The hotel is very well located and both the decoration and the breakfast are excellent. The room, at least the one we booked, was a bit small, but enough for a getaway. As a negative point, comment that they do not have their own parking and the public parking that they recommend is expensive and with very small spaces, making it very inconvenient to park there, and also there is no discount with the hotel, so they could recommend another parking that is also very close of the hotel to be able to choose.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Upon check in we were given a warm welcome, and I was wished a happy birthday. Our room was beautiful, bedding great, we were able to choose the firmness of the mattress and preference of pillows. Furnishings were comfortable with plenty of space as well as closets and drawers. My husband was sick with some sort of cold, they brought extra water and tissues. They even offered medical assistance. Luckily, I brought medication with us and he was back to normal in a day. Every aspect, lobby, hallways, staff were wonderful. I was disappointed that my birthday was not recognized beyond when we checked in. We did have a small tower of small plates with cheese, meat and olives on the table when returned one day. I find it hard to believe that was for my birthday and not given to every guest. When we were at the Four Seasons Gresham Palace in Budapest a few years ago, a cake, champagne, and a birthday card, were delivered to our suite. My birthday was also recognized in their restaurant. This was a disappointment to be sure. We would definitely stay here again, as the location and hotel are really wonderful. I will rate Dani restaurant separately. I'll just say the reviews by Coastal046..... and valeriosA are accurate. We were there for eight nights!

My husband and I were here for only one night on our first night in Spain, and we absolutely loved it. It was hard to leave. WE had a premium room on the fourth floor looking externally. It was gorgeous. The room was not available when we first arrived so we had tea in the main lobby bar. It was delicious. once our room was ready, they escorted us and our luggage there and soon thereafter sent us a nice welcome gift - a delicious tart from this region of Spain called Galicia. I think they sent it because I told the woman at check in that I had studied in Galicia, we were going there, and she was from there, so I thought that welcome gift was nice, special, tailored, and of course delicious. The room was beautiful. Big comfortable bed that we sank into. I want the sheets and the pillows for my house. I worked out at the well-equipped gym the next morning, then we had breakfast the next morning on the top floor. Delicious buffet and made to order eggs. Great solicitous service. Overall, this is a top notch hotel in a great, central location in Madrid. It's worthy of a splurge for sure.

Spain has lived in the most satisfying hotel. Although the hotel is not big, it is exquisite, the service is impeccable, the spare parts are full set of L'Occitane, and extra bath supplies and hand cream are given. The favorite photos are taken on the balcony of the room. Very Spanish style, breakfast menu can be single point, rich choice, highly recommended!

In the center of Madrid, the door is inconspicuous, the service is excellent, the breakfast is great, it is very enjoyable, and there are small gifts. The room is large and has a balcony. All central attractions are within walking distance, the train station is less than 3 km, and the rental time is 8:00 to 22:30. There is no need to stop the hotel.

This hotel is literally across the street from the Madrid Atocha train station. Very easy to find once you exit the station. Centrally located, we walked to El Retiro park in the morning. We also did the hop-on-hop-off bus tour which dropped us off close to the hotel. Hotel itself is beautiful, every staff extremely nice and helpful. Despite the central location, we found the rooms to be quiet. We bought the buffet breakfast when we booked and it is WORTH EVERY PENNY. It is at their rooftop restaurant which not only has an amazing view, the food was DELICIOUS. Beautifully presented with many many options including an omelette/egg station. Early morning was a bit chilly in early October but they had heaters on which was an added bonus. We also had drinks and some tapas at night at the same rooftop, which were delicious as well. We would definitely return here if we are ever in Madrid again. You can't go wrong.

My wife and I stayed at Only You Atocha and we had an absolutely brilliant experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, the hotel was ultra modern and created a really fun vibe, and the location was absolutely perfect to travel the city by foot. We want to give Alejandro a BIG SHOUTOUT for being an amazing staff member - he keenly listened to every word and immediately created wow service experiences every time we spoke to him. Within hours he became a valuable resource and staff member to new travellers, and within days, a great friend. We can’t thank him enough for taking our experience in Madrid to the next level. Thank you and we highly recommend this place to stay.

The hotel was in a great location only a couple of blocks to a subway station or you could easily walk to other squares and restaurants. The rooms were very clean, the working air conditioning worked very well. Staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful in giving directions or giving suggestions on areas to dine.

Can be an extra bed, we are 8 years old and there is no extra bed fee. But this time the hygiene is not good. On the day of the check-in, the bathtub in the room was all sand and stone. It was not cleaned. Waiting for the waiter to open the night bed, I asked for cleaning. In the evening, I went to the small garden to rest, and I ordered a glass of champagne. The waiter actually used a glass of water-filled glass (estimated to be washed and not dried) and poured champagne directly to me, hehe! The next day, the children will sleep more than 7 o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, the children's bed and the quilt are inexplicably wet. Later I went to the front desk and asked them to make better bedding. Very hurt. In such a good location, the rest of the hotel is very good, it is a sanitary situation, it is unacceptable.

It is completely overdue. Upgraded the suite, up and down the building, early check-in in the morning, very very high quality price ratio. Impeccable. Small hotel, warm and well-organized. Walk to the famous brand area such as Hermes, recommended!

The hotel is at a great location, which is within walking distance to almost all the attractions in Madrid. The parliament is nearby the hotel, which is safe. It's clean and has good service! Turning left and walking for 30 meters, there is a good restaurant, which is cost-effective.

The location is very good, right next to the place for shopping and shopping, there is McDonald's for breakfast next to the hotel, only 5.6 minutes walk to the subway station, did not eat his breakfast, a bit expensive subway station is also very close
