extremely helpful in arranging tours of the island and recommending restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great and I loved having traditional food. We also had bird visitors while eating. The cons are that due to the fact that it is a slate room, so not solid walls, it can be a little loud for sleeping and you still have to wear bug spray to sleep. I would stay here again. I thought it was reasonably priced when comparing against some of the other hotels in the area. "
"Pluses: amazingly comfortable bed, strong A/C, clean pool, Malaysian breakfast and Joe the host Downside: windows have no glass or screens; they have doors that you must open. When windows are closed, rooms are very dark. Wifi only works in lobby area I agonized over the rating above. the inn is only about 4 stars, but Joe’s hospitality adds up to five "
"We just come back from Pangkor and we stayed for 5 nights in Joe Fisherman Hotel. Wonderful time with a great location to go swimming, fishing, biking.. around the bay and the island. Thanks to Ragu to have been the best "facilitator" during our stay to get us the right advice or contact to make it happen. Great Time. Gilles from Paris"

Teluk Dalam, Pangkor, Perak, Malaysia
"Hotel situated at most quiet and serene part of Pangkor Island. Absolutely out of crowd especially at times of pandemic. Guests here too adhere 100% to Covid-19 standard of procedure. Really appreciate that. Provides free shuttle to tourist attraction Teluk Nipah for varieties of seafood and night shopping. Hotel has very scenic and instagramable restaurant overlooking the turquoise sea. Seafood fried rice is recommendable. Chicken Chop needs more improvement and passion. Overall food is nice too. Staffs are friendly Set back of this hotel is air conditioning and beds are quite worn out and the sea is full of rubbish that washed up the shore. Perhaps the management could clean its beach as no other hotels shares its beach. Practically they have the peaceful beach all by themselves "
"It is located in the northeast of the island, about 20 minutes drive from the pier, and the fare is 20 MYR (per vehicle). It is a remote area, but the environment is very quiet. The hotel is built on the beach and the waves are heard at night. Shore sound, like a natural lullaby... There is a free car to the nearby coral beach, very intimate service; the staff are all Marathi or Indian, questionable and polite. The facilities in the bathroom should be replaced soon, it is very new; but the inside of the room is dirty, in fact, you can not... the instant white coffee provided is also delicious."
"it was very memorable holiday at this resort. it worth every single cent spent. the room, service and breakfast were amazing. "
