Was very impressed with the interior and architectural of the property, service is also attentive. However the 2 big let downs of our experience were 1. Insufficient parking space 2. Weak shower power As i arrived the hotel after dinner and was told by the guard to park of the side road temporary until the space is available. I just believe that hotel prioritized parking space of diners over the residents. They should manage it better next time round. I had to park my car by the side road which is dangerous until i ll be called upon to move the car after the diners have left the property. It is not at all convenient for us. Secondly, shower water power is very weak and heating system is not very stable.

It is said that the hotel is the best in the local area. The hotel is really big. It is the tallest building nearby. The facade is also very big. It just feels like a privately opened hotel, which is not very formal. Breakfast is average, nothing amazing. The sound of the boat can be heard in the morning, we booked a river view room, the room size is very large.

The price is too high! The hotel is great. By the river, it is separated from the internet celebrity hotel Sala Ayutthaya. The environment does not lose it. The breakfast was great! There may be no place for an extra bed for children to come out and play. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, very close to attractions, especially where there is parking at Wat Pho.

Quite a decent place. Older style hotel. Room fine, good river view too. Bed comfortable. Do not expect to have a refreshing shower unless you are under 150cm as it is fixed to the wall and made for small people. Anyone taller and bending down the only option, very poor really. Pool was quite good but cold as it gets no sun until much later in the afternoon. Refreshing though. Various on-site restaurants. Bar near lobby area, prices way too much I noticed. Breakfast was quite good although the staff were not friendly, seemed disinterested and some often seen larking about maybe as it was not too busy when we went. 5 minutes walking distance to train station where there are Tuk Tuks and a few eating places as well as the usual street food. 7-11 too. Train to or from BKK is worth the experience (but takes a while to go 70km) and 3rd class trip costs 15 THB...wtaf! The boat river crossing is closed at the moment as the river is too high. Getting across the river needs to be by Tuk Tuk or taxi really. Normally at least one Tuk Tuk outside the hotel too. You know the form, must haggle them down. We used Grab a lot and got where we wanted to go. Probably can walk to some of the historic sites but probably not advised and Grab is cheap and has AC so is the way to go. There is Soi Farang and Grand Street for a livelier atmosphere with more bars and restaurants, again a cheap taxi ride away. Overall not a bad place and decent location for a reasonable and not too expensive a price.
