"I was visiting Seattle for a few days of relaxation and decided to book my final night in Ballard for a change-of-pace. The Hotel Ballard appealed with its location (right in the middle of a cute strip of stores, and within walking distance to several restaurants) and boutique character. I booked a courtyard suite. This unique rooms are on the top floor and entered from a courtyard. They are definitely more expensive than several other accommodations in the Seattle area, but I felt the rate was reasonable for the quality of accommodation. The room itself was very stylish: a small living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a king bed and ample storage space in side tables and and a dresser, and a particularly elegant bathroom with a skylight, large shower, and gloriously deep soaking tub. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, and I liked that you could slide barn doors on either side of the bedroom to make it completely dark and very quiet. (Note: my reservation confirmation noted that some events are hosted in the meeting room on the courtyard level, which can cause noise; no such meeting occurred during my stay, and things were very quiet.). The bathroom amenities were Molton Brown and very nice; in-room coffee was high-quality. Everything was sparkling clean. The only downside of the room was the lack of a desk. Since I was traveling for pleasure, that posed no problem, but it would have been an irritant as a business traveler. Staff at the hotel were very accommodating. My check-out was extended by an hour without any problem. Parking was easy; there’s a small garage beneath the hotel. I appreciated that I was allowed to keep my car in the garage a bit past check-out time to facilitate some walking around the neighborhood. Very good location. The street outside the hotel features several local shops, nice bars (most without outdoor seating suitable for COVID-19), and good restaurants. Easy place to spend a couple of days. The hotel’s own restaurant looked like a chic space. There are better locations if one wishes to sightsee throughout Seattle (Ballard is a bit isolated), but if you want to stay in this section of Seattle, closer to the locals, this is a great spot. Overall, a very nice stay; I would not hesitate to recommend or return."
"Wife and I stayed her during Covid and had a fantastic time. Had a suite - bedroom and living room that looked over Ballard Street on 4th floor and so cool, so hip, so comfortable could not be better. View of the mountains the waterfront and the street below all full of color and life. Bed very comfortable, bathroom roomy and stylish. Service top notch all around. Stone Burner restaurant below is a great atmosphere was good menu and beverage selection. All around, cannot recommend this hotel enough - especially for the location, the town of Ballard never have to leave to have fun. Covid - everything felt clean and safe. Great great great hotel. "
"We were married at the Hotel Ballard Hotel 10/24/15 and returned 10/24/20 to celebrate our 5 year anniversary there too. We had such a great stay! The room was spotless. COVID precautions were obvious, including wrapped/sanitized TV remotes, pens, etc. William and Cody helped me arrange for a room on the pavilion floor, and had a bottle of cold champagne and a sweet card waiting for us. We had a great dinner at Stoneburner (also COVID safe), and spent the next morning wandering through the Ballard Market. It was a great weekend escape. Thank you Hotel Ballard for making our stay so special. "

"The hotel is close to the city center, the surrounding environment is good, quiet and comfortable, well-equipped, with a self-service laundry room, very convenient. The restaurant has delicious food, good service and reasonable prices. Off-season cost-effective."
"The rooms are a bit small overall. Wifi and parking are also charged separately. Parking for one night costs US $ 40, and the price of wifi for a day is 14.99 and 19.99, respectively. But the service was good, the waiters were welcoming and the room was clean."
"Clean and hygienic, cost-effective. The bed was large and comfortable. The decor of the room is also very modern. If you think the number of floors is low, you can add money to increase the floor when checking in."

"The location is suitable for a holiday by the lake; very quiet. Guests with cars are very convenient; there is a car park. There are docks where you can rent a boat with your children. The restaurant is nice and the environment is quiet."
"Good breakfast; suitable for children; boat available for rent; kayak; beach on the side. It is also a holiday for 2 people in the world. Regular wedding"
"Summer is especially suitable for living; quiet; nice scenery. Winter marine projects have stopped; but it is a recommended quiet resort and leisure hotel"

"Got a great last minute deal at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed sipping wine overlooking the water on a comfy couch by the lobby. Our room was small with a city view but clean and cozy. Only criticism is that we put out our order for breakfast the night before and it never came so we had to call room service twice and ended up giving them a phone order because no one ever came to the door to get the order slip. Overall wonderful place to stay and you can walk to everything. "
"The hotel on the sea is just outside the sea. The scenery is very good at night. There are luxury cruise ships leaning at 30 meters away from you. The service is also very good. Meals are not used. Parking valet park 58. One night trip is convenient for the airport. It was half an hour old hotel but it was renovated inside. Next to it is the first Starbucks in Pike Place."
"The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, the stove is romantic and warm. The train tracks next to the hotel are a bit noisy. Parking onsite is expensive $ 52 plus tax. The hotel charges an extra $ 25 resort tax. The room minibar will be miscalculated and carefully checked the consumer bill."

"The price of this hotel is too big to float. When she finds that you are searching for the hotel, she will beat the price. I live for three days, the total price is 10,000 yuan! This is the price of the top Four Seasons hotel. However, what is given to me is the most common minimum room type in the hotel. “Extreme Room”, the second class “惬意房” is the “magnificent room”. I was the first to encounter such a price. And, the principle of downtown Seattle. It takes about 45 minutes to get to downtown Seattle. The light rail station is a ten minute walk from the hotel. However, the hotel is OK, and the room decoration is not bad. It is the price/performance ratio that is too low. Not worth the price. The feeling is that it has been pitted. Was fooled by big data. By the way, you have to pay a deposit of $250. For nearly 30 days, it has not been thawed. Four-star hotel sells the price of a five-star luxury hotel! Also set to not let me upload photos. Don't block my comments if you have a conscience."
"The location is good, compared with Hyatt is like the old and new world, although there is no other country's w decoration style is so good, but the old and new world is a contrast, it is still very advantageous. Hotel room service, cleaning the room every day is basically very simple, will not organize the guest's cosmetics, will not help the guests throw away the used napkins, even more ridiculous is that the bathtub can not be scrubbed every day ... need to be improved."
"quite expensive! However, many foreign hotels do not provide toiletries, they need to bring their own in advance, but such a expensive price does not have a bathtub, it should not be, the room is not very large, the facilities are modern and simple, the overall feeling is general, and the price does not match, the window is not Any scenery, old and beautiful hotels are not as good as Canada!"

"The location is excellent, the facilities in the room are general, the mirrors are everywhere, the height is a bit low, not very comfortable, there is a street at the entrance to the lobby. The first time I drove the car, I went wrong. I went to the street outside. Open to the parking area of the hotel (it is conceivable how small the parking area in the hotel lobby is), which is smaller than other hotels that have stayed. The room is a bit strange, the musty smell is not very like, the hotel's WIFI is to pay, but the hotel's service is really good, after parking, very warm to give us luggage, of course, the tip must also be given!"
"The location is very close to the shopping center and very convenient."
"Best location and the best value for money."

"I've never had to rely on a hotel's hospitality more than my 10 night stay at the Pan Pacific. For various reasons, we wound up having to come here from the hospital with our newborn son which was stressful to say the least. One of the managers, Alex, made sure to go above and beyond in terms of making sure we had everything we could possibly need. The front desk staff were all aware of and helpful to our situation which was fabulous. As for the hotel itself, I felt comfortable regarding the ongoing pandemic and their safety measures and while their room service was shut down, being able to walk downstairs to Whole Foods made that fact kinda irrelevant to us. The hotel isn't in the heart of downtown but isn't more than a 20 minute walk to Pikes Market and other local landmarks. The rooms are nice and very spacious but are beginning to show their age a little bit (one of our thermostats and one of the toilets wouldn't work). We were also here with our two dogs which wasn't too difficult considering there was a little strip of grass right across Terry Lane for their bathroom needs. We also had a balcony suite and put some pee pads out there for the middle of the night which worked great. I've stayed in various hotels across Seattle and while the Pan Pacific isn't the most upscale in the city, it certainly felt like home which is difficult to find anywhere you go. We'll be staying here when we return!"
"I travel regularly for work and Seattle is one of the destinations that I hit about once a month. My company has a corporate rate with a few hotels near our site and the Pan Pacific is always where I choose to stay. Excellent location that is walking distance to downtown and South Lake Union as well as the tech area. There is a Whole Foods directly downstairs which is very convenient for snacks, toiletries or light meals… Also an excellent Italian restaurant right next-door. There is a restaurant and bar downstairs which is great for happy hour cocktails, though honestly I find the food to be a bit lacking and rarely dine there. Hotel staff is always welcoming in there to assist, rooms are sparkling clean with fabulous bathtubs and floor to ceiling windows (request one of the Space Needle view rooms)."
"Upon check in, Daniel knew us by name! He was super friendly & very informative about the hotel, parking & all around the area. He referred us to several places for food & enjoyment. The room was very nice, clean & quiet. It has everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable & tv, wifi were great. Shower & bath were also lovely. I highly recommend this hotel. Every employee there was amazing & it seems they hand picked the best!!! Becky was wonderful upon check out & Kyante as well as the valet (I’m sure I’ve misspelled sorry) . Thanks for all ! Hope to come that way again soon!!! "

"Breakfast is OK, the location is opposite the number 66 head, there is a large cruise ship docking every day, I am disembarked from the number 69, so book here. It is a short walk from the Pike market for ten minutes, but after a highway bridge, the area under the bridge is occupied by the tramp, and dare not go to night. The hotel has a swimming pool, too small, foreigners do not have a lot of hair in the swimming cap, do not change swimming trunks, disgusting death, just got off the water and went back to the house to take a shower. Service is general, the hotel is behind the railway, before going to sleep, the train passed very clearly, 40 knives to the airport taxi"
"Good location, walking distance from the pike place of the ferry wheel of the food terminal. But parking is expensive. Hotel staff will recommend parking in the public car park opposite. But remember to put the paid receipt in the front window of the car, otherwise it will be a ticket for unpaid."
"The swimming pool is extremely dirty, has hair, foreigners do not change swimming trunks, and nausea is dead. The hotel is backed by railroads and highways and can hear the sound of the train. Walking to the Pike market must go to sleep under the bridge of the tramp. Night attention, service is general."
