I don’t know why all the negative reviews. It almost scared me off, but I’m glad it didn’t. We arrived early because our flight did. We upgraded our room upon a smooth and easy check-in. The room was ready within an hour. It was clean and everything seemed just great. The staff was nice. Room service through the app was tasty and always exactly on time. The ease with which one can use the boats to Epcot and Hollywood Studios can’t be beat. The only cons I could find were the tiny trash cans which become a slight nuisance when housekeeping only comes every third day and the extremely firm beds, although I’m sure someone out there likes them that way. I am a fairly picky person when it comes to hotel cleanliness and I didn’t have a single complaint the entire time. Do yourselves a favor and ignore the negative reviews and stay at The Swan.

The little brother at the reception is very intimate, the hotel health and environment are very good, it is during Christmas, the Christmas tree in the lobby is beautifully decorated, ordering to the room also gave a lovely Christmas gift, tied with red bow ties, the holiday atmosphere is rich. There is a free shuttle bus to Disneyland, which gives us a pleasant holiday.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. The accommodation is very good. There is a golf course next to the hotel. The hotel room is clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable. This is a good hotel in Disney recently

We stayed for 4 nights beginning on July4th. OUTSTANDING experience and would stay there again. First time stay and Ann Clarke, Guest Experience Expert, seized the day for us with great care and grace. As a long-time Bonvoy Rewards member I was upgraded to one of the best rooms we have experienced through Marriott. It was a Lake Front Suite which was very kind treatment for a business road warrior. Living Room and separate bedroom with two balconies. The 4th fireworks were spectacular and almost eye-level. They do them on Saturdays too. Next time! The grounds are immaculate. The rooms are spotless. The service is what you want from Ritz Carlton with everyone friendly and eager to help. My wife enjoyed a spa visit and I went to the gym for a great workout. The Ritz and JW are connected as two massive conference centers which added extra dining options so we didn't need to leave the resort. Massive corridors and more meeting rooms than we could count. For our needs we added the Club Lounge access which took the pressure off incidentals. Need food or drink? Head to the Club Lounge which is open all-day until 10 p.m. Food presentations throughout the day in a comfortable room with a balcony and nice view of Orlando. We also dined at Knife and Spoon which was a treat for an upscale dinner. Great food and service. All good. Finally we traded the hassle and expense of an ocean beach vacation for the Ritz Carlton pool. It was hot this week but the pool at RC is clean and spacious. Many chairs open. I hope the nearest beach and long-lines were fun? We had a great time here. Service was excellent there with lots of choices for drinks and food poolside. Overall this resort gets all 5 stars in my book. Have fun!

It is the best hotel if you are going to Universal Studios. Although the price is high because it is a high Greade hotel in Universal Studios, you can use the Express Ticket (approx. 100,000 won / person) in Universal Studios with Hotel Room Key. This is the closest hotel, which is a 5 minute walk to the entrance to Universal Studios and a 10 minute boat ride. The outdoor swimming pool is open until 12 pm, so it can be used conveniently after going to Universal Studios. Safety staff are always on hand to keep children safe.

After checking in, the room was large and the environment was good, but at night I suddenly noticed the bloody mirror. . . Called the front desk and asked someone to wipe the blood, saying that the mirror in each room is like this, this is just decoration. . . What kind of decoration taste can make the mirror in the guest room so scary? Although it is a rock-style hotel, it is still a little panicky. . . However, the location of the hotel is excellent and Universal Express is quite powerful.

Reviews From Real Travelers
I’m sitting here on my last night and feeling sad, I don’t want to leave. I wanted to write a review because there were so many bad reviews that I was getting a little bummed before I came. First off, do not be afraid of the construction going on. My building was literally right across from it and I barely heard anything or saw anything. Second, everyone keeps talking about how the rooms need updating and I agree to a point. I did not feel my room was dank or worn. It was beautiful. It was clean. We loved it. They cleaned everyday too and even at Animal Kingdom in January we didn’t have that. The Lagoon View is great o highly recommend! We ate at Citricos , and are waiter Giovanni was excellent and the food was fabulous. We were a party of 13 with 8 kids and he handles us with ease. The pools are all great, my kids love them especially the slide pool! The hotel lobby and grounds are beautiful. The location is very good. The monorail makes it easy to go to Magic Kingdom and even going to Epcot didn’t take as long as people on line act like it does! We still totally rope dropped! Bottom line it was a great trip. We were a party of 13 and no one is complaining! Yes it is super expensive. Disney is expensive! Other then that we were really happy and are sad to leave! My only recommendation is when there is an issue and there were a few at check in you go back to throwing lightening lanes at people like the fast passes in the old days! It makes you feel like you are getting some kind of compensation when things aren’t perfect. Just fyi all of our issues were resolved. They were nice about it too!

As new DVC members we decided to stay at the Floridian in part because we have always wanted to stay there and also because of the proximity to the magic Kingdom as we had tickets for Micky's not so scary night. This is our first time at a deluxe resort as we have previously stayed at moderate resorts due to cost and we stayed for 1 night. This hotel has totally justified my agonising decision to part with my life savings to pay into DVC. The room felt luxurious the balcony facing the monorail brought a tear to my eye on a good way and not the in the way when i saw Disney removal all of my savings! I have got to give special praise to the staff. From reception to shop and housekeeping staff they all had a smile and went out of there way to help us out. We accidentally left our daughters rabbit which she has had since she was born (now 20 months old) which my wife was devastated about. They found, packed and posted the rabbit back to England for us which we couldn't be more thankful about.

Reviews From Real Travelers
This is a brand-new hotel in a stunning location which should be great. Instead, my family and I had a truly terrible experience from the first moment there. Don't stay at this property unless you're prepared to deal with frustration and disappointment. The hotel was nowhere close to full during our mid-week stay, yet our rooms were not ready at check-in, and the staff rudely evaded my questions about when we'd be able to have access. (This isn't a small matter when you're trying to manage increasingly tired and frustrated kids.) The property advertises an ”arrivals/departures lounge” where you can change/shower/etc. before you check-in or after you check-out, but it wasn't ready during our stay. (Of course, there wasn't anything to indicate that it wasn't open yet, and the doors were unlocked. I only figured out that it wasn't open when I tried to use the lockers inside and asked a pool attendant why the lockers weren't working.) Once we finally had access to our connecting rooms, they were a major disappointment, both in quality and layout. The connecting doors were on springs that automatically, so we had to jam bath towels in the doors to keep them open. (What's the point of having a connecting room for kids if the doors to the parents' room automatically close?) The quality of the furnishings and hardware in the room is far below what you'd expect on a property that advertises itself as a luxury resort. The vinyl flooring was not installed properly and was bubbling up at the connecting doors. The button to toggle between bath and shower operation fell off when I grazed it with my hand. There was still painter's tape all over the inside of the connecting doors -- nobody had bothered to take it off. Quality control was non-existent. Perhaps more importantly, it seems like nobody put much thought into getting the details right at this place. The only trash can in the bathrooms is tucked into the commode -- there isn't one near the sink, where it's needed most. In two bed rooms, there's a large circular table in the middle of the room between two beds, which is easy to trip on when the room is dark and impedes the flow of the room. The lobby and front entrance to the property is on the third floor -- but there's no sign in the elevators telling you that, and only the first floor is marked with a star (which, of course, usually denotes the building's main exit.) The service was no better. In the morning, we had an early reservation for a Disney breakfast, so I tried to call down twice to have the valet bring our car to the front. The hotel's phones weren't working. I tried calling the front desk from my cell phone -- still, not working. We then went downstairs and told valet in person to bring our car around, and we had to wait several minutes for it. In the meantime, I told the front desk attendant that the phones weren't working, both on the inside phones and when calling from my cell phone. He dismissively told me t

Corneas Orlando is an amazing 5 star hotel for real! I went there on February 19th to celebrate my birthday for 3 nights and from the first moment couldn’t stop smiling! As a Hilton Diamond member I got an upgrade to an amazing pool lagoon view suite! And couldn’t be happier!! I visited Disney (15 mi by car) and Universal (15 min by car) and had the best time. Excellent location, short drive to anywhere you need, amazing pool with free puddle board and kayaks, real sand and luxurious vibes. Breakfast was nice too. Most important is the amazing suites and the kind service of everyone working there! From the girls (and boys ;) in reception , valet parking and bellboys, as well as workers in the breakfast all are excellent. I’m very grateful for the upgrade and 1 night free parking for my birthday! I’ll definitely come again! Thank you 🙏 Verne, kali, kriztal, Cambrea , Kirstin, Zach & Floyd (bellboys), wade and Ans Laura too!

Royal Pacific Resort never disappoints. Another 23 night stay and it was perfect. From the moment you step into this hotel you are warmly welcomed throughout, from the Valet Guys to the ladies who look after your rooms, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The resort is immaculately clean throughout in all public areas and our room was cleaned exceptionally well every day we were there. The King Suite is a good size, beds are very comfortable and bathroom products are nice. We always had plenty of towels and products replenished daily and turndown service were exceptional too. Very special thanks as always to Raymond, Marian and Andrea. The Club Lounge is a jewel in the crown of this hotel. The staff go above and beyond for you and welcome every guest like a friend. The food is replenished regularly and everything is kept clean and tidy. Staff are the best. Alex, Daniel, Raphael, Jen, Tory, Caitlyn, Kayleen, Trisha, Mitchell, Jordan, Hailey, Gia, Sophia and Tamara are all simply wonderful and we can`t thank them enough for looking after us so well. And the lovely Wellington as it is always a pleasure to chat to him. Bell services are wondefful and again look after you so well. Milton and Rob are two of the nicest gentlemen you could ever hope to meet and it`s always a pleasure to talk to them if they have the time. Samuel Martineau is always wonderful and at the front desk Katie, Cornell and Asha were very helpful and so friendly when we needed anything. Special thank you to Egle for her kindness. And nice to see Daniel from Valet again, he always remembers us. Orchids Lounge is another place that is always amazing. Ty, Colby and Mariella are so lovely and the sushi is among the best in the area. Fresh, tasty and original. Bula Bar was also a place we enjoyed this visit during some pool time. Food was excellent and the pool area was immaculately clean and the staff around the pool are very nice and again, make sure everyone is ok. The buffet lunch Island put on during the hurricane was also good and Elena looked after us well too. Tuk Tuk we used for the first time this trip and the food we purchased was fresh and tasty and staff were nice. The Express Pass is a wonderful perk of staying at this hotel, and the proximity to the parks is second to none, a short 7 minute walk takes you to IOA or you have the boats which run regularly and get you there in a few minutes. Royal Pacific Resort is one of our two home aways from home, there is nowhere better for us and we have so many reasons to keep coming back to this wonderful resort. The actions of all staff during the Hurricane were amazing. They looked after everyone so well and we felt completely safe and looked after during the couple of days it was around us. We were so grateful to Samuel, Jen and Sophia when we needed some help to change flights and extend our stay due to Hurricane Ian, they made the process so much easier. If you`re thinking of booking this hotel, g

This is a great hotel which is a really close location to the parks there is a great path to walk along to the parks or you can use the free boats as well. The room is beautiful and a nice space with a sofa and desk area. The bathroom is lovely and the shower is very spacious. The facilities in the hotel are great too and there is a desk where you can get your park tickets from.
