Whether it's hotel bedding or not, the size is very good. Great for an overnight stay when you're away in the evening and don't know where to go. The price is rather expensive. The price is the cheapest when you first search, so if you plan to get off at Pearson Airport late at night, it would be a good idea to pick this place. At first, I couldn't get used to the Canadian shower, so if I turn it clockwise from the left, warm water comes out, but there is no sign. It seems to be an implicit choice for design, but I'm telling you in case there are people like me. For your reference, those who got off at Terminal 1 take the airport subway (free) and move to Terminal 3, go down one floor and go straight to the Sheraton Hotel. I asked people and moved with two bags and a backpack. I want others to suffer less, so I'm posting a review. The front staff were very friendly. I had to use an international call because cell phone roaming didn't work properly, but they kindly recognized it. The number you gave me was wrong, but I came to my senses from then on, and I was able to use the international call method from within the room. In case there is someone like me, when making an international call from Canada to Korea, the number is 011+82-. Roaming was not going well, so I followed the staff's recommendation to remove and insert the SIM card, but I did not know the SIM card password, so I made an international call (114 customer center) to Korea. I think the staff explained that it was $16 per call (1 minute), but in reality, I had to put in about $12 for 1 minute and $2 for each additional minute at the pay phone. I thought I had lost my actual phone, so I took various measures, but there wasn't much way to connect it than I thought. Fortunately, I found my cell phone in another pocket of my bag, and at UP Express, I went on a shoveling trip to my heart's content (?!) carrying two luggage bags and a backpack even to places other than my destination. Still, the trip is a way to have memories that remain while suffering, and I passed it over sloppily, but it must have been because I didn't have a companion. Anyway, if you come back to the accommodation review and open the curtains instead, you can make eye contact with people waiting at the airport, and since it is an airport, it is a bit noisy in the morning. Personally, I tend to give a lot of tips to the people who clean the hotel, but the people here greeted me with a smile every time I made eye contact, and it was nice that it was actually clean. I bought a small trans device, but it can be used in most countries, so it would be nice to have one of these. Security in Canada is very good, but there are quite a few homeless people in the station, so please take note. I'll also upload a picture of the UP Express for your reference. The ticket price is different for each station, but for me, the UP Express at Pearson Airport (Terminal 1, since I was in Terminal 3, I take the airport train and go to Terminal 1 again) is right where you can see it when you get off at Terminal 1. Just in case, exchange a little in cash and bring it with you. In my case, I think it was about 5 dollars and 30 cents. It seems to operate frequently from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM~ I also upload a photo of the cafe at Union Station~ So I'll just write this in the hope that it helps.

It's quite satisfactory. There is a free airport shuttle service, especially for breakfast, in addition to donut milk and two boiled eggs. Very clean and hygienic. You can ask the front desk for things like toothpaste and toothbrush directly.

The location is only suitable for connecting flights. There is nothing around the hotel. It is very inconvenient to go to the city. The swimming pool is very small. Because of the epidemic, only set meals are provided for breakfast.

The room is a suite bar. It has a living room and a fireplace. It is spacious and comfortable. It has a homely feel and is suitable for families with children. Hygiene is also good. It is also convenient to call a car from the airport.

I ENDED UP WRITING A 5 PAGES LETTER TO THE OWNER, TO RADISSON HOTELS AND RESORT, AND TO 3 SELECTED REVIEWS. SEE BELOW COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT RADISSON HOTELS AND RESORTS SEPTEMBER 14TH, 2022 DEAR SIR, Good morning! My name is Dr. Jack Tse I was in the Radisson Hotel Toronto Airport West from September 6th to 12th, 2022. The experience that my family went through in that hotel is totally unacceptable. Below is a letter that I had written to the owner today, all the details are spell out clearly in the letter. As I was an owner of two Toronto area Radisson Hotels before (see detail in the attached letter), it really broke my heart to see a fellow Toronto area Radisson hotel had decayed to this extent. I felt it is my responsibility to bring this to your attention. I can be reached by drjtse@gmail.com if you need any additional information. Regards, Dr. Tse September 14, 2022 The Property Owner Radisson Hotel Toronto Airport West 175 Derry Road East Mississauga, Ontario L5T 2Z7 Confidential Dear Owner, My name is Dr. Jack Tse, I am 72, a 4th generation Canadian and retired. I used to own over 2,300 rooms in 8 hotels including 2 Radisson Hotels in Toronto, the 157 rooms Radisson Plaza Hotel Admiral Toronto - Harbourfront, and the 354 rooms Radisson Hotel Toronto East - Don Valley, which you can verify with the Radisson head office. As I am living in western Canada now, I come to Toronto last Tuesday to pick up some old corporate business files from my old staff and booked to stay in your Radisson Hotel for 6 nights and 7 days. When I did the booking, I had mentioned that I will have a lot of file boxes coming in and out, so I request in writing to have a King Suite that is close to an entrance or exit to do just that. I check in at 9 pm Tuesday, the front desk manager is very helpful in every way he can and we were assigned room 507. Everything is as advertised so we settled in comfortably. Wednesday around noon I have the files delivered to the hotel room, the boxes are quite a bit more than what I was told before I came, so I spent the time sorting out all the files that I want to keep. And I was getting rid of the file boxes a lot of 6 at a time. I ask the 2 young men out of the hallway if I can leave the file boxes on the luggage trolley once a day outside my door, and they both told me with a Radisson smile that they will be more than happy to remove it, they mentioned that they are off by 3 pm, so I told them I will put the boxes outside every morning. I need to emphasize the boxes are just corporate files and they are absolutely clean. The only real garbage with the trolley is the hotel room garbage that they did not come for room service. So Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday I put out 6 file boxes each time as agreed so it will not

This hotel wasn’t the best, and I’ve been a long time Homewood brand fan ( and Hilton Diamond member). The rooms were old. We were on the first floor and there were a lot of pets, which meant barking dogs. The breakfast ran out quickly and they weren’t replenishing in the last hour. We also visited the indoor pool with the kids which was alright. Your typical average stay, but near lots of restaurants and the cinema. I would not come back.

Nice clean room, breakfast was included which is very convenient option. Wifi was great as well as the comcast settings. Close to shopping and lots of dinning locations. I'll be sure to return. Great to be a hyatt member.

The hotel service was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and quaint for the one night. The included breakfast buffet was more than enough. The airport is in walking distance as you can see in the photo taken from my room's window view. I opted for the free hotel shuttle service. I recommed this hotel for a one/two-night stay.

The staffs were kind. Fortunately, amazingly early check-in was possible. The room was clean and safe. There was a bit of noise from the conneted room, which was blocked by a thick door, and from the elevator. But was okay to take a full rest.

The parking place is super spacious and the service is very good. The breakfast is basically bread, eggs, sausage, milk, yogurt, oatmeal. The room has kitchenware and utensils, and a refrigerator, you can simply process some food yourself. The hotel has free coffee and hot water 24 hours. There are high courts and green areas around the hotel, which is suitable for going around, very relaxing and comfortable hotel

Hotel parking is very convenient, very close to the airport, the hotel room bed is very big, suitable for family travel, sofa can be used as a bed. Breakfast buffet, bread, sausage and eggs, cereal and juice. There is coffee and hot water supply in the 24-hour lobby, and the hotel has a coin-operated laundry room. When we left the hotel, the hotel was being upgraded and hoped it would be better.

Its our first time here and i am impressed, very simple, not too crowded and elevator is fast, breakfast is amazing the cook and alex in tye breakfast area were amazing, inlive how alex consistently greets you with the warmest hello and Try ti engage in short talks and hi’s and hellos from every guest that comes in. For me thats just amazing, its not everytime you see someone who does it consistently. Im staying here for 3 days and two nights. And been observing coz i too worked 19 years in customer service and providing feedbacks and teview i take it seriously to support those whi work hard and to give constructive criticism to better their kraft and help clients make tge right choice to were they can soend their money. I also love the use of the marriott app so easy to ask for service request using the app although they are nit precise to give you the number of toiletries you ask ive asked 3 lotion coz theres 3 of us several times and i keep getting just one so i ended uo asking so many times. Their pool is smaller that it showed on the photo the hot tub looked dirty but they were cleaning it last night, the gym they have good equipment that the other hotels ive been to, the rooms are perfect exactly what i was looking for i booked a suite and also tye shuttle service is very convenient very close to the airport and they run every 30 mins. Its a decent hotel although a bit expensive that the others but you pay for what you get and its reasonable, laundry facility, everything you need and you dnt have to go far or lastly the water filter for drinking in the room sink was added bonus. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. Thank you for taking care of us. Im eating at the breakfast area while im doing the review kets see about check out later 😊

The room was very comfortable. I had a king suite, which came with a kitchenette that would be helpful if staying longer, and there were some basic groceries you could buy downstairs. The restaurant wasn't too bad and was open late (10:30). Breakfast was included and, although cold, had a good selection of pastries as well as eggs and pancakes on the weekend. However, I was standing at Toronto Airport for nearly an hour waiting for the shuttle, and no reason given why it should take so long. This is very frustrating and so would not stay again at this hotel for this reason. Also the hotel is combined with the Four Points, but that isn't clear when you go in so it's not obvious whether you're in the right place. There's no signage in the elevator to tell you where the restaurant, pool or fitness centre are located. I would look for a different option next time.
