By surprise i love here. Close to shopping street and now have christmas market enjoyed shopoing during my stay. More important close to public transport 1 to 3 min walk. Many restaurants here easily settle meals.

Opposite the park in the city center, it is quiet, close to the pedestrian street, the room is relatively large, and there may be public parking spaces around after night. Breakfast is on the top floor, the scenery is very good, you can see the monastery and hanging houses in the distance

This is a hotel in a renovated monastery, although you wouldn’t really know except for the facade and the sign. It’s modern and well kept, rooms are spacious ( we had attic rooms) and clean, but lack anything historical. They’re good but like any other modern hotel. You’ll be stepping right onto the main Street that takes you from the old town plaza mayor to the castle area. Can’t beat that.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the pueblo, and is excellent for walking to all of the local sights, bars and restaurants. Room 303 has great views from both french doors. Clean room, spacious bathroom, and really comfortable bed. Reasonably quiet, apart from neighbouring plumbing being a little noisy.

Breakfast did not eat! A little distance from the scenic spot! It is very convenient to drive by car. It is necessary to go a little earlier. Sometimes it will be no place at night. There is no charge for parking! There is a bus to the cliff house at the door

We have good trip in Cuenca. My son really enjoy his trip as stay at Exe Cuenca. We suggest that the Hotel restaurant shall be opened for lunch and dinner respectively. Because we don't find any good food in shopping mall nearby.

This hotel is in the new part of the town in one of the suburbs. There is plenty of free car parking outside on the road together with a bus stop for the bus into town. I am in a wheelchair and we could get into the shopping area in 15 minutes. The old town is about 10 minutes away by taxi or a good walk up a very steep hill. The hotel public rooms and bedrooms are light and airy. The view out is better than that looking at the hotel! The reception staff are really helpful and the other staff good as well. We stayed at a weekend so the hotel was very empty and the evening meal was served in the bar but was excellent. One of the best meals we had on this visit to Spain. Breakfasts are served in the dining room and the buffet is excellent with a wide range of cold meats, cheeses, fruit and pastries. If you ask the waiter hot food will be cooked off for you which much more appetising than the standard trays of cooked food stewing on the side. I think the hotel is more of a business hotel during the week but it was great for us. The only ****** was that if you are wheelchair user there is only one bed in the large accessible room. This cannot be split into two single beds. My legs kick at night so my wife needs a seperate bed so once again I had to book a seperate room for her. Seems rather unfair. The room was well fitted out with easy wheelchair access and a sliding door into the wet room, which is large. The shower area has very limited grab rails and my wife had to follow mne into the shower to put the stool behind me. There is no fixed seat in the shower which is a shame. In all a very nice hotel with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and even more in the town centre.

The hotel is very well located, close to the city centre and the best thing is that there are parks in the street where it is without having to pay for it. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The city, though not very large, has its charm, mainly the historical helmet where we can't stop seeing the Parador (ex convent), with the bridge of St. Paul that gives access to the ”Casas Colgantes” The city of the Greater East of the city of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the Greater East of the

I stayed here for two nights in the sole Suite room they have, right up at the top. It is accessed from the third floor, with a staircase inside the bedroom to take you up to the floor above where everything is located (so it is not accessible for those with reduced mobility). The room was quite old fashioned but very large, and really nothing else matters once you take in the view from the private terrace. There’s a variety of chairs and loungers out there, so if you’re visiting in warmer weather than I was then it would be a fantastic place to sunbathe in absolute privacy (it’s literally the only terrace up there, with no-one overlooking it). The gorge is directly in front, with the old town continuing to snake further up the hill to the left, as well as down to the right towards the newer urban sprawl on the plain below. The Parador and its footbridge are all the way down below on the floor of the gorge. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the Raff San Pedro restaurant in the ba*****t is one of the best in town. This is not a hotel for those who cannot manage hills, but then again Cuenca generally probably isn’t the place to go if you’re in that condition! Lovely, peaceful, relaxing stay. Very glad I followed the recommendation in the Rough Guide and chose this hotel.

Fabulous small hotel with fantastic views and more than worth 3 stars. Our room was spacious and immaculate, the bathroom equally and had a full size bath and plenty of hot water. Great views of the cliffs from the window. Breakfast offered a fair choice of hot and cold buffet with an array of juices and hot drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive and I really wanted to stay longer. The hotel is a short walk from plenty of restaurants and ideally placed for exploring the 'hanging houses' and other historically important places. Don't be put off when you enter 'New' Cuenca. Once up the narrow cobbled streets you are in another world. Parking was possible (free) about 300m further up from the hotel and I believe there is underground paid parking very near by. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The comfort, the service and the amenities make this a great place to stay. We shall return!

The hotel is in the city of Cuenca, there is still some distance from the attractions, you can take a taxi or drive there. Parking here is very convenient. There are many parking places. The restaurant in the hotel tastes good 👌

Lovely wooden accents, clean appliances, and speedy check in. Very spacious room and a really nice hotel overall. Great location in Cuenca.
