The mid level room was over $1000 and was nowhere near the quality of the other luxury hotels we have stayed at on our two week honeymoon. All of the reviews that are glowing are surely from guests who do not know what a $1000 hotel experience should be. The service at dinner was unbearably slow nearly 2 hours to deliver 1 soup 1 salad and 1 entree. Water was never filled. Our server was so preoccupied in long conversations with other Japanese guests and tables with loud and disruptive children. Lastly the bed was unbearably hard. I know this is a personal preference but trust me there was something wrong with this bed. A hard foam bed with zero fluffy surface at all equivalent to putting a 1cm foam pad on the floor. You will be much happier staying at the brand new hilton hotel.

The transportation in the resort relies on the hotel's battery car and resort minibus, which is more convenient.
